From the moment we arrived after 21 hrs of travel, we were welcomed very warmly by the Reception staff. Despite an electrical issue with our villa upon check in, which was resolved within the day, we enjoyed our time in our Ocean View 3 bedroom villa immensely. Very clean, modern, spacious and had all the amenities we needed as a young family of 5. Spectacular views of the ocean and clean grounds. We can not fault our stay. The food, the people and the facilites were all 10/10. It was a little bit out of the city which isnt a bad thing as it made for a peaceful stay. A grab car service was readily available and easy to book and very affordable for city trips. Thank you to the Team at Marriott Danang Resort and spa fpe makimg our holiday so memorable.

Beautiful resort with spacious rooms, a great variety at the breakfast buffet, and very hospitable, prompt service throughout my stay. But what truly stood out was the honesty and efficiency of the team. I accidentally left my Apple AirPods camouflaged on the white bed and only realized they were missing when I was already on the plane back to Saigon. I called immediately when I landed, and the team checked right away, returned my call, and also responded promptly to my email. They found the AirPods and followed up on delivery options. I received them back exactly within the dates I requested. A huge thank you to the cleaning team for their honesty, and to Ngoc Anh and Thuy Trinh for their excellent communication and support. Truly grateful for the extra mile you went, it meant a lot.

The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming—always ready with a smile and thoughtful assistance, making us feel well cared for without ever being intrusive. Breakfast was another highlight, with a generous and beautifully presented spread catering to both Western and Asian tastes. Even the lighter options felt indulgent (and yes, the fresh spring rolls deserve a special mention). The resort has beautiful facilities and a great location. However, my experience at the Kid Club raised serious concerns about staff awareness and professionalism when working around young children. During a child’s nap time, several staff members were speaking loudly, laughing, and creating unnecessary noise despite knowing that a child was sleeping. A calm and quiet environment is essential for young children, especially when they are emotionally sensitive. In addition, there was unprofessional verbal behavior toward a caregiver who was actively comforting a distressed child. Such conduct is not appropriate in a child-focused environment and can increase stress for children. I hope the management will review staff training and ensure the Kid Club provides a safe, calm, and respectful space for families.

Stayed during new year and absolutely loved the resort. Location is close to marble mountain and on the beach. Multiple infinity swimming pools are there which are absolutely gorgeous. Service is personal yet quite professional at restaurants and bar. Liked Madam son restaurant for dinner and breakfast at Gozi is varied with multiple cuisines covered .
