First off, huge Disney Toy Story fan here! We love toy story the movies and couldn't wait to visit the resort. We were able to stay in the toy story building which was beautiful. The attention to detail is impressive. The resort is well maintained and the service is impeccable. The resort offers lots of parking but parking spaces are a little tight. The resort seemed very safe and we felt comfortable walking around at night.. Disney goes above and beyond to provide top notch service. We booked 2 different rooms since the dates we needed were unavailable. Disney provided easy luggage transfer to the new room so that we could enjoy our day. After a long day, the room was comfortable and the water pressure was perfect. The resort is not one of the moderate resorts but the service provided made you feel like it was. Would give 10/10 rating and will definitely visit again.

Disney hotels are great if you want to live the full Disney experience. I have stayed in non Disney hotels in previous visits to the parks, and being inside Disney is a lot different. The All Star hotels (the 3 hotels are almost identical) are an excellent choice if you are planning to visit parks during your stay. You won't have time to spend in the hotel, so you won't expect much about the room or facilities. The room is just enough for 2 adults and 2 kids, with a folding bed that becomes a table with 2 chairs. If you plan to have a lengthier stay and spend time in your hotel, I would recommend other place. Bus shuttle service is outstanding, with buses every 10 minutes to/from every park and Disney Springs. These hotels are 15 to 20 minutes far from the parks.

Great all around, only 4 stars because the lowest the AC would go in the room was 68. Would have been more comfortable with a bedside fan in the room for sleeping. Food was reasonably priced, soft drinks, water and juice were expensive at $5 each for a 20oz. The frequent bus rides to the parks and back was nice.

Must say for a budget friendly hotel we really did enjoy: grounds are kept super clean, room was clean and the staff was so friendly! We spent half a day just walking the grounds and admiring all the characters. My daughter loved the chess and bean bag toss games. The food at the food court was reasonably priced (for Disney) and it was pretty tasty too. My only complaints would be our room was not stocked properly. We had no hand soap and our one Murphy bed was missing the sheets when we opened it. We also didn’t have housekeeping refresh our towels or coffee, or even ask us if we needed anything.
Overall a great stay for the price.

We asked for a preferred room, so we were closer to the lobby witch was really nice when coming back after a long day in the park. The room is basic, yet clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a spot to sleep and take a shower, this is great. Staff was great! I have absolutely no complaints about this resort. I would recommend!
