We have currently just finished our holiday here, and we cannot complain about one thing. Every staff member is welcoming and friendly always willing to help, and they always have a friendly smile. The staff cannot do more for you. The food is great loads of different things to try. They have loads of pools with loads of sun beds, a lot for kids and adults to do too. We will 100% be coming back this is by far one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at.

The rooms were adequate but the bathrooms need updating but are clean. The food wasn't to my taste and repetitive for my liking but plenty of it to go around the guests. The Setting and gardens are beautiful and everything is kept well. The Staff are all amazing and can't do enough for you. Good value for what we paid .

It's our third time in 4 years at Desert Rose. This place is amazing! The facilities are great, they make good use of the green space (outdoor gym, games area, peddle court, kids playground). A few pools and a small aqua park. Unlike a lot of the other hotels, the food was also really good. Breakfast was repetitive but the other buffets were changed slightly every day and always tasted great. There are a couple of pool and beach bars where you can get some lighter meals (burger etc), those weren't as nice but did the job. Animation program was always nice, also for the kids. Main compliant is the rooms. While still nice and clean, the regular rooms are not 5 star standard. Old furniture, old bathrooms. The superior rooms are much nicer though. Finally, almost all the staff we dealt with were very nice and friendly. With one or two exceptions, no one was actively sitting there waiting for a tip (even if they really were)

KSK Line

Beautiful hotel with great gardens and great service. We enjoyed much its infrastructure, superb paddle court, CrossFit station, lots of lovely bars. The food was really good,what a nice thing for an all inclusive. Nearly every night we had a cool surprise like fresh grilled swordfish or ostrich. Service was excellent x1000. Every waiter or manager was caring, asking if we are happy, smiling. Tables were cleaned within 2 min, incredible. Gardens are beautiful, with lots of flowers. We used water normally, swam in a swimming pool and we did not have any stomach problems as you might get in Egypt. Rooms are very spacious, but quite ancient, with no WiFi in it. Actually I found it good for children, no screens in the evening. Hotel is situated not far away from the airport. We were really satisfied with our stay, I would recommend it to everyone, I hope we will be back here even this year.

It is a beautiful arranged Hotel-Area with many grass areas and colorful flower-arrangements. The Pool areas and the beach are nice and clean. Our room was good too. The housekeeping was remarkable. The personal in general was very kind and costumer-friendly. Bars and Activities delivered a variety of options to spend our time. The food was very diverse with a nice local touch. We will come back.
