We really loved our stay at the Crystal Beach Resort in Belle Mare! Went with the kids - and the accomodation, the kids club and activites at the beach were a blast - and on top of that, the swimminig pool with all those slides. The staff is really friendly, especially Deepak - who seemingly manages every restaurant location at the same time with bravour - made an impact. And so did the cook - best fish we ever had ;)! When facing an issue, you can really see that everyone is helping out and giving their best to make your stay as memorable as possible - and they sure did. Also, the care & dedication given by the employees of the kids club was amazing. Our kids were so happy to play and participate in the activites offered. So big shoutout to Jia, Anastacia and Grace! The general food was good - could be a bit more diverse and have more of a local touch, but overall we really liked our breakfast, lunch and dinner.

With an association to Radisson Blu, one will expect high quality and exceptional service. This was a total disappointment for the amount spent. The effort, standard and service was below the norm in Africa and our past experience in Mauritius. Rooms very dirty (walls have stains/dirty marks), electrical points are not all functional, phone makes strange random noises, fridge has a faulty door, shower towel rail missing, drainage very bad, cupboard door hinge broken and room not cleaned properly upon arrival. We booked a garden room but they moved us to a junior suite. We appreciate the junior sweet for extra space but the condition of the room is quite disappointing. The layout makes no sense. If one is showering, everyone else has to stay in one corner due to open plan and no division. Only some items are available on their menu- out of stock. Information availability is lacking. Beautiful resort just needs human care and intervention. Reservations for various restaurants very limited and they are closed on most days. We are happy to take more lost time from our holiday to share our experience thus far in person. We want to give you our honest opinion so future patrons do not experience the same. We want this business to grow for the staff to have a future here

Had a great time there. We spent only 1 night in all inclusive. Food was delicious. Nice welcoming 🙏. The auqualand was fun. My son loved it. The bedroom was very clean. Great animation! Above all. We'll come back for sure! Mrs Brigitte

A little brief of our weekend at the hotel. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options that satisfied everyone in our group. The ambiance was really nice—relaxing and well thought out, making it a great place to unwind. A special highlight was the swimming pool, which was top-notch—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both kids and adults. However, one downside was the issue with a birthday cake we had arranged in advance. Unfortunately, due to a staff miscommunication, the cake wasn’t available on time, which was disappointing considering the occasion. Despite that hiccup, the stay was enjoyable, I hope the hotel improves on communication and coordination for special requests going forward.

Celebrating my birthday at Maritim Crystals Beach Hotel was an unforgettable experience! The food was absolutely amazing, with every dish bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. What made it even more special was the incredibly welcoming restaurant staff, who went above and beyond to make my day memorable. From the warm greetings to the personalized touches, they ensured I felt truly celebrated from start to finish. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made this birthday one of the best I’ve ever had.
