A very lovely place with very welcoming staff especially Evangelia the women who welcomed us and gave us a warm feeling. They were very friendly to our pet dog Mailo🐶. Amazing food, clean environment, the best swimming pools and the garden that was very well maintained. Looking forward to come again.

If you are looking for peaceful place to rest away from City turmoil, this hotel is for you. Hotel service is very kind and helpful. Beside place is very good base to explore Olympus mountains. Subjective disadvantage, car rental is a must to explore nearby attraction.

A long time ago this used to be a 5 star hotel. But now this ain’t the case anymore. 3 stars would be more than adequate. The rooms are in dire need of renovation. The minibar was straight from the 90s all yellowed out too. The furniture in bad shape. Cleanliness as you can see from the photos was as far from a 5 star service as possible (photos). Tried to take a shower on Friday evening no pressure whatsoever and no hot water either. The mattress was making all sorts of sounds was planning to complain about it but I was there for 2 nights only and I had no energy for it. The air conditioning sound won’t help the sleep-challenged either (video). I don’t want to drag this too long. Buffet dinner and breakfast are mediocre. Too much oil in some dishes, medium raw materials at best. Not all was bad. Pools and outside areas are charming and the hotel is huge. The beach is pretty awesome too. Prices not too bad either. PS. One last pet peeve of mine. Please put some outlets next to the bed. The closest outlet was across the room.

Wonderful hotel with genuine, helpful and very kind staff, always smiling. They even upgraded our room to a swim up suite because we had to wait 30 mins at check in and provided complimentary coffee! Prices very fair and reasonable. There are 5 adorable Greek shepherd mountain dogs that check in at dinner time after chilling on the beach, they are very polite and don't trouble anyone, they added to our experience and enjoyment. Those who don't get it, need to get over their sanitised version of reality. The hotel design is very good, nothing is too far away, there are multiple pools and eating areas, always a quiet area to find, no loud music, just chilled and calm. The backdrop of Mt Olympus and setting sun adds a great atmospheric charm. Authentically Greek enough for a 5* which is rare, highly recommended. We thank you.
