It’s exactly what you need it to be. The kids loved it here and everything was great! Seriously no complaints from us. The pools were great and the food was great in the food court and the staff was friendly. The rooms are big enough and very clean. I do wish the rooms were themed for the individual sections like Dalmatians in the rooms instead of the standard theme. But we were very comfortable here.

Our recent stay at a Disney hotel was, overall, wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the Disney magic was present in every detail. The staff's attention was exceptional – always friendly and willing to help – and the hotel's facilities are immaculate, truly transporting you to a fantasy world. The location is perfect for enjoying the parks, making every day a smooth adventure. The only area for improvement during our visit was the room cleaning service during our stay. While everything was spotless upon arrival, we noticed that the daily cleaning could be more thorough to maintain the same level of excellence.

So, I haven't been here since I was a kid, making this place very nostalgic. I knew my son would love it as much as I did, seeing the giant statues of his favorite cartoon characters, which is why I chose this over one that would have more so accommodated my own taste. I decided to check in, in person, because I just prefer that personal interaction over trying to figure things out online. The person who helped me was amazing, HOWEVER, while waiting in line, there was a group of cast members behind one kiosk blatantly ignoring the line, to carry on a conversation. It seemed to me as though they felt as if the customers weren't actively walking up to them, it wasn't their problem, in contrast to the other employees who were very attentive, hands on, and going the extra mile to approach gusts to address their needs. Not a big deal, just something I noticed. The room itself has been updated with nice stuff, but there was visible wear and tear on the walls, floors, door, etc. There also wasn't any way to heat up food - no microwave, no toaster, nothing, which I found odd. It's the little details that make or break a hotel room. Most places now have stove tops, so in that regard I think Disney should step up their game just to show guests that they want them to be as comfortable as possible. Also around the resort, I noticed things in disrepair, and I just think, just because this hotel is cheaper, not necessarily cheap, just cheaper than some of the others, doesn't mean it should be left to fall to shambles like a 2 star motel. It's just old, and could be quite charming, if shown a bit more love, instead of just slapping this streamlined room furniture inside and calling it a day.

Always enjoy our stay here! Food court is reasonable and very convenient. With an arcade, and a playground or pool everywhere you turn always something to do without going far. Staff is very friendly and helpful. TRULY feels like vacation. Everyone here aims to pamper every child thu come into contact with, that's the true magic.

Several swimming pools and fun things to see and look at as you walk around. Clean rooms the kids enjoyed full of theming. There is a table that automatically folded down when you pull down the trundle bed and then pops back up when you put it back up. Find Disney Channels and shows on a television. It had our family name up on the television when we walked in. We will able to check in by phone and avoid the front desk. We could also use our phone to unlock the door which was convenient. The gate out front was opened by our card. The Landscaping was beautiful with flowers and trees and bushes all over perfectly manicured. There was a disgusting smell by the swimming pool.
