The hotel is very beautiful and the service is amazing. The staff is very helpful and the security personal gives a feeling of a safe place. We had a lot of fun at the different swimming pools at this hotel. We enjoyed the various dishes which were served. We will definitely come back. Have fun, be happy and enjoy 🏖️🐫☀️

I have a very nice time here. I have stayed at this hotel twice and both times felt very good . Food was great and staff very friendly. I would definitely consider coming again. The only inconvenient was that we have stayed just 1 week . I have seen a new gym this year and they constantly make improvements. I recommend this place.

Great place, with very nice gardens and seashore, with a protected lagoon as alternative to being on the shore. It features several outdoor bars (terraces) and restaurants, an outdoor gym, 3 swimming pools, a kids' area. Very good for families with children! Great evening shows, too. Different standard rooms, so it is good to ask about it when you pay... Generally clean and the staff is nice. Good food, both European and local, so lots of options. I recommend it!

Amazing complex by all means. Service is fantastic, the beach is clean and chaise longs and comfortable. If you don't want to be offered services by the sellers on the beach request a DND flag when you pick your beach towels because 10 of them can approach you within 30min and it's a bit annoying.

The attitude of the receptionists and the staff in charge of food and beverage at the buffet restaurant was very unkind, which was sometimes perceived as racist towards Asians. There was a staff member who pretended not to understand the English we speak (very easy to understand). We con-lined via email and the manager apologized the next day. However, the staff will still be there. I would like to discourage Asians who want to go to this hotel from staying actively.
