We had an incredible stay. The food and beverage offerings were outstanding- every meal was fresh, flavorful and beautiful presented.There was a great variety each night, and the staff at the restaurants were always warm and attentive. The kids club was a highlight for our family. The team took such great care of the children and kept them entertained with creative activities and games. Our kids were excited to go every morning. Evenings were just as enjoyable. The entertainment program was top- notch,with shows, live music and fun activities for children. We loved the energy and talent of the entertainment team.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were polite. My child spent most of the holiday at the kids club and absolutely loved it. The staff were warm, patient, and very attentive. There were plenty of activities — arts & crafts, games, outdoor play — and the environment always felt secure. It gave us peace of mind while also giving our child a fun, social experience. We’ll definitely come back!

Overall, it is of positive experience but sometimes boring. Some lack of activities and customer care. Most importantly is to make customers happy and well- satisfied and it is reflected in their working methods but in a hotel the most important thing is to retain your customers and give your best potential. The rooms are good and nice tasty food.

Regularly have Team Building Events there. Always love the place, the staff, and the quality of service. The most recent Team Building was on Saturday 22 November whereby the client so happy with an afternoon DJ & Dancefloor session accomodated on their beach decking in the afternoon. The ambiance and cadre made the experience memorable for the client who has already booked for next year at the hotel. Great hotel, great team, great service. Absolutely worth it!!!
