We had an amazing stay at this quiet, biotropical paradise! The seaplane transfer was an unforgettable experience, and from the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and super friendly .Staying in a water villa was pure bliss—waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping straight into the crystal-clear water was unforgettable. The island is peaceful but full of fun activities. Scuba diving and snorkeling were highlights—the underwater life is stunning, and the water sports team made everything so easy and enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the beachfront restaurant perfectly captured that relaxed, sandy island vibe. There are also beautiful spots for sunset walks, lounging, and just soaking in the serenity. Overall, it’s a perfect mix of luxury, adventure, and relaxation. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience a true tropical escape!

Our stay at Dhigufaru Island Resort was everything we hoped for in a relaxing Maldivian escape. The location is simply perfect—peaceful, picturesque, and ideal for completely unwinding. The rooms were exactly as described, spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor bathroom was especially beautiful, thoughtfully designed and adding a real touch of luxury to the experience. What truly made the trip exceptional was the staff. They were outstanding from start to finish and genuinely couldn’t do enough for us, always warm, attentive, and eager to help. A special thank you to Ankit in the restaurant, who looked after us so well at every meal, and to Abdul at the pool bar, who made our afternoons extra enjoyable with his friendly service and fantastic drinks. The house reef was another highlight. Snorkeling straight from the beach each day was unforgettable, with an abundance of marine life including colorful fish, rays, and even reef sharks. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this resort and would absolutely love to return one day.

Dhigufaru Island Resort is about a 45-minute seaplane transfer from Malé, and the flight itself is a great experience with amazing views of the Maldives islands from above. The island is peaceful and surrounded by a nice house reef, which makes it good for snorkeling directly from the beach. The resort is relatively affordable compared to many luxury resorts in the Maldives, so it is a good option if you want the Maldives experience at a lower cost. The island is not very big, which makes it quiet and relaxing. Water activities are mostly not included in the package. Only dolphin watching, kayaking, and snorkeling were included during our stay, while other activities like parasailing and motorised water sports cost extra. Food variety is a bit limited compared to larger resorts, but the staff are friendly and the overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing. One interesting thing is that you can see plenty of marine life around the island, including reef fish, rays, and sometimes small sharks near the shore. Overall, a good resort for travellers looking for a peaceful Maldives stay with reasonable price, beautiful reef, and scenic seaplane transfer

The most beautiful place I've ever been. Beautiful beach, wonderful sunshine. But the star is the water. I've never seen such a beautiful color of water anywhere else in the world. The house (we had one on the water) was very clean and well-maintained. I recommend it and miss it very much. A special thank you to Mr. Bijesh 🩷

Terrible experience, completely ruined our honeymoon. Poor hygiene, including the food and mould in the snorkeling gear (which when confronted the staff said it's fine, they all have mould and apparently food is fine to eat with flies all over it). Ash trays everywhere, music until early hours of the morning across the whole island, excursions are limited and the rooms are outdated and not looked after. Mouldy furniture and cushions, uncomfortable beds and outdoor showers and toilets which need cleaning. We left early and so happy that we did. Avoid! Definitely recommend paying more for Finolhu or other resorts where guests are looked after and the resort is well maintained
