Our stay at the Desire Pearl from September 5-9 was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the entire team made us feel welcomed, cared for, and truly at home. Every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. The playmakers, pool personnel, bartenders, food servers, and chefs were all outstanding — friendly, attentive, and always ready with a smile. The level of service and attention to detail was second to none. A special shoutout and heartfelt thank-you to the amazing individuals who made our stay exceptional: Eduardo, Manuela, Rubén, Elena, Kia, Victor, Belen, Jess, Julio, Horacio (piscina), Mayrani, Antonio (piscina), and Piña. Each of you brought such warmth and positive energy — whether it was engaging activities, poolside service, delicious meals, or simply taking the time to check in and make sure everything was perfect. Your kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return. Thank you for making our vacation one to remember!

Oh, I am blown away by the service here. It is beyond any expectation you could Possibly have. I have made a list of some people that really made my experience special for example by the pool, Candace and Kia and Jess and Abby and largo And Matt and Shirley they win a problem beyond to care for us. We also appreciate it Miguel and Antonio. They were the ones that always had a chair ready for us. The gardener Javier came over several days with a coconut. He climbed up the tree to get. He gives it to you with such pleasure in the morning. We had an awesome breakfast and Victor and Poor We’re constantly there to serve our every need. Water Our cleaning lady Harmon kept everything so clean every day then we went to the spot and we’re so blessed to have Selena and Zazil Who went over the top to give us an You made it awesome deep tissue massage perfect for all the toxins being removed through the lymphatic system. Gabi was instantly at our side to bring us drinks when we are by the pool. She even knew that we liked mineral water and would have it for us before we even asked for it. The number one reason we’ve been to Desire is because of the people that work here and this is our third trip in less than one year. They have memberships here. I would highly recommend because it’ll put you in such a great state of mind every time you come to visit. Compliments to management for all these people that I’ve mentioned who have helped us and if you are new and looking for a place to come, this is your place

Our butlers Carlos and Irving were amazing. They made sure we had the reservations we wanted and took care of a few things when our room didn’t get restocked 3 of the 6 days. Also, our pool attendant Victor made sure we had the pool beds we wanted and was very accommodating. The play makers Kia, Matt, JJ and Angie (I think) were amazing making the activities around the pool and stage at night super fun!

We just returned from 6 nights in Pearl and as usual had a great trip. The best part about the resort was the service and we met some great staff. Large shout out to Luis Lopez who was the “Profesional Bartender” making great special drinks and the best margaritas for the wife. Claudia was also outstanding and created such a personal experience also with conversations while we sat at the bar drinking some great drinks. They made our experience so much better because the cared enough to provide personal service to us. We also have to say Horacio and Miguel ALWAYS took care of as the pool making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The food was really exceptional, and we were so glad. We never had a bad meal and the service in the restaurants was fantastic. We would still love to see some repairs made to paint, rooms needing minor repairs, and especially the main pool that needs much repair to the tile, as well as some pool service for algae growing in grout. This is where people really spend a bulk of their time and having it made better would be a huge improvement. The worst part was sea grass and the smell. We know this is not in control of resort, but it does affect the stay. Resort staff worked very hard to try cleaning up daily but due to the time of year it was overwhelming.

This is the place to be! This is our 7th visit to Desire Pearl. From check in to check out, it was one of the best vacations! We aren’t big into the party scene, which is not a huge thing here, but we were able to do our thing, which is relax! Absolutely NO pressure in anything if you didn’t want to do it. Food is excellent and so is the service. We will continue to come back in the future.
