We had a wonderful dinner at the hotel's fish restaurant! The seafood was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere by the sea was perfect. A special thanks to Sedat for his excellent hospitality and making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

I was here for 1,5 week, the waterslides are very fun for young and old. There is much choise in the foodcorners and main restaurant. The guys that work in the irish pub named Sinan and Suleyman make very delicious cocktails and were very nice. I enjoyed my stay here at crystal waterworld!

5 stars on paper, nightmare in reality The lock on our room wasn't working properly. Four times in just a few days, each time losing hours waiting for the maintenance team to show up. Not being able to properly lock your room in a so-called 5-star hotel is the bare minimum anyone is entitled to expect. And when you finally get to sleep, the beds are uncomfortable. Saggy mattresses, basic bedding -- impossible to properly rest after a day already ruined by one problem after another. At the à la carte restaurant, we waited an hour at opening time only to witness a complete free-for-all with zero crowd management. People pushing and shoving, no queue respected whatsoever. A stranger sat down at our table and stayed there for a full hour. No security, no staff capable of handling the situation. Then another 30 minutes waiting for the first dish. Total: 2h30 wasted for a single meal. The buffet never changes. A quarter of the dishes are reheated frozen food, fresh produce is rare, and the desserts are simply bad. Zero variety, quality well below what you'd expect for the price. Housekeeping? You have to go down to reception and complain every single day just to get your room cleaned, despite the sign hung on the door since 9am. Not once -- every day. The staff smile and say "no problem". The problems, however, never go away. Avoid.

I had a great stay at Crystal Waterworld in Belek. The animation team was amazing and organized a lot of fun activities every day. The entertainment was very well planned, and there was always something interesting to do for both adults and children. The animators were extremely engaged in their work, energetic, friendly, and made everyone feel welcome. They created a fantastic atmosphere and made our holiday even more enjoyable.

There are lots of negatives in the hotel starting from hotel staff who don’t know English, (literally no one speaks even a little bit of English. In my opinion the bare minimum for an English level is A1, and still it would be very bad.), ending with the same meals every day with almost no variatons. I am very disappointed in this hotel choice, as I was in a much better hotel with the same price The hotel is also extremely huge. We got the room on one side of the building, and we needed to go approximately 700-800 steps to get to the restaurant. I understand, maybe it is very thoughtful to burn calories after eating, but I didn’t come here to walk kilometres. On average I got 15,000 steps each day, not counting the activities on which I don’t bring my phone. The silverware is dirty. Restaurant staff is touching the silverware with their hands, which then leaves a mark of their fingerprint. I strongly suggest wipe the silverware before eating. The tables are mostly dirty when we sit. I understand that the amount of people in the hotel is extremely big, but why the owner can’t hire more staff? The hotel is beautiful, not the best looking. From top it looks gorgeous, but it is not the same from the bottom actually. Some staff is nice, some staff is trying to act nonchalant with non of English knowledge in their heads, it just makes me laugh The rooms are old and small Animators pester people to write positive reviews There are 4 restaurants that you can reserve for free with a 4 day gap between each reservation. I’ve been to a Mexican one, and the food was tasteless. Nothing as I was expecting There are still lot’s of things to talk about, but these are the most important things to know about in my opinion Anyways there are much better hotel choices for the same money
