Recently stayed here for 7 nights all inclusive. Small mix up with my booking when we arrived at 10pm but it was sorted by the efficient reception staff.
The buffet food in the main restaurant was some of the best we have tasted and we've been too quite a few all inclusive hotels on holiday. All the staff are fantastic and nothing is too much. Plenty of options for even the fussiest of people.
Entertainment was OK as well. We didn't see it every night but enjoyed what we did see. Big shout to Larry (Tunisia). Have some good chats with him. Really top bloke.
Hotel is always clean and staff very friendly. If we return to Malta we'll look to stay here again.

Reception was very busy everyday the reception staff handled it well and were friendly and helpful but needed more staff to deal with the queue.
Lovely hotel & rooms were big, clean and comfortable.
The mealtimes were a bit chaotic, no structure and a bit of a free for all.
The food was very good and staff extremely nice, polite & helpful.
Pool area was great too
Our cleaner Lila on our floor was very friendly and efficient and greeted us every day with a smile thank you :)
Overall a great hotel and very clean and good food would recommend.

The San Antonio Hotel has everything you could wish for on holiday. We had B/B and Evening meal. The food was delicious and more than you could choose from. The Staff were marvellous, both the bedroom cleaners and the Staff in the dining area and the Staff in reception could not do enough to make your stay perfect in every way. The pool was lovely and you did not have to fight for a lounger as there was plenty. Evening entertainment was provided free and was most enjoyable
And relaxing after a full day.
We loved it all and would go again in the future.

There was a problem with the plumbing in the 'kitchen' sink in our first room. The hotel tried their utmost to fix the problem but were unable to (completely) fix the issue. So they very kindly allowed us to move to another (equivalent) room and also gave us a bottle of wine as compensation. ...so that aside.
The (second) room was great, the food, restaurants, entertainment, location, staff, view, were all very good or excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Neutral feedback for this hotel. Me and wife went with 2 toddlers and this was problematic. The lifts are shockingly poor
They have a system whereby you can only go to certain floors, and the programming of them seems completely inefficient. Often waiting minutes for a lift.
The food court lifts also close extremely fast, again often we got separated when the wife entered the loft and it closed before I could get the pram in.
Food was good,
Staff, hit and miss. I needed milk at 1am for baby and the night manager was awesome, he simply said go to the executive lounge and take what you want.
But, during the day it took 4 staff and a manager to make the decision to give me a litre carton of milk. I mean, Jesus Christ, the world.wont end.
Pool, tad small, but fine.
Would I return, not with kids or as an older person as it's just too busy. And the lifts are painful.
Did enjoy it, somewhat.
