We arrived as a married couple hoping for a fun getaway and left with memories we’ll cherish forever. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, respectful, and perfectly balanced between relaxation and excitement. We had such an amazing time that we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave and ended up booking an extra day just to stay longer. The connections we made were genuine and unforgettable. The service throughout the resort was exceptional, from the attentive and friendly waiting staff to the hardworking cleaning team who kept everything immaculate. Every detail reflected care, professionalism, and pride in the guest experience. Edgar at the coffee bar next to the gym was very attentive and makes great coffee. Carlos massage gave the wife a massage she will never forget. Jorge was part of the wait staff, he was our waiter one night at Suki and every night after the hot tub activitys ;) down at the Melange bar. He always had our BLT with burnt bacon (as requested) ready for us. Incredibly nice guy we hope to see next time. This resort exceeded our expectations in every way, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Our experience was incredible. Everyone is very friendly from the moment you arrive at reception. Meghan checked us in and was super attentive and friendly. The waiters, butlers, and bartenders were excellent. They make you feel at home. The rooms are very clean and the food is delicious. We will definitely be back next year. We loved Desire Riviera Maya.

It was another chart topper trip! We stayed in our favorite Diamond Suite and had the best butlers Mike and Erika who took such good care of us! We had Daniel our last night and he is also always amazing. Lefranc is also such an amazing guy, we love him and he always made sure to check on us throughout our trip just in case we needed anything. We go so often and have never had a bad butler, they are all so amazing. Meghan in the lobby is always such a sweetheart and wonderful help! She is always personable and kind, we love her! The playmakers are always so much fun and love that they get everyone into the daily activities, so appreciative of what they do, definitely makes the trips fun, my husband Joe also loves them and it’s always so nice that they remember us when we return. Africa was our server most days and she is always such a bright and wonderful person, she made sure we were always taken care of and never had an empty cup or hungry, and all the bartenders(Dylan, Gustavo, Noe, just a few to name but we loved all of them!) are always so helpful it’s hard to name them all, we were there from 10/25 to 11/2 and all the pool bartenders working during that time were so amazing as well as the night club and hot tub bartenders. They are always so personable and on it! All we interacted with were amazing and would just love to recognize them all for the outstanding service they had given us, as always. As always ArcAngel was amazing and helped set us up for whatever we needed, checked in with us and made sure we knew we were taken care of, such an awesome guy. We had amazing dinners at one of our favorite restaurants and always had amazing service from Portofino(love that guy!) and the Kahlo staff, always kept our drinks filled and experience great, had a wonderful dessert put together by portofino and Carlos, it was delicious and always fun to watch as they make it table side. We also don’t want to forget the wonderful housekeepers, we had Teresa during our trip and she did an amazing job and as well as the gardeners! They keep the property in top notch condition. The pool cleaners we saw every day working hard to keep everything clean and beautiful, I feel like they don’t get enough recognition as much as they should along with the gardeners and housekeeping, we love them all as they make our experiences as well each trip. Letzith and hiromi are such sweethearts and were always so amazing during the night shows, their service and friendly nature is always amazing and appreciated, they took such good care of us. Going during Halloween was such a fun time and sad we missed Dia de Muertos, the staff did such a wonderful job with decorating and getting in the spirit with their costume contest! The only thing we would want to change is maybe the music in the club/disco, we would love to here more 90s hip hop/rap, maybe more fun dance music lol, just something more sexy to dance to then techno/electronico, but we understand that you can’t always please everyone! We had an amazing time and want to do all the holidays there. We love everything about this place and visit often! This was probably our 6th trip this year and we have more planned for the future already.

Premier member review here : From the moment that we arrived to the moment we left everyone was extremely nice ! It is a more upscale resort for couples therefore the fun never stops ! Bartenders at the bar teach you Spanish if you desire 😃 will make any drink of your choice and overall notice you the minute you approach the bar ! Sexy Entertainers especially Monika and Bella are awesome and super friendly! You truly have the best experience there with one small exception : I don’t like that you have to make reservations for restaurants for dinner , it should be on walking bases … but with that said we still had an exceptional vacation and we will be back ! Night shows and entertainment are great and you are never bored ! If you get hungry after midnight there is those midnight tacos and pizza with an extremely polite, funny waiter to take your food order and of course from time to time you can see some friendly racoons near by waiting for you to share your food with them 😂 !!! Overall if you love having fun, reconnecting with your spouse and meeting new friendly people that this resort is definitely for you !
