This is not my first time at this hotel and I must say that in addition to the nice renovation of the hotel, the hotel offers much better services, has strengthened the staff, who really take excellent care of the guests, especially the service at the meal, and the renovation was done tastefully and practically. The only negative thing I notice is the increase in prices for the Gazebo. Otherwise, excellent work and good management! I also really appreciate the new space for families with children, especially so that crying children will not disturb other guests! Realy good work. Thank you for great holiday

Heartfelt thanks to the entire hotel team for an unforgettable holiday. At times, we truly wished that time would stand still. First and foremost – sincere gratitude to the staff. Every team member we encountered – from reception to housekeeping, from restaurant servers to animators, lifeguards and even the gardeners – radiated warmth, care, and a genuine desire to make our stay perfect. This was felt in every detail. The hotel’s infrastructure is well thought-out and convenient. For us, it was important that the territory was compact, yet everything was easily accessible. We were pleasantly surprised by the drink fridges available in every area – a great solution that helped avoid queues at the bar. Our room met all expectations – clean, cozy, spacious, and with a beautiful view. The food selection was truly impressive – we didn’t even manage to try everything over several days. We especially enjoyed the “Azzurro Verde” à la carte restaurant. It’s wonderful that guests have the chance to explore different dining options – that’s a big plus. A huge thank-you to the animation team – you are the true gem of this hotel. Your work is not only professional but also deeply human: never intrusive, always warm, engaging, and respectful to every guest. For our family – especially our child – you left a lasting and very positive impression. Thank you for your smiles, your energy, and for bringing color and joy to our days. In the new Serenity Park, our child found everything they could dream of – water slides, a lazy river, pools, and of course, the caring staff who looked after everything effortlessly. Another highlight was the sunbeds and bar on the pier. The sound of the waves, the sea breeze, the tranquility – those moments will stay in our hearts for a long time. Once again – thank you to the whole team. Your sincerity and dedication are felt and deeply appreciated. Warm greetings from Lithuania – and we hope to return in the future!

Fantastic hotel!!! Delicious food, very varied. Many bars and restaurants. No interruptions in serving meals. Many attractions for children: a children's water park in the shade, an amusement park, a children's club with animations. Next to the hotel there is a new, super aqua park of the Delphin chain with unlimited access. Interiors with beautiful decorations, tasteful and elegant. Rooms great.

# Five Stars and a Standing Ovation for Delphin Palace Hotel! **★★★★★ "So Perfect, I Thought I Was Dreaming (But the All-Inclusive Buffet Was Real)"** Listen, I've stayed at hotels before, but Delphin Palace didn't just exceed my expectations – it grabbed them, did a little dance, and then launched them into orbit around the Turkish Riviera. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I knew this place was special. The marble floors were so shiny I could see my reflection giving me a thumbs up. The staff greeted me like I was a long-lost relative returning from war, except instead of tears, there were welcome drinks and towel animals. My room? Forget about it. I'm pretty sure it was bigger than my actual apartment back home. The bed was so comfortable that I had to set seventeen alarms just to make sure I'd eventually leave it for the breakfast buffet. And that view of the Mediterranean? Let's just say my phone storage is now 90% sunset photos that I'll definitely never delete. The food situation was basically a culinary theme park. I'm convinced the chefs were wizards because I ate approximately 47 different dishes over three days and somehow each one was better than the last. The breakfast alone had more variety than most countries' entire cuisines. I may have audibly gasped when I saw the dessert section – twice. The pools were so pristine I felt guilty disturbing the water. The beach was like someone had photoshopped real life to look more tropical. Even the seagulls seemed more sophisticated here, probably because they were eating better than I do at home. By day three, I was genuinely concerned they were going to ask me to leave because I'd become too comfortable. I started referring to the pool bar staff by their first names and had memorized the housekeeping schedule. In conclusion, Delphin Palace Hotel is so perfect that I'm now suspicious of all other hotels. They've ruined me for regular vacation experiences. I'm already planning my return trip before I've even fully unpacked. Would I recommend it? Only if you enjoy having your mind blown by exceptional service, incredible food, and the kind of luxury that makes you question why you ever stayed anywhere else. *P.S. - The Wi-Fi was so good I could video call my jealous friends in HD while floating in the pool. That's when you know you've found paradise.* **10/10 would get spoiled rotten again.**

Rating: 8/10 We had the pleasure of staying at the Delphin Palace with three families and children, and overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable holiday. From the moment we arrived, the staff made a significant difference. Despite our early check-in, they promptly arranged our rooms, and I was offered an upgrade to a junior suite for a small extra fee. The room was comfortable and met all our expectations, including a sea view. The presence of a scale in the room was a thoughtful touch—it helped keep our indulgences in check during our stay. The minibar was well-stocked with high-quality beverages, and guests could conveniently help themselves. The hotel has undergone a complete renovation, and the new color palette is modern and uplifting—much better than the previous, more somber red tones. Public areas, including aqua parks, are excellent for families, and the animation team added a great deal of energy and fun throughout the day. Their efforts to offer physical activities in an entertaining way are commendable. We were also impressed by the waitstaff on skates, who continued to serve tirelessly despite the heat. Such attention to guest experience is appreciated. Evening entertainment was delightful, with high-quality shows and live music adding to the ambiance. The Ottoman à la carte restaurant provided a lovely dining experience, with delicious meat dishes and helpful staff who quickly resolved a menu issue. While most aspects of the stay were excellent, the food variety fell slightly short compared to our previous year at Delphin Platinum. Though the taste was satisfying, both the range and presentation felt more basic. Additionally, during cooking hours, food smells from the kitchen hoods drifted into the rooms and balconies, which could be improved with better ventilation. One small note—the bottled water was quite heavy for my taste, despite a pH level of 7.7. It may be worth considering an alternative brand. In conclusion, we had a wonderful time, largely thanks to the dedicated efforts of the entire Delphin Palace team—from housekeeping to waiters and managers. If the food offering improves in the future, we would confidently rate the experience a 10/10. Looking forward to seeing you again at another Delphin property on our next holiday.
