Great location for quick access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Kids loved the pool. Staff was exactly what you’d expect from Disney- phenomenal. Rooms were basic but had everything you need and would expect from a standard hotel room. We spent very little time in the actual room, except when needing to sleep after a long day of walking miles around the 4 parks. Definitely reminded me of resorts I’ve stayed at in Mexico and Jamaica so they really nailed the vibe they were going for.

This resort is so spread out and gorgeous. If you don't stay close to the main building its a long walk to the "theme" pool but they do have smaller pools at all the other areas. Access to the Skyliner was a huge benefit for Epcot and Hollywood Studios which more than made up for having to walk everywhere at the resort. Our room was clean and fully stocked and had plenty of space for the family. The only complaint was that the A/C just couldn't keep the room cool. No matter how low we set the thermostat it would not cool below 76 during the day. After being at the parks all day long it would've been nice to not sweat in the room. The staff we're very welcoming and cheerful. Of course Disney has a way of making sure all the cast has those attributes.

The best location if you want to stay close to the parks. Specially for Hollywood Studios. We have been there 2 times, 2022 and 2024. From our first visit I found they reduced the safety rules at the pool. Before they used to have people taking care at the top of the water slides.
From this resort you can enjoy Epcot fireworks every night which is a great plus.

Pizza was amazing 100/10 and it was bigger than Costco pizza. Although when it rains you have to walk through it to get to the main lobby. Room was amazing very clean and the beds were very comfy

This is a great moderate resort with most of the amenities families look for. There is a sit-down restaurant on-site as well as 3 quick-service spots. We were in the Trinidad section and loved having in close proximity: a quiet pool, a quick-service restaurant and a Coca-Cola freestyle machine.
Housecleaning service wasn’t great and seemed to be off in their timing, but it’s not usually like this so it might just be a fluke.
The resort is large so there is a fair bit of walking to get to the main building or main pool. However, there are bus stops in all sections of the resort and our rooms were close to the amazing Skyliner.
