We had a really nice 5 night stay here. We very much enjoyed the different restaurants in the evening and the additional coffee shop. The staff were absolutely fantastic in every department. Lila kept our room very clean and we enjoyed the towel art left for us, particularly a special welcome and a sweet treat in the room for my Birthday.

Great hotel. Well managed and kept spotlessly clean by a very hard working team. We enjoyed our all inclusive Plus experience and were well supported by staff across all areas of the hotel. We dined in most of the on-site restaurants and found the food in all of them to be delicious our favourite being the Tagine. The inclusive plus Lounge was excellent and a great way to start the day with a nice breakfast in a relaxed environment. Of note was the Chef Anis, he produced a consistently high standard of food and nothing was too much for him often going the extra mile to keep his customers happy. His customer interface skills are exceptional and he was very popular with all who met him. I fully recommend this hotel and will return in the future. And outstanding hard working team.

This is a fantastic hotel with friendly staff and great facilities. Two pools (adults only infinity pool on the roof and an all-ages pool in the centre. Lots of options for food, with multiple restaurants, but make sure you book what you want in advance on arrival. Lovely cafés attached with lots of options for hot and cold refreshments. Easy access to the bus station.
Oluremi Amusan
The food is fantastic, there are several restaurants in the hotel, but we didn’t get the opportunity to visit any of the speciality restaurants. However, the main restaurant offered plenty of choice for everyone and I don’t think we saw repeated options over the week we were there. The buffet was constantly topped up and I can’t speak more highly about the food. The evening entertainment and the bar is brilliant, enjoyed all.
The pool at level 0 seemed to be just about the right size. I did enjoyed adult only pool and bar on level 10 and the scenery from that floor is beautiful.
A special shot out to Michael M who went out of his way to ensured that everyone was enjoying their holiday. He was very helpful at the restaurant and also when he was working at the pool side bar.
The room was clean and spacious and the AC was lovely also have ceiling fan which I used in addition to the AC when I turned the AC to a low level.
General I will recommend this resort and I will be returning in the near future.
Overall service ranging from the receptionist to the the cleaning crews were brilliant 👏🏼

Reception was very busy everyday the reception staff handled it well and were friendly and helpful but needed more staff to deal with the queue.
Lovely hotel & rooms were big, clean and comfortable.
The mealtimes were a bit chaotic, no structure and a bit of a free for all.
The food was very good and staff extremely nice, polite & helpful.
Pool area was great too
Our cleaner Lila on our floor was very friendly and efficient and greeted us every day with a smile thank you :)
Overall a great hotel and very clean and good food would recommend.
