Service was fantastic. The grounds were nice and pool was the highlight. I can't say enough about the staff. At one point, we watched a lifeguard save a girl. When mom finally showed up 20 minutes later, they warned her to watch her kid and of course mom insisted she did nothing wrong. I don't know how the staff doesn't lose their mind daily. The shuttle service makes everything super easy. Rooms are fairly small but there is no reason to stay in the room. Highly recommend this place.

This was my daughter and I first visit. At 17 she wanted to visit Magic Kingdom while on our trip to Florida. From the minute I spoke to a cast member when we arrived our time was incredible. Our room was ready early so we were able to drop our bags and change before heading to the park. Our magic band order had arrived the day before which was great. The vast member showed us how to get them paired up and even helped us book our first lightening lane. Our room was lovely and the welcome banner on the TV was such a great personal touch. Our room was clean and roomier than I expected. The food court had so many offerings and the staff were very helpful. My daughter has a self regulated allergy and when she asked about one of the specialty drinks the chefs checked all the ingredients to make sure it met her need. She said that it was really nice that they care so much to go to so much effort. Every cast member we encountered were of the highest professional caliber. We have already begun planning our return and my daughter wants to stay at the same resort.

We booked the Allstar Sports Resort with budget in mind and found it to be anything but. The staff are very friendly and courteous, the rooms are a good size, kept clean and had everything we needed. The pool was excellent and Disney transport was excellent. We had an electric wheelchair user in our party, everything was accessible and we had a fantastic time. We are already looking to book another vacation and we’re not looking to stay anywhere else :0)))

I didn't stay at the Disney Sport Hotel but went to pick up a visiting friend. It looks like a great place to stay with family. Each section of the buildings is decorated with sports themes, football baseball, etc. They have various restaurants that are affordable. My friend told me the price per night was way less than staying at the park resorts

I always use an All-Star sports when we go to Disney but this was the first time I ever needed help (allergic reaction in the middle of the night) and I was so impressed with their response. I wanted to say thank you to the staff for making sure I was okay and also checking on me the next day. We ended up having an awesome day at Magic Kingdom.
