Beautiful hotel highly recommended to everyone really enjoyed the last few weeks here staff couldn’t be more helpful would recommend to everyone and guest relations mrs nasim is a credit to the hotel she goes above and beyond really lovely person would love to see her as a manger would deffos be coming back x

Had an amazing holiday. This hotel was perfect for us - food and drink was amazing. Staff were so friendly and hard working. The hotel was always clean and tidy, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Would definitely come back, and would recommend that others who are visiting turkey come here too. Water park in the hotel was amazing, and the Turkish bath was the highlight for us.

I truly enjoyed my holiday in Crystal Waterworld, the place and the service I received was amazing, my Persian guide which her name is Nasim was truly emazinng and I highly recommend this place if you looking to have a awesome time with bagget

First a confession; I didn't, and wouldn't have, booked this type of holiday. However, my friend did and I'm glad because it's pretty darn good. The location is remote and so you are practically forced to spend the whole time here but that's not only extraordinarily cheap but fun too. My days are spent in the sun, eating, sleeping, working out and having a few beers. Not much not to like. The food hall is a little chaotic but once you develop a system, table first, it's bearable and the food is top class. The pools, definitely cool at this time of year, are both massive and spotlessly clean and there's direct access to the beach and a huge waterslide park. I would have loved this type of thing to have existed when my kids were nippers as all the children here are having a great time. Staff are good and I could go on but I think enough said.
