I stayed at De Alturas Goa for 5 nights, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly well-mannered and professional, always ready to assist with a smile, which made me feel genuinely welcomed. The food was amazing – it honestly felt like home. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. It quickly became one of the highlights of my stay. Service across the board was excellent – from housekeeping to the front desk, everything was prompt and efficient. The ambiance of the hotel contributed to the overall relaxing vibe, making it the perfect getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, warm, and memorable stay in Goa!

First of all its not 4* there is no such facilities, in dinner they will keep only 1 item non veg, that also chicken no sea food, no fish no mutton, wash room no clean, no good body wash and shampoo, local 1 rupees shampoo they will provide, welcome drink nobody can drink, breakfast only veg they provide. Room Ac not good.only limited staff we find at hotel.

We are stayed recently 2 nights with family and very disappointed due to food is not good, bathroom not good, we are not getting any sea food, only will get chicken, ac not working properly, its totally not 4*,breakfast only veg they will provide, waste of the money not worth, they provide local soap and local 1 rupees shampoo for bathing, in freezer not kept anything, toothbrush kit, shaving kit, iron table nothing they will provide. Dinner they will keep only 1 item they will keep. and chicken 1 item they will keep ,2 types of rice and chapati, strongly not recommending this hotel for traveler.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stayed 3 nights for a school trip with 3 of my other friends. The AC was not working, Tv was not even switching on, water supply wasn’t regular and showers were clogged. On top of all that the landline’s wire was not connected so we had no means to contact the reception or room service. We went to the reception desk multiple times but no member of the staff resolved our issues. Food was beyond horrible. Absolutely tasteless and inedible, many of my classmates even fell ill after consuming that food. If this was the situation in July which is not even a month of high footfall for resorts like these, I can only imagine how they would be handling customers in busy months. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
