Super cute and clean! We went for breakfast. It was standard, but hot and tasty. Everything cooked properly and kept clean. The staff was super friendly and we even had an encounter with Daisy! The pool areas are so cool to look at! We may stay here in the future based on our visit.

The cast members are always top notch and extraordinary. However, we encountered several issues with our room. The first room had amazing shower pressure, however, it proceeded to leak from the faucet all night no matter how right we turned the shower knob. The safe in one of our rooms was not working. We were very kindly moved to a different room the next morning, but the TV shut off 11 mins before the end of a basketball game, the commode handle literally broke off and the main door did not lock. Overall, the cast members were amazing. Highly recommend filling out the cast member recommendation surveys. Each cast member that helped us went above and beyond and ensure that any of our needs or concerns were addressed to our satisfaction.

This place feels like you’re on set, getting a behind the scenes look and bumping into your favorite characters from those movie. The rooms have that nostalgic, cozy vibe like you’re a kid again. It’s family and pet-friendly too (up to two dogs per room, just check with the hotel for policy). So well decorated, pay attention to the details, you might be surprised by what you see or read along the way. And if you like Mickey ice cream bars, try one by the pool… somehow it tastes even better. And get ready to snap lots of photos! If you get the chance, stay here. You’ll love it.

We come here every year, it's by far our favorite resort. It's considered a "value resort" but it's seriously more of a modern one. It's very nice, and lots of activities to do around the resort. Best if you have little ones.

It would be easier for me to identify areas of potential improvement here, rather than what works well. The culinary staff shows a moderate lack of experience, based on how they cook their food. There was a lack of dairy added to the eggs for breakfast, and a lack of salt, which would dramatically improve texture and taste. Many of the recipes that call for garlic had so much garlic added that they bordered on inedible. Otherwise, the food was not terrible. If you're looking for a good value and a key location that provides ready access to the parks, staying here at the resorts is a solid choice. The layout and style is unmistakably similar to military barracks, or university dormitories, but with some pleasant Disney touches added. In short, it serves the purpose as a value choice, but may feel a little lacking if any significant time is spent in the lodgings. The coffee is terrible. Flat out. It gave me something to look forward to returning home to Boston, to. 4/5 solid choice. I grumble around the margins, and they are small margins.
