Service is really good. Staff is friendly and react is quickly. Mrs Nasin from Guest Relation is an angel and care so much - she helps to find my lost jacket just in 30 minutes , among 1000 hikes's guests!!! She is just amazing and so smiling even at midnight. Also Mr Caner from Guest Relation supported us very professionally with organising dinner in restaurant a'la carte. He cares so much (with Alberto I suppose) about us in every step what was very nice and helpfulI. In bars and restaurants also staff are very friendly, smiling and polite. Thank you so much for your work, staff of the hotel :-)

Hello! The hotel is large, but the grounds are compact, yet everything is spacious, and all amenities are close by. The food is delicious, the pools are large, the water park is fantastic, the sea is very close, the beach is clean, and you can find food and drinks everywhere, even until the early hours. Cleaning is done daily. COCKTAILS ON LOBBY BAR ARE THE BEST!❤️❤️❤️ There are plenty of photo booths and lounge areas. We're leaving with a huge photo gallery. We'll miss you very much, dear Crystal Waterworld!

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights with my spouse and two friends. Overall, it was a very good experience. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were clean, and the service in general was excellent. Most of the staff were friendly and polite, and the facilities were very good. However, we had a disappointing experience at the Turkish restaurant on the night we booked dinner there. Although we were among the first guests to arrive, after finishing our starters we waited a very long time for the main courses. Surprisingly, guests who arrived later than us were served their mains much earlier. When two of the meals were finally brought, it took another 20 minutes before the other two were served, despite me politely mentioning that it would be better if all four meals could be served together. The staff’s explanation was simply that they were waiting for the kitchen. Even the dessert was served carelessly – the ice cream arrived already melted, which added to the feeling of being disrespected. That evening, I felt very uncomfortable and could not enjoy the meal at all. Aside from this incident at the restaurant, our overall stay at the hotel was very pleasant.

I don't often leave reviews but for this hotel I feel I have to. I read SO many negative reviews before we arrived and it really concerned me. There were comments from issues with food to problems with damage to the water park, poor staff, over crowding and many other issues. Now don't get me wrong, there are better hotels as is the case with anything. However, at the cost you pay for this place I really think it's good value. Sure the drinks are average other than 1 bar where actually they are pretty decent. The food can get a bit repetitive but actually there is plenty on offer if you're not fussy and can only handle 'English' food. We had no problems getting a seat in the restaurant or sun loungers at the pool. The staff mainly look after you and some like Yusuf in the restaurant go really far to ensure you have the best experience. He was amazing as were some of the bar guys at the lobby bar. The water park is incredible and one of the best we've done. The air con was great and much needed in August!! Shows etc were great and the overall experience is a positive one. You'll have no issues at this place.

I usually don’t leave reviews for hotels but this time it feels absolutely necessary. This hotel is the most subpar and mediocre place you could possible spend a penny on. I don’t even know where to start with this. I have visited Türkiye over 15 times and this is by far the worst hotel ever. It isn’t even worth 2 stars. If this is your first time visiting Türkiye then all I can say is that this hotel does not represent Türkiye or its people at all! On the first night that I arrived I went to my room and it was absolutely disgusting. The room absolutely stank rotten and it was dirty. Bathroom had mould all in the shower, the shower door was broken off its hinge and the air-con was broken. I went to reception to complain and the staff were absolutely rude and didn’t address anything. I was told I had no choice but to stay in that room but they told me to come back at 9am to sort this issue. Considering it was already 2am I just wanted to get bed and forget about it. On minimal sleep I woke up and went to reception for 9am and they told me to come back at 12pm. I couldn’t even unpack my suitcase and start enjoying my holiday as I knew I would have to change rooms soon. I went back at 12pm and then I was told to come back again at 1pm and then again at 2pm. At 2pm I finally got a new room which wasn’t much better but at least it didn’t smell. The mattress is the new room is really uncomfortable and the blankets at the hotel are paper thin and are scratchy. During this experience the hotel staff were not understanding or kind at all. The food is the hotel is horrendous. You would think since it has so many restaurants that there would be some variety but that’s not true at all. All the restaurants have the same food. The menu is the exact same every single night and there is no variation at all. The food is always cold and has no flavour. The meat often tasted off and sour. The hotel certainly focuses on quantity and not quality when it comes to food. The entertainment is extremely basic for such a large resort and is very repetitive. There is no bingo, no games evenings and no popcorn. There is however an arcade and I must say that the man who works in there is actually very friendly and definitely the nicest person in the whole resort. Back to our room issues. 2 days after swapping rooms our toilet overflowed everywhere into the hallway, into our room and all over our belongings. The hotel took 3 hours to come and fix the toilet because they said they forgot. 2 days after this again the toilet broke and overflowed again it took then 2 hours to come this time but only after I went and angrily told them how dissatisfied I am. This is meant to be a 5 star holiday resort and considering the price we paid for this holiday we are absolutely appalled and it has gone from what was meant to be a relaxing holiday to the most stressful experience ever. I have never been on holiday when I wished it would hurry up so I could leave the hotel and return home. I have booked with love holidays numerous times and this is the first time I’ve had an experience like this.This hotel has been an absolute waste of money. We would have been better off just setting our money on fire. Upon checkout we were asked how our holiday was we stated how we had a horrible time and the receptionist just responded that’s not possible as the hotel is so big. This hotel seems really fixated on the size of the hotel and really focuses on quantity not quality. Save your money and go anywhere else.
