I am giving this hotel 5 stars based solely on the fact it is advertised as a budget Disney resort and that’s what my expectations were. As a budget resort it was a great choice. It may be farther from the parks but the rooms were updated and clean. It is also in Disney property so getting to the parks was still easy. They were on the smaller side but my family of 4 still fit comfortably in the room. My kids loved the Toy Story theme of the area we were at and it is a very walkable resort. They had a lot of dining options at the food court along with an arcade and gift shop. The staff were very nice and helpful. If you want a nice budget friendly option this place is great.

First trip to Disney, and all I can say is Wow! The All-Star Movie Resort is an older Disney hotel, but a great location for younger first time visitors on a budget. With 2 pools, food court, movies, gift shop, and fabulous staff, the iconic resort boasts super large character sculptures, themed rooms, and classic retro Disney decor. Refrigerators, iron, hair dryer, and basic shower gel, shampoo, conditioner are staple amenities in the rooms. Very clean resort with access to all Disney has to offer including first day access to Blizzard Beach included. Bring the kids or just an adult getaway, Disney delivered with exceptional service! And did I mention a great food court with reasonable prices!

This isn't the world's greatest hotel, but it is absolutely ideal for a Disney World holiday and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to do a theme park centric trip and only really use the room to sleep in.
We booked a package through Disney directly and for around £200 per night got park tickets (to all 4 parks), unlimited water park tickets, free parking at all parks, 1 quick service meal each per day and free photo pass.
The room was spacious, clean and everything worked, including fridge and safe (the shower wasn't great but we made do). Parking was easily accessible close to the room and all the communal areas were clean and close by. Only two downsides for me: 1) the A/C didn't always go cold enough, 2) the fridge kicked in multiple times a night every night and made an absolute racket humming and buzzing for 10 minutes!
The location for the Disney Parks was unbelievably convenient and of course the staff were friendly and attentive as you'd expect with a Disney resort

Very fun Little resort to stay in. We had a ball here for the two days that we stayed. My 11-year-old was ecstatic with this place. There’s an arcade. There are several pools there’s tons of little Disney statues, and things to do throughout the resort that made it super fun and special for him. The rooms are really clean and updated and the service here is amazing! Very very knowledgeable staff that are willing to go the extra mile to help you. It was fun to visit the three different spots as All-Star music, sports and movies are within a very short walking distance of each other. I preferred to All-Star movies because it gives it more of a Disney feel as the characters are related to Disney. The price is extremely affordable and I feel like you get an incredible bang for your buck. are related to Disney. The price is extremely affordable and I feel like you get a incredible bang for your buck. Also, there is transportation going to anywhere you want to go in Disney out front. I would highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at All Star Movies. We were in a preferred room on the third floor end. It was quite and I felt safe. Staff was friendly and we had room service on day 3.
The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. I didn't have any issues while on the property. The room was a little smaller compared to the moderate hotel we stayed at last year. I wanted to try a value resort for more of the Disney feel and family friendliness.
The pool was closed for refurbishing, so I'll plan my next trip during the warm months so we can enjoy the pool!
