We have had the most amazing time during our stay. The staff is fabulous ! Attentive , helpful, always there to take care of you. Victor takes care of you at the pool along with his guys. The staff helped us pull off the best birthday dinner for my husband. Over the top service, fantastic display of food, very accommodating at every level. And they were happy to do it. Two chefs, Perla and Nico worked together to make the best appetizers, dinner and his favorite dessert. The waiter, Gerardo along with Eva and Antonio took great care of our 20 guests with ease. The bartenders, Pedro and Saul made sure the drinks were never empty. And all of this could not have come together without the help of Hector our butler and the hotel manager Laura. A huge shout out to all of these hardworking awesome people. Thank you. We will be back.

Just back from another great time at Desire Pearl! No place like it, even if you’re not there for the lifestyle experience. Super friendly and open folks in a laid back environment. Met so many fantastic people. The staff is seriously amazing, especially the pool concierge folks and the bartenders. Special thanks to Miguel, a pool concierge, who was always ready to take care of us and make things happen.

As the staff say in greeting you at the entrance, "welcome home". Pearl is like going home with many familiar faces. Staff is incredibly stable and it is amazing how they remember us with the huge number of people they see between our visits. Always attentive and eager to please in any way they can. The rooms are clean, the property is spacious and tropical. For an adult vacation away from adult stresses, it is the perfect place. We don't leave the resort when visiting. On the last visit I walked into a coffee table crossing through a dark room. The glass top smashed on the tile floor. In no time housekeeping had it cleaned up and a replacement table in place. The manager graciously and generously declined my offer to pay for it. That is what "coming home" feels like at Pearl.

The staff at Pearl are amazing! From the moment we showed up, our butlers Michelle and Carlos took care of everything from nightly dinner reservations, local places to eat in PM, and delivery of our daily 7am screwdrivers. We ate breakfast everyday at the mansion restaurant and our waiter Oliver knew exactly how I wanted everything everyday and gave us a daily Spanish lesson. The pool staff, Horacio and Victor. Made sure we got the cabana we wanted and would check in frequently to make sure everything was good. We are already planning our next trip here.

Not sure why or how anyone could give less than 5 stars! They will bend over backwards to remedy any problem you might have. My wife had a brief conversation with one of the hotel staff about some personal issue she was dealing with and that lady showed up with a humming bird necklace on our last day. She wanted my wife to know she was thinking of her. On one of our trips we forgot our cell charger the lady in the store at the resort sent her daughter to find one. That’s only a few things that have happened on several of our stays. Let’s not forget the playmakers! They have made my wife’s birthdays a real event. Though Bella is our favorite she is the most genuine loving person we know. Always running up to us on our first day and telling us how much she missed us. All the playmakers will make you feel so welcome and engage with you if you let them. The food and wait staff are fantastic! Bartenders are in a class of their own! Once they see you a couple times they remember what you’re drinking and you never wait long for a refill. NOT ONE hotel person will pass you without saying good morning or good evening. I swear you could ask a Ground keeper to get you a beer and he will find someone to get you a beer. Overall, we cannot say enough, good things about desire, pearl we cherished the time we have spent there and look forward to the times that we can go back.
