Truly a beautiful place. Seeing the animals was majestic and relaxing. The amount of details that are built in throughout the resort are incredible. Bomas breakfast was fantastic, Rooms are spacious, Quick service food was really good. Only thing would be wish we had more time to enjoy it all. We were there for Halloween and didn’t get a chance to use the pools. If Staying here, for the price, you will want to make the most of your time there.

Absolutely beautiful interior — animals were great to see too! We booked a Savannah room, but unfortunately views for each room are not created equal. However, the experience of being able to see animals out the window (or walking around the property) was unique. I’d NOT staying here if the plan is to go to parks all day, as it’s quite far from everything but Animal Kingdom. If you’re planning on a relaxing day, however, it’s great. The restaurants in the resort are also very very good (albeit pricey with the Disney premium). In fact, everything is pricey!

We stayed last year but this hotel was amazing and clean! The food options- you can’t beat it. Boma is amazing. Everything about this hotel is phenomenal. I know a drawback is the location and bus system, but the busses were very convenient and easy so it was not a big deal! The hotel was just so amazing I’d stay here anytime

Totally love it. ))) Highly recommend. Just came back from Birthday celebration for 12 y.o. Lady. The room 3564 in Jumbo House absolutely worth the money. We had a great Savanna view and saw all Giraffes 🦒 we came for + another beautiful African animals. Guessing that 3rd floor is the best hight. Also had dinner at Jiko and it was new and different. Great food and service. Style of the hotel and the room is very special and unique. Staff is nice and attentive. Everything was great and we are super happy. ) Will keep these memories throughout Life. ) Thank you guys so much. ) 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽💫💫💫💖💖💖

Very comfortable beds.The Courtyard with the animals was really neat to see in the mornings. We tried the buffet lots of interesting foods but everything was delicious. It was nice to have a choice of too hot tubs and the large pool. Another neat amenity was the large indoor fireplace area in the lodge.
