We stayed at Desert Islands Resort for one night from 11–12 November. Although our stay was short, it was absolutely lovely. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Sasandi, who checked us in and immediately made us feel right at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast the following morning was excellent, with a great selection. The chefs kept the buffet well stocked and spotless, making for a very pleasant dining experience. We would also like to thank Gerard for driving us between the resorts and back to the ferry terminal. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and truly appreciated the effort of the staff in making it special. From the warm welcome at the port to the smooth check-in, everything was handled with care. A special thanks to Retno and the reception team, who were always ready to assist us, as well as the activity guides who made our experiences memorable. Our kids had a wonderful time at the kids’ club and pool, which made the trip even more enjoyable for the whole family. The dinner reservations, stay, and activities were all excellent. Thank you to everyone for making our anniversary stay unforgettable.

Worst experience in the name of a five star property I literally feel cheated because the Services promised to us were denied on the premises, apparently Al Shams Restaurant is seven authentic Arabic and international cousins and shisha but the staff told us that they never served shisha and arabic food at all. Next, we went to the Palm Restaurant and all the food served there were ready to eat frozen and the quality was absolutely non edible The next day we ordered veg biryani from room seevice and I am practicing hindu, they served me chicken biryani Every hour seemed like a punishment there, if we reported any issue then the staff would educate us as if all our concerns were silly. We were forced to prepone our check out because of the terrible experience we were literally left traumatized Even during check out we asked them for 2 more laundry bas but they gave us just one after one hour saying that laundry bags were finished, this seemed like a joke Never returning back and I'd rather suggest the readers to check out others properties of Hilton, Taj, Bab Al shams Those guys are super friendly and amazing service

the place is a must to visit. there are lots of activities to do. we did the Nature and wildlife drive, the drive takes place in 4x4 shared vehicles. participants may witness scène of playful behavior of animals and Nature. and at early 6:30am we did the advanced mountain biking where you can explorer the wildlife park, off road tails. we enjoyed the beach which is 3min. walk from our hôtel and dont forget to bring your snorkling gear with you, the beach is a perfect for snorkling😃😃. a lot of fun .

We stayed at Anantara Desert Islands for one full week, and our experience was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality made us feel special. A big thank you to Mr. Hassan for upgrading our room since we were staying for a long time — it was such a wonderful gesture and made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. Dining Experience 🍽️ • Al Shams Restaurant – We loved having lunch here! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. The staff were amazing (Produnce, Odep & Rodel)friendly, attentive, and always smiling. The relaxing island view made every meal more enjoyable. 🌊😋 • Savannah Restaurant – We had one of our best dinners here. Elegant and cozy atmosphere, perfect for evenings after exploring the island. The dishes were beautifully prepared and delicious. Special mention to the barista — the best! Any drink we requested was perfectly made and so enjoyable(Staff name: Sandeep, Jackie & Michel) • The Palm Restaurant – Breakfast every morning was excellent! A wide selection of food — tasty, fresh, and prepared with care. Huge thanks to Prudence, Odep, and Rodel for their amazing service. Their warm smiles and attentiveness made every breakfast feel extra special. Overall: Amazing location, delicious food, relaxing island vibes, and exceptional staff — everything exceeded our expectations. This resort gave us one of the best vacation experiences, and we definitely look forward to returning again soon! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Sir Bani Yas Island!
