We've had a wonderful holiday! We were thrilled to get a room upgrade on arrival with a jacuzzi on the balcony! The pools are great, a great selection of waterslides, so many places to eat and lots of bars! An ice cream parlour and a lovely coffee bar! So much choice, very friendly staff and very clean. The main restaurant is a bit crowded at peak times so just be patient for a table and the queue but it wasn't a massive problem. Really good shows too! All in all a really great hotel!

Dear Crystal water world We recently stayed at your hotel, and I wanted to express how impressed we were with the overall experience. After reading some negative reviews before booking, we were unsure of what to expect. However, from the moment we arrived, our concerns were quickly put to rest. The warm welcome from the reception staff, along with the friendly bar waiters, set a positive tone for our stay. Despite some language barriers, your team was incredibly helpful, using tools like Google Translate to ensure clear communication. We were truly appreciative of this effort. The facilities were fantastic, with lovely swimming pools and a beautiful beach. For future guests, I would recommend bringing beach shoes for the rocky areas. Our room was spacious enough for the three of us, with comfortable beds and clean towels provided daily. We also appreciated the abundance of snack bars and well-maintained restrooms throughout the property. The Irish bar was a favorite of ours, offering delightful cold beer and cocktails. We were pleasantly surprised to find a small shop for essentials and even a hairdresser on-site. It was reassuring to know that a doctor and nurse service was available as well. We enjoyed the variety of dining options, particularly the main restaurant, which served amazing food and desserts. However, our experience at the Mexican restaurant could have been better, though the staff there were, as always, very friendly. The only minor issue we encountered was that the chicken nuggets were occasionally a bit dry, and during peak dining hours, finding a table in the main restaurant could be a bit challenging. One of the highlights of our stay was the evening entertainment, which we thoroughly enjoyed. If there's one area for potential improvement, it might be to expand the playground area. Booking extra activities around the resort was easy, and the 24/7 taxi service was very convenient. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make my experience special, even bringing a lovely dish of fresh fruits and a bottle of wine as a thoughtful gesture. The room was comfortable, and the service was exceptional. Highly recommend, especially if you're a family looking for a welcoming and accommodating place to stay!

Everything was perfect. It’s family hotel and you can have best time with your family. Restaurant was open from 7 to 12 and the food was perfect. The only thing that can impact on your vacation was the hotel is far from city center and if you want shop you will lose a day.

During our stay at Crystal water world hotel, Ramazan greet us nicely and took our feedback in terms of our overall experience in the hotel. He made sure hotel and guest safety was adhered. The hotel staff were hospitable. Hotel cleanliness was optimal. Variety of food could have been better but generally satisfying.
