We’ve only just arrived at the Delphin Palace Hotel, but from the very first moment it already feels like the perfect place for us as a couple. The welcome was warm and genuine, and the attention to detail has made our first day unforgettable. The hotel itself is stunning – elegant, beautifully designed, and filled with little touches that make you feel special. The staff go above and beyond without even being asked, making everything effortless and stress-free. Even though it’s only our first day, we’ve already experienced incredible hospitality, amazing food, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. There’s something magical about being here – whether it’s the breathtaking surroundings, the comfort of the rooms, or the way everything feels so well thought-out. It’s the perfect place for couples to unwind, reconnect, and create special memories. If this is what the first day feels like, we can’t wait to see what the rest of our stay will bring. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly memorable getaway.

The best hotel I’ve stayed at in Turkey. Everything is spotless and well maintained, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The food is excellent – fresh, varied, and always delicious – and the staff are both professional and genuinely friendly. We are extremely disappointed with the reception hotel’s organization. The day before check-out, we were informed that a late check-out would be possible for an additional fee of €70. Since the responsible staff member was no longer available, we were asked to resolve the matter the next morning after breakfast. However, when we approached the reception on the day of departure, our request was unexpectedly denied. This means that the information provided by the hotel staff was misleading. As a result, we lost time, our plans were disrupted, and the overall impression of our stay was spoiled. Such organization is unacceptable: if the hotel offers a service, it must fulfill that promise. Otherwise, it is nothing but a failure of guest expectations.

The hotel is clean and ok, but not worth the money. Family resort with no concept. Food is average and mostly the same menu every day for a lot of variety of food, mostly average to below average taste. The animation is very poor. When I checked in, I got a room with a view of the tennis courts, even though I paid for a room with a sea view. The next day they changed my room at my insistence. I got a room on the 8th floor with a decent view. The insulation in the rooms is very poor. One night at 3 in the morning I was woken up by the screams of children from the hotel lobby which lasted for half an hour. I travel a lot and usually don't leave reviews. But I wouldn't go back to this hotel again. I wrote the review while I was still staying at the hotel. I got food poisoning at the hotel on the last day. And I had to edit my review. I do not recommend the hotel at all.
