This is a beautiful resort from top to bottom. The animals, the grounds, the restaurants, there is something for everyone and you don't have to leave the property if you don't want to. And the staff, every single person is very friendly and helpful. And I'd like to give a special shout out to Savannah, she was in Bell service while we were there, she went out of her way to make sure we had the best experience we could, and for that, I'd like to say thank you! We looked for her on the day we left but she had already finished her shift. Thank you to everyone who made our stay special. PS, we were there for our sons wedding!🥂🍾🌹

This resort has all the amenities you could hope to have to be comfortable during your stay. The restaurant has an amazing breakfast buffet. The fitness center is very well organized and has everything you need to have an awesome workout. Location is very convenient with amazing views from the room of the animals. It is worth it to get a room with a view of the giraffes.

We love this resort! The balconies are perfect for early morning and afternoon animal sightings. Plenty of quick service, fancy and regular dining options. Shopping is fun and unique. The pools never feel overly crowded the lobbies are stunning and the staff is always friendly. Fun cultural activities for kids and adults, bar and lounge options are great, and did I mention that it never feels crowded?!

Animal Kingdom Lodge is a very nice resort. It is located far out from most of the parks, such as Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, and Hollywood Studios. There is only bus transportation if that is an issue. The safari view rooms are worth it if in your budget. There are 2 main pools, one at each side of the resort, with shuttle service to and from. The food is pricey, and is okay. In my opinion, Sanaa is overrated for the price. You will see a lot of animals from the resort, and there are also animals by the pool. I recommend staying here if you are an animal lover.

Great resort but really bummed with the checkout! We were checking out on my birthday and the Bell desk lady ,One was rude when I went up to the desk and said they don’t give carts to check out you can only use the bell desk…. Which is fine but how about you don’t act totally rude when saying it. Upon check in we were able to use one I guess she must have not been here.
