This place was amazing in every sense of the word... from the moment I walked in the front door, to the second I left. Customer Service was outstanding. The employees cleaned the main pool every second they could. Grounds were up kept outstandingly!!! Food was great. Rooms were very clean and we were never out of anything we needed for the room. Overall experience was definitely a 5.0

A preferred room, per the website, states close proximity to dining, shops, and transport.
We ended up with a 3rd floor room, as far away from the commissary, bus station, and check in area as you could get.
No seating on the walk ways, no shade areas, a commissary under construction with mediocre food (we accidentally ordered food from the all star music resort and had to go over to pick it up, let me tell you, the difference between the music resort eatery and the movie resort eatery were night and day. Music had better selections, faster service, cleaner environment, better seating).
Staff was excellent and the saving grace of our stay. They all deserve more, from housekeeping to the desk staff.
The room itself was clean, wasn't a fan of the pillows, and the TV wouldn't allow us to connect our wifi devices for casting. We were told an engineer would visit to correct the issue, but we never saw him and the casting feature never worked during our 5 day stay.

First time at a Disney resort, purchased a hotel package with theme park tickets. This resort did not disappoint. Everyone from the managers, house keeping, greeters at door and food court are wonderful. Wonderful experience at this resort..it was very warming and magical! Bus transportation to all theme parks. Only 15 minute wait mostly and buses are well air conditioned. Would definitely recommend. Lots of bang for your buck!

Pros: Rooms are updated and pretty nice. LOTS of storage, clean and great access to plugs for charging devices. Staff is friendly. Fantasia pool is excellent. Store is well stocked. Parking is free. Cons: The bus transportation is not as reliable later in the day and the rooms are a little small. Overall this hotel is a great budget choice.

These are great rooms for small children. They are not good for older children tho.
Rooms depending on which one can be a long walk from your parking spot. And only buses can be used to get to the parks. So if you were hoping to use the monorail or boat it ain’t going to happen. The food court had lots of variety so that was great. And pool was huge with lots of games they put on for the children
