What an amazing week we had! Easily the absolute best vacation we’ve been on. The resort is beautiful, wonderful variety of food, but by far what made the experience so memorable was the staff! From the time we arrived and checked in from the moment we boarded our van to leave, each and every staff member treated us as if we were so very special. Lluvia greeted us warmly and treated us like royalty! A few stand outs.. Antonio, the pool concierge made us feel like royalty, with warm greetings, quick set ups and even cleaning our sunglasses from the sun block lotion! He greeted us with a warm smile each and every morning. Victor and Miguel at the pool were also equally friendly and attentive. Our servers at the pool, Gabi & Servando delivered warm smiles, friendly greetings and delightful cocktails, even remembering from day to day our drink of choice 😊 The restaurant staff were all extremely friendly, welcoming and professional , but our favorite was definitely Eme. We met him at lunch and then he was our server for dinner. Impeccable service and the most warm and friendly personality. We even received a special dessert on our last night there. The Spa!! Do yourself a huge favor and get a massage! Fernando checked on me each day until my appointment and recommended the absolute best option for me, to say I was pleased is an understatement Last but certainly not least, the Playmakers!! What an excellent team of people. Candice’s bubbly, energetic and sexy personality made us smile and laugh each day. JJ, Jess, Abi, Matt, Tristan and Kia were always smiling, energetic and beautifully fun! From during the day by the pool to late into the night during and after the show, they made sure we were having fun, laughing and dancing; always with a smile on their faces and never appearing to be exhausted from such a long day of entertaining. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making our week so magical! See you next year!!

We had a wonderful time at Desire Pearl. The facilities were great. Food was good with a nice verity every day. The service was amazing. Horacio and Victor took great care of our pool seating everyday and they gave us great service. Maye the hostess at Aphrodisiac was so sweet. Aaron at the front bar made a great Latte for us every morning. Jesus gave me a wonderful massage. Overall a wonderful experience and we be back!

We had an incredible time at this resort. The playmakers (Candice, Matias, JJ, Abby, Kia, Jessica, Tristan & Omar) are what makes the resort stand high above all other all-inclusive resorts. If we let them, the play makers help us out of our introverted ways and get us into a healthy party mode. We started each day with Yoga, then volleyball, water polo, and water zumba. Matias was always finding ways to teach us how to dance and feel free to express ourselves to music. Candice could rock our world with her singing voice and personable demeanor. Jess, JJ and Tristan added competitive levels to our sports and competition always bringing a little sibling rivalry to activities. Abby’s bubbly personality never stopped making the baby-sister a fun add-on to every occasion. I can afford any resort, but having Play Makers keeping us entertained morning, noon and night sets this resort above most others. Lastly, Omar, DJ extraordinaire, with his taste in music and hilarious sense of humor provided a cornerstone to the Play Makers antics that should never be forgotten. Mani, “El Jeffe” as we called him, has built an incredible team and even took the time to party and lose to my wife in volleyball. The evening entertainment was about standard for Cancun (4 of 5 stars), but even then the Play Makers getting us dancing all night long pushed evenings into exceptional (6 of 5 stars). We loved it here for 9 days and I was able to truly decompress and spend time with like minded individuals whom became fast friends.

This was our first time at a resort like this. Although they are not set up for Thrupples they made every effort to make it work for us. The food is phenomenal and always fresh. The hostess May is very kind and speaks very good English and allowed me to practice my bad Spanish with her every day at breakfast. The selection of bourbon is great. The staff is lovely and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The rooms are nice and comfortable and very clean. We will definitely be returning for another visit.

Anniversary trip was a total delight. Greeting by bellmen Alexis and Aaron, it felt like being welcomed home. Likewise at the pool where Miguel, Horacio, Victor, and Jesus greeted us warmly and quickly got our pool loungers set up. Got to have an umbrella! Pool waitresses Gabi, Monica, and Sorvino (?) quickly provided drinks and took food orders. Their beautiful smiles made interactions so pleasant. At the Spa, Tami, Rebeca, and Gabriel provided excellent massages. There was more consistency across the resort as far as drink quality goes. I’ve never seen a neater resort, which the groundskeepers well maintained under Javier’s direction. Mr. Daniel Sanchez, the hotel manger, was daily walking the resort to ensure that his high expectations were met. Loved seeing Sophie in the lobby. Many kudos to Candice, Kia, Tristan, Matt, Abby, Jess, and the other play makers for keeping the atmosphere fun and engaging.
