I loved the Toy story themed hotel and grounds! There were larger than life figures of the movie characters, a beautiful pool, an outdoor movie room, food court and shopping.
The hotel room was simple and neat. It was very clean, very comfortable and included complete coffee and tea self service. Since my personal motto is, "Have coffee, will travel", I was delighted! We had to ask for towels and coffee service on day two and it was brought to us right away.
I hope that we can have another vacation there again!

Resort grounds and rooms clean and well maintained. The staff was amazing! This was my first trip to Disney in a very long time. Overall, it was a great experience. But there are A few things I think people need to pay attention to..it is a value resort, so the rooms are small! We had a double Queen. One bed is a Murphy bed. If you don’t fold it up, there is very little room to walk around the room. They do have a ton of storage space for items. There is a very small fridge but no microwave. This might not matter to some people, but it certainly would come in handy for getting back to the room later in the evening. I’m not sure what the temp of the heated pool was, but for November, it seemed to be pretty chilly. The World Cafe food was ok. When trying to get a fountain drink, you must purchase a special cup from the cashier. If you try to use a regular cup, the machine makes a loud noise at you and says to purchase a cup from the cashier. The regular cup works for water and tea. It is in a great location and the shuttle service was awesome. Overall, all it’s a nice resort and I would Definitely stay again. I would just be more prepared to do a few things different:)

Great value Disney resort, good bus service to all parks, very good food in the food court, breakfast was great.
Rooms are a little small, the 2nd bed is a pull down and because of this the frame of it is quite large so we kept banging our legs on it. However, we would stay here again.

This was my family's first visit to Disneyworld and we were very impressed with this location. All the staff members were very helpful and friendly. Our rooms were standard amenities but very clean and well kept. The food at the food courts was better than I had initially expected It to be. I didn't order one thing I didn't like. Their grounds crew literally work night and day with the upkeep of the place. Advice for any newcomers, spend the extra money and get the refillable mugs. ITS WORTH IT. Also, outside of the hotel. Get the lightning passes for the parks. It is well worth it! Great experience!

The property feels huge to me so it's easy to get lost, the app has a map where you can kind of have a GPS take you to where you want to go but honestly it doesn't feel very accurate and I'd recommend just using Google maps. The online check in process is smooth and you can go directly to your room once it is available. The cast members are very helpful and kind. Each section has a pool that's nearby. The rooms themselves were clean and everything was functioning well, and the transportation service is great. Overall I good experience.
