We had an amazing time at the hotel. From the moment you ho up the drive its just stunning 😍 The whole hotel is absolutely beautiful. The room we had was old and dated but you can see they're doing work on some of the rooms to update them. We will definitely be back and have recommended the hotel already to family and friends. The people are some of the nicest people we have ever met, and the food is nice, the Al a carte restaurants are amazing. The pool,beach and bar areas are wonderful.

Overall a good hotel but plagued by sunbed thieves!! There are 3 pools and the beach, so plenty of chairs and loungers, but the middle pool is lush and doesn't allow kids, which for me, is a bonus. I was at the pool by 6.30am every day as I was alone and get up early...trust me 85% of the sunbeds were "reserved" by people who then didn't appear until 11am at the earliest! Food ok but plentiful, gym very small and entertainment was standard. Hotel is spotless, staff lovely. Some rooms,one included are the old style, think it's worth paying more for a better standard, it was comfortable but old air con which sounded like a generator and a small fridge which seemed to be in competition to be louder. TV was small in my room with poor English selection. Good overall. Venus spa and Hamam was 2 doors down and really good value and standard. Half the price of the hotel and maximum 5 minutes walk.

Great resort. I have nothing to critize. Staff, food, drinks, pools, sea, location everything was top👌 ( it would be great to have shoes for the sea. I didn't have any,but it was okay. Next time, I would definitely take some. 😊 ) Resort offers a program of activities from morning to night. The hotel app is available, where you can find all information you need 👌 Thanks 🫶

Thad a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options every day. The animations and activities were fantastic - the animators did an amazing job keeping everyone entertained and creating a great atmosphere. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, close to everything you might need. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best all-inclusive resort I’ve ever been to! This is truly the best all-inclusive resort I’ve ever stayed at. The service is amazing, and all the staff are incredibly friendly — you never feel alone, and they do everything to make sure you’re happy and satisfied. There’s new entertainment every day, and everything is so well organized. Everyone working here is so kind, but a special thanks to Tiger, who took such great care of us — truly professional! Can’t wait to come back next year!
