The rooms are your typical value resort rooms with a fairly spacious room and simple room amenities. The value is unbeatable for being on Disney property. The resort is charming and is very well themed in every location. The food court is pretty large, too, with a nice variety of options. The only thing I don't like about the resort is that it's at the end of the All Star Line and you're pretty far from most parks and Disney Springs. The complimentary bus transportation is always nice, however, the lines can get quite long. Overall, this resort is a great choice if you want the best bang for your buck!

It served it's purpose and was good for the price. We needed the hotel do to some big problems at home. I will say that compared to some of the other resorts the cast member who assisted with check in was less than stellar. I don't know if the cast members becomes...less magical or nice the lower the tier but yea, less than pleasant I gues

Don't let the fact this is a "value" resort fool you, this is a great place to stay for your Disney vacation! The rooms aren't enormous but they are well maintained and clean, and the beds are large and comfortable. The staff are helpful and the food court / shop are clean and (mostly) affordable. The free bus service to the parks runs super frequently, making it easy to get to/from wherever you need to go. A great choice if you're planning on spending most of your time in the parks.

My opinion the food court should stay open till 12:00 since everybody comes back at 11:00 from the parks. I think the food in the food court food court should be different every other day not the same menu every day because eating chicken fingers and french fries and burgers everyday is no good and having eggs and bacon in the morning is no good either you must have variety for the parents and the children. Boiled eggs sounds like a good idea. For overall my experience is great thank you to all the cast members . And I didn't get to see Mickey Mouse that was a bummer but that's okay I'll catch you next time. Upon arrival after checking desk I think the person who took care of us should have been a little more informative just thought I had that piece thank you.

Have been coming here often with family over the years for Thanksgiving weekend. It's always a great time. Things have gotten so expensive though. I wish there were more affordable options for clothing and hoodies. And there were no microwaves in our rooms, which I thought there used to be.
