We had a wonderful stay. Even though our daughter was only 16 months old, she had a lot of fun. The pool is great, and the water toys and fountains are perfect for toddlers. The room was very neat and well-equipped. The bathroom is a bit outdated, but everything was very clean. The food in the hotel is of high quality despite the "canteen look," and everything tasted very good. In general, food and drinks are very expensive, but considering that you are living in your own world, it is acceptable. Thanks to the skyline, we were able to explore all of Disney World and experience a lot without entering the parks. What really stands out is the excellent service. All the staff, whether at the reception, in the restaurant, at the pool bar, or the gardeners, were very friendly and always helpful. We had a wonderful time.

So many resorts and hotels, so many options. I am sure you can find a good deal and value. I cannot speak for the other resorts, but my experience here was truly amazing. Many thanks to Kathy, Elma, Gina and most importantly Charlie who really took care of our family. Charlie gave us an above-and-beyond experience that I will never forget: True display of leadership. Hotel rooms were amazing - kids loved the Lion King Family Suite and of course, the great Disney channels. The cable car experience was truly amazing and an experience the kids will never forget. Many thanks to everyone working here at the Animation Resort. We left the property with a big smile on our face.

Loved the restaurant, the food everywhere T Disney is fabulous. We ate! The rooms are nice and have a separate master suite which is a big bonus. The big blue pool is pretty and the laundry facility was sure handy. The only thing I would have harped on but I typically don’t do that is that there were a few places in our room that needed minor repairs. Also our rooms were not ready on time but I’m sure this isn’t typical. This place is for kids of a younger age though it would seem.

We stayed at the Disney's art of animation resort - Overall the hotel stay was good. The front desk staff were courteous to combine our 2 reservations in to one and booked us in a single room for our entire stay. Though most part of our stay at the hotel was great, the housekeeping service could have been better. On one of the days, we noticed that our room door was left open when we returned back from the park around 9:30pm. It turned out that the housekeeping staff left our room door open after their service. We were not sure how long our room door was open. We reported the incident to the front desk. Also we don't think the sheets in our room were changed during our entire stay of 7 days which we heard that wont be changed unless they are dirty. These are some of the areas that could be improved. Resort has skyliner which is accessible to 2 parks and we have to take a crowded bus to the other parks.

I loved the theme of this hotel with all the art work in the lobby and on the buildings which made my stay more enjoyable. But was disappointed when you open the door to the room, you're practically going into a bed and it was extremely heavy to hold open; the bathroom was extremely small and had a curtain that separated the bedroom from the bathroom which I found to be tacky and cheap looking; there was no refrigerator or microwave; one night I found 2 spiders and had to kill them. The landscaping was beautiful and loved the Skyliner.
