Absolutely loved staying here! The resort is so awesomely designed and there's plenty to do and see. You get quite a workout depending on which building you are on. The room (little mermaid) was decorated so cute and themed well, they are just a little small and as with most hotels you hear everything. Service and staff was exceptional and location was perfect. We took the shuttles to all the parks and happened to catch the bus exactly as we walked up every time which was convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Savage Shenise

Came here to stay for my daughter’s first birthday festivities. The beds are SUPER high up! Definitely dangerous for small children. If you ask the front desk they will bring a pack n play or bed rail. The food here is TERRIBLE! Definitely not worth the money whatsoever. We have tried other quick service food and are always a fan of all stars but this hotel for some reason is so bad. The pool is AMAZING and the splash pad is great for small children! An absolutely amazing option for little ones. Would I stay here again… no. But, it was worth a try! Is all stars better? In my opinion, yes. Save your money where you can!

This is our third resort we've stayed at in Walt Disney World. The grounds are beautiful and so is the main building. The giant statues and figures throughout the grounds are so cool. The rooms are nice, but definitely felt much smaller than Pop Century or Caribbean Beach. We stayed in the Little Mermaid section and it was FAR from the front where you load buses. It really wasn't close to the skyline either, but much closer than to the front. The food was excellent and the gift shop was super.

We arrived for a weeklong family vacation and were greeted by friendly staff. They provided us with a room key for each person and helped us set up magic bands for our children (highly recommend!). The TVs in our room greeted us with a personalized message. The children LOVED it! The quick service food was ok. Nothing amazing however we were fans of the pizza and the souvenir travel mug that we could refill for the duration of our visit. Room service was kind and prompt when we asked for more blankets. The shop had a lot of variety and the staff was always friendly and provided recommendations. It was great to be able to order food and pick it up from bell service! Our room was the perfect size for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). There were, however, some bugs. Little bugs by the sink (found on cleaned cups) and in the bathroom. The pools were nice. However surface was very gritty/rocky. One child cut by it and an others swim top was ripped. Overall, a great time and location.

We had a wonderful stay. Even though our daughter was only 16 months old, she had a lot of fun. The pool is great, and the water toys and fountains are perfect for toddlers. The room was very neat and well-equipped. The bathroom is a bit outdated, but everything was very clean. The food in the hotel is of high quality despite the "canteen look," and everything tasted very good. In general, food and drinks are very expensive, but considering that you are living in your own world, it is acceptable. Thanks to the skyline, we were able to explore all of Disney World and experience a lot without entering the parks. What really stands out is the excellent service. All the staff, whether at the reception, in the restaurant, at the pool bar, or the gardeners, were very friendly and always helpful. We had a wonderful time.
