A Magical Honeymoon Experience at Diamond Cliff Hotel, Phuket. My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Diamond Cliff Hotel in Phuket, and it was nothing short of magical. We stayed in a Jacuzzi Suite with a breathtaking ocean view, and it exceeded every expectation. The room was beautifully prepared with the utmost attention to detail, everything looked stunning and created the perfect romantic atmosphere for our special occasion. One of the unique touches we truly loved was the hotel’s fruit basket offer. Upon check-in, we received a one-time voucher to claim 1 kilogram of fresh tropical fruits from their in house fruit shop. such a thoughtful and delightful idea! We could also purchase more fruits during the stay, which added a lovely local flavor to our experience. The property itself is breathtaking, featuring two large swimming pools with incredible views. Every staff member we met was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The Hotel perfectly blends comfort, and authentic Thai warmth. It’s a place that made our honeymoon truly unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for couples looking for a romantic getaway in Phuket!

I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff and services are top-notch. My room had the Jacuzzi within the suite absolutely perfect. Wonderful food selection. This place has both a gym and a spa. They have two pool locations. One even has a waterfall and slide. It’s family friendly for those who want to come here with children. The food is great. The services offered are worth the price, especially if you need a van to pick you up and take you to the airport. Even the location is perfect. You’re not there from far from Patong Beach and essentially you are in the middle of the action. This is my first time coming to Phuket and when I return, I will absolutely come back. There were so many other amenities that I did not have time to use, but I will make sure I do it on my future stay.

The hotel staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of food and a beautiful sea view. The location is very good, just a short walk from the beach. However, the beach itself is not great compared to European beaches – the water is quite dirty, has an unpleasant smell, and it’s really not suitable for swimming. Still, the views from the hotel are stunning and the photos look incredible. There’s also the Fuga Bar just below the hotel, where we had two fantastic evenings with great music and atmosphere. We had a sea view room with an extra charge, but it wasn’t very clean, and the biggest issue was the loud air conditioning, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Overall though, the hotel grounds are beautiful and we had a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful resort with stunning ocean views. We were checked in by Warissara who changed our room to accomodate our needs, this was extremely kind of her and the staff here. The staff are lovely and make the experience amazing. The food is also delicious! We had an all inclusive drinks and meals and couldn’t recommend it more. The massage at the resort spa was one of the best I’ve had in Phuket. They run a shuttle bus within the resort as it is quite hilly and large. They also have a complimentary one way shuttle bus into Patong beach at 2pm and 4pm, we caught the 4pm bus a couple of times as it drops you right at Bangla road market. Special mention to Siarpasson and Wilawian at the restaurant who always great you with a smile. Preecha, Eakaphan and Jamras at the bell desk who were always available to help organise a tuk tuk or taxi. As well as Anacha the sercurity guard who was always there with a smile.

We're just finishing our week stay at Diamond cliff. The facilities are amazing, two pools including a waterfall pool. Rooms are spacious, the breakfast is incredible. We took advantage of their mui tai beginners class, which was free and really informative. Make sure you look at the events scedule when you arrive. What Diamond Cliff offers that makes it an incredible destination and makes it stand out is its staff. The housekeepers, front of house, catering, activity coordinators, they are the elite of their professions. Phuket is a long way from the UK, but if we come back, it is certain we will come here.
