We had an amazing time at the hotel. From the moment you ho up the drive its just stunning 😍 The whole hotel is absolutely beautiful. The room we had was old and dated but you can see they're doing work on some of the rooms to update them. We will definitely be back and have recommended the hotel already to family and friends. The people are some of the nicest people we have ever met, and the food is nice, the Al a carte restaurants are amazing. The pool,beach and bar areas are wonderful.

Our 3rd stay. We really love this place, beautiful grounds, great facilities and lovely staff. The food in the general restaurant (The Palm) has improved yet again and with availability almost 24/7 there's no reason to go hungry. The Bella Vista bar by the lagoon is gorgeous and so handy for drinks and nibbles in between swims and snorkels. The snorkeling is much better than our first visit 5 years ago which is great to see. Saw 2 huge eagle rays, which was a real treat. The new Zaitouna lounge and pool is beautiful, a huge improvement over the old lane pool. The a la cartes could do with attention...La Bistro - food was nice, but not as good as in March and the service wasnt good, whilst Rancheros was poor at best- luckily the Palm was still serving- a much better offering with friendlier staff, especiallyin the Adult only area! Overall, the grounds and pools are stunning and very clean. There is something for everyone and we will be back!

An absolutely fantastic stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. The reception area is stylish and inviting, setting the perfect tone from the moment you arrive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay

Very stylish and aestetic hotel. We had a very nice and pleasant time in the palm restaurant! The staff are very attentive and kind. The food is quite good either. All in all, we really enjoy staying in this hotel and we will come here next year 💯

Our stay at Desert Rose was wonderful – the service was excellent, the hotel was clean and well maintained, and the food was outstanding. One minor point: while it was communicated that restaurant reservations are needed, it was less clear that some activities also required advance booking. You really need to plan and reserve early, as spots fill up quickly. Once I reached out, Ms. Samar El Noby provided immediate and very kind assistance, making everything much easier. Thank you again for your excellent support! I will definitely contact her directly on my next visit to enjoy the full Desert Rose experience.
