We were genuinely excited for our stay in Goa until we arrived at this so-called four-star hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and did not come close to the standards advertised online. The photos and descriptions provided are misleading and do not reflect the reality of the property. We had booked a double suite, but upon arrival the room had not even been cleaned after the previous guests. The bed sheets were in disarray, visibly dirty, and the room was unhygienic. In a rushed attempt to fix the situation, the cleaning staff did only a superficial clean, during which large amounts of dirt and trash were discovered. The room remained unacceptable, so we requested to be moved. We were then given two separate rooms, which were in equally poor condition. Both rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and unhygienic. The bathrooms had strange stains, and the beds had clearly used sheets with visible marks and residue, showing they had not been replaced or properly cleaned. The floors were sticky and grimy, and despite multiple requests for cleaning, we observed that the same dirty, blackened mop water was being reused across multiple rooms. Due to the filthy conditions, I could not sleep that night. The bedding had crusty residue and felt extremely unhygienic. The following day, we discovered worms and termites under one of the beds. When we asked to be moved again, we encountered additional problems showers were not working properly and water leaked everywhere. To make matters worse, the breakfast buffet was extremely disappointing, with very limited options and watered-down milk. Overall, this stay was a nightmare. The poor hygiene, lack of maintenance, and misleading advertising ruined what was meant to be a relaxing trip. This hotel does not meet even basic standards of cleanliness, let alone four-star expectations, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were extremely unclean, and there was a bad smell throughout the room. The AC was not working properly, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty and seemed unhygienic. Overall, the maintenance and cleanliness standards were very poor. I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve their service and hygiene. And The breakfast quality was very poor and did not meet expectations at all. The food was not fresh, the taste was disappointing, and there were very limited options available. Overall, the hygiene and quality of the breakfast service need significant improvement. It was not a pleasant dining experience. The photos shown on MakeMyTrip and Google are completely different from the actual condition of the hotel. The pictures look modern and well-maintained online, but when I visited, the property was very old and poorly maintained. It felt misleading because the real experience did not match the images or expectations shown during . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location for the resort is good. Although rooms and service can be improved a bit. Checkin took a lot of time. And my sink only had hot water, so could not even use that.

I booked from booking.com what shows on picture from that its exact opposite rooms, stairs, balcony, dining area even plates are dirty. And I pay 9300 just for 2 nights .I feel like I got scammed. Even guests are a so cheap and vulgar I cannot able to enjoy in swimming pool because of that cheap people and what shall I talk about food . Quality of food as per ratings I saw ,it third class who serve gravy aloo puri in three star hotel and eggs were eaten by guests like they havent seen it before. And one person name ‘Pratap’ on the say of checkout he was working on reception he was drunk in morning at 11. And they he was rudely replying to my husband looks like we lived there free and he is doing charity to us. We ask about him to other staff and they said he is in relation to the owner so he behave like this to everyone even with staff also . I am telling you guys this hotel is totally scammed.

So rooms are of standard size not big. And nothing special about anything. Cleaning can be more good. And AC and other electronics are quite old and noisy. Also the gallary outside the rooms was not cleaned.(Only cleaned where people have stepped on). Pool is there but after 7 pm they do not allow anyone so no point of booking for pool as in day time you will want to visit places in Goa and not be in the pool. The complementary breakfast is not having variety and everyday we had same things... I mean not a 4 star quality we expected. It is more of a local hotel like feel max 2 star... Location is good as it's near to the beach and other markets. But view vise it's not good.
