Great location with frequent shuttle buses, so the hilly setting wasn’t an issue. Breakfast had a good variety, and happy hour drinks were a nice bonus. Room service was regular and well-done, and the restaurant staff were always friendly. Loved the thoughtful pool amenities like the bag and the high-quality slippers. Only downside was the laundry service — a bit on the pricey side. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

This is a lovely resort set amid a cliff. The facilities are excellent, food very nice and very good for the price we paid. The restaurant and bar staff are very attentive. The spa is excellent. I had a one hour back massage with Pinchon who was an excellent therapist. The spa is beautifully maintained with well trained friendly staff. 10/10 for the spa, inc the spa reception staff. The only drawback at this resort is the language barrier at reception. It is very difficult to sort any issues in a timely manner due to communication difficulties. And yes, there are a lot of stairs as you would expect in a resort built into a cliff. A very enjoyable staff on a luxury escapes package.

Perfect Hotel. It has a unique location with amazing views from your room, the pool, restaurant, and location wise. Service is top notch, and they have a routinely shuttle to take you up and down from your hotel room, even though it has +100 stairs. The location is fairly close to good restaurants, and away from the noise and party stuff. Good security for ensuring safety for the hotel's residents. They have free first-aid kit doctor (included), and somebody who can tell you all about Phuket's activities in the hotel. Definitely recommend 👌🏻. However, the only downside is that my room did not have a smart TV. I couldn't cast nor share screen on the TV.

The room was clean and spacious, with new furniture. It smelled fresh and was well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room cool. The staff were helpful and responded quickly to any requests. Check-out was handled by an employee named Nutsara, who was friendly, professional, and very cooperative. The hotel is in an excellent location—peaceful, right across from the sea, and close to restaurants with beautiful sea views, including an Arabic restaurant. We also enjoyed the beachfront pool, which was wonderful. However, room service could use some improvement—some towels were worn out, and the tea and coffee cups needed better cleaning. It’s definitely an experience we would love to repeat.

The hotel was amazing. Great service, great rooms and great location. Stayed in the romantic room and it is much nicer than in the pictures. Really impressed specially for off season price. Saw guest complained about the walk up and down to the rooms since the hotel is on a cliff. The hotel tries to circumvent this with free transportation every 3-5 minutes but to be fair the walk is only 3 minutes and quite pleasant. Overall amazing place and would stay again
