We had an eleven day stay at this hotel. Before arrival, we had read some not so positive reviews, however, we can thankfully say we are not in that camp. We really enjoyed our time here as a family of 4. The highlight of the hotel has to be the variety of food available. Every day the buffet provides a large variety of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are dishes to suit all tastes via buffet or table service across a number of restaurants. The footprint of the hotel externally is large and well laid out with plenty of room around the numerous pools for sun beds - we were never stuck for four beds together. The kids club was a big hit and the evening entertainment for kids and adults was well presented and very enjoyable.
The staff in all departments are very friendly and yet professional in everything they do. They seem like a very happy team and look after their guests at every turn. Day trips can be arranged through guest relation staff and offer very good value for money. In short, this hotel ticks a lot of boxes and was a well worth find for our needs. We look forward to visiting again at some stage in the near future.

DB Seabank Resort. Just coming to the end of our two week holiday and can honestly say we’ve had a fantastic time. The resort has a main restaurant for breakfast, dinner and evening meals with plenty of of variety. There is also another restaurant which opens a little later where breakfast and dinner is available. On the restaurant theme there are also another 5 restaurants which are included within the all inclusive package which are available to book once per week per restaurant each differently themed. The poolside animation team are brilliantly and I’d encourage guests to participate in activities and get to know them. The main pool is very clean and large, there is also an indoor pool and an adult pool with swim up bar. Every lift landing has a chilled water dispenser, plus additional water dispenser located around the resort. The cleaners are excellent and our room was made up everyday. Download the app so you can book restaurant reservations and if you run out of toilet paper or coffee sachets order on the app and delivered in minutes. There is an evening kids disco from 2015 to 2115 then the next hour is adult entertainment which includes the award ceremony where certificates are handed out to winners of the daily poolside games. The poolside toilets are exceptionally clean and there is plenty of them. Forgot to mention there are so many sun beds you should always be able to find one in a location that suits you. From this location recommend purchasing an explorer travel card for 7 days unlimited bus travel which can also be used in Gozo. Paradise Bay is just up the road as is a must visit.

We have been coming here for the last 12 years. The whole family enjoys it and it is perfect for every age. The resort is very clean, food is wonderful (different restaurants to choose from), many of the staff are very nice and above all Marion is exceptional. She takes care of every detail and makes sure that guests are perfectly happy, welcomed, relaxed and comfortable in anyway possible. Thanks again Marion.. for everything. You made our stay exceptional.

My family had a wonderful time at this resort. Everyone was very helpful especially Jonathan and China, they went up and beyond for us. Provided my baby with milk and made us feel very welcomed. Food was very nice, rooms were nice. No complaints at all. Highly recommended

We were really disappointed with our stay here at this hotel. Firstly, when we arrived, none of the keycards were working, and our shower in our room wasn’t working. They fixed it, but it was not a good first impression. Our electricity in our room cut out too, which was terrible. Then we tried the drinks, and the alcohol is watered down and tasted very cheap. We were not impressed at all.
We went outside, and there were bees and wasps EVERYWHERE because people kept leaving drinks and stuff out. Also, lots of the people who were staying at the hotel were very common, rough, trashy people with absolutely no manners whatsoever!
The food was absolutely terrible. It’s all cheap food, and the menu never changes. We were all completely sick of the food after a few days. The themed restaurants are terrible. We ate at all of them and were extremely disappointed. We tried the oriental restaurant, and the food was absolutely disgusting. The sushi was hard and frozen. Then we ordered Mongolian beef with noodles, and it was absolutely diabolical!
The dome, which is the entertainment area, absolutely stinks of sweat, vomit, and various foods.
The “All Inclusive Plus” is a complete scam. All it is is just slightly better food and drinks in a glass. That’s it! Completely not worth it at all! They also don’t stock the minibar in the rooms if you don’t have “All Inclusive Plus,” which is a complete joke for a “4-star hotel.”
The staff were brilliant, though. They were very friendly and kind, so we were very glad to have good staff.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel at all. This hotel is easily a 3-star at most, not 4-star. It’s incredibly overpriced for what it is and not very clean. Wouldn’t recommend. 👎
