We stayed here for Six nights and everything with the hotel was great! The only recommendation I have is relate to check-in process and considering the large number of guest arriving at the same time! Probably more staff and coordinations among the team could help smoother check-in process. But overall it was a great experience!

The hotel is really nice and eventful. There are many activities during the day and the entertainment is just great. Nearly every moment of the day there is something to entertain you thus you won't get bored. We really enjoyed playing darts with the other hotel guests and most importantly we loved the archery that they've implemented among the activities. It was generally a great experience

The location is beautiful, & there are plenty of activities available. We experienced a few issues with power cuts & room cleaning, as well as one of the restaurants, but we had a lot of great experiences, such as the Dr Fish, run by a guy named Anar, who was very friendly & honest, and the fish, as much as they tickle to start with, are a very relaxing way to spend some time. I could go on in detail, but overall, a nice place to spend your holidays.

I wish I was able to share my experiences with the pictures that I have taken during my vacation. However I can't do that because I recently had a malfunction in my phone. I had so many great memories with the staff members working in the hotel. The staff members are very kind very generous they're always smiling and they're really helpful. Whenever we had a request they've always fulfilled it almost immediately. I would like to thank the staff members for providing an excellent service for their guests. I've been to many five-star hotels and I could easily say that the service that I have received and Crystal water world is among the best experiences that I've witnessed. So I would like to congratulate the management for training the stuff properly motivating them and encouraging them and also guiding them through a successful career path. Because from what we have seen everything was perfect I could easily say that the service is impeccable. Unfortunately I do not know their names however I would like to thank them once again for providing a great service and creating memories with us that would forever be remembered. I'll see you all next year thank you so much.

Overall not sure how this hotel managed to get 5-star rating in the first place. It is lacking when it comes to cleanliness and services. In the cafes we saw the staff barely rinsing used coffee cups, no soap no dish washing sponge. She just pours water on the cup and put it away. The staff is not helpful and it’s challenging to communicate with them. They are racist, if you ask for something in English they ask you where you’re from and some of them just walk away after they hear the answer. Why do you care where people come from after they paid for their stay, it’s very rude and gives a negative picture about Turkey. Just stop accepting tourism instead of taking people’s money then treating them like they are less. Rooms are old, not well kept and lack basic amenities. It has a private beach but nothing special about it. The resort includes a supermarket and one clothing store which has swimsuits and casual wear. The spa is nice but staff is racist, they will give you different prices based on which country you come from. Throughout the massage session the ladies working there kept talking to each other so we couldn’t relax as there was no quiet time. Unlike other spa centers they don’t offer tea or beverages after the service and they rush you to leave… we made the reservation through. Basically this resort just wants to take your money and provide nothing
