We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful resort! We actually visited 25 years ago, and it was such a special experience that we always wanted to come back. Now, after all these years, we can truly say it is still just as amazing — if not even better! The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The atmosphere is perfect for unwinding and feeling completely at home. everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s a superb resort, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect holiday. We definitely hope to return again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely amazing stay at Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa in Phuket during our girls trip to Thailand 2026! I traveled with a large group of 23 people, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, Wanida, the sales manager, was incredibly helpful during the pre-stay process. She made organizing and arranging our group booking smooth and stress-free, which we truly appreciated. When we arrived, we were greeted with a private welcome ceremony, which was such a beautiful and thoughtful touch. Lalita and her team were so kind, organized, and welcoming. They efficiently provided our room keys, explained everything clearly, and gave us maps and guidance on how to navigate the resort. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive — from the front desk, bell room, shuttle drivers, to the housekeeping team. You could really feel how genuinely welcoming and hospitable everyone was. The location is also fantastic. The resort is close to Patong Beach, local markets, shopping areas, restaurants, 7-Eleven, and so much more, making it easy to explore while still enjoying a peaceful resort atmosphere. The resort itself offers so many amenities and activities — there’s truly plenty to keep you busy, relaxed, and entertained throughout your stay. We had such a memorable experience and would highly recommend Diamond Cliff Resort to anyone visiting Phuket, especially for group trips or celebrations. We would absolutely stay here again!

This hotel is in the perfect location at the end of the Patong beach. The service was fantastic and very friendly. Front of staff drivers made us feel like we were the only people visiting. The rooms were large, clean and spacious. There are two pools and a gym we went in most days. You can order drinks and food to your sun loungers, although the restaurants were great to sit in. The prices were reasonable unlike some hotels I've stayed in. If your looking around, on where to book. Book here.

I wanted to thank Mr.Jakkit and Miss Meen for their efforts to help me find my delayed luggage. Their performance are beyond and above their require duty. The hotel are so busy yet they are so supportive and efficient. I am absolutely stunned and impressed with their service. Overall the entire team of this resort are amazing. I would absolutely recommend this resort as the view is spectacular and the service is impressive. Definitely will choose this resort again if l am coming back to Phuket. We had exceptional time and loved all the amenities. We stayed for 6 nights at this hotel in suite room with ocean views during new year celebrations. The room was spacious and had a luxury feel to it with stunning views of the sea. The housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast had many options and all are very delicious. We received 1 kg of complementary fruits. Shuttle service was regular to navigate the hill. The only issue was with our booking which we made well in advance and shortly before our arrival it was disrupted and we had to pay hefty extra or cancel during holiday season. Management could have done better in this situation.
