Everything was great, I enjoyed water world a lot. It has amazing slides for children and adults. Food was perfect, you can find many international foods. Pizza, salads , burgers, fried chicken, pasta, desserts, well cooked meats, meatballs, …. You can also enjoy salad bar and various dips! You will have a pleasant time by Beach. You could get free towels and lay down on beach beds, don’t worry there are enough beds and no need to get up early to get one! Discos and shows take place at nighttime, there were not the best discos of course, but such a fun time for people who like to dance. About shows I wasn’t satisfied as the quality of sound was horrible and it was hard to understand the songs.

My God I could stay here another month. All my meals are cooked for me and fun entertainment in the evening. Rooms were kept tidy with good AC control. Loved the food selection, but sometimes it can just be repetitive. However, they cater to over 7000 guests so I completely understand. For the most part staff were friendly but the 2 ladies at the reception area were very rude. I wish I spoke Turkish so I could tell them off. I've used the gym and it had a decent collection of machines and equipment. Not too many people go during the day so I would say that's the best time to workout. I've stayed here only for 10 days but could easily stay for a longer time. 5/5 recommended to anyone who wants to relax from work and not think about the daily stress that we are all used to. (Sorry, I got my finger in the photo)

Rooms are very used and not properly maintained. Food quality is maximum average, food selection is poor. Drink selection is great. Hotel design is good. Pools are great! Slides don't work all they, so you will spend a lot more time in queues than having fun... (slides are great) Most of the staff are quite unfriendly. This is the first time I experience such a thing in a Turkish hotel. On the top of that, needed 2 days and 5! chats with reception to get a baby cot... (a faulty one) I would say it is a kids friendly hotel. You can find a lot of things for them. Small ones really enjoyed their time. We as adults, not so much. It doesn't have a sandy beach even Brochures say different. It is sandy until you reach the water. After that you got huge pebbles and water gets deep very quickly. Not to much space on a crowdy afternoon. Water shoes very strongly recommended! (€10/$10 everywhere) If you go out from the hotel, there are a lot of shops. But they are very overpriced. You can have water activities next to the beach. Guys are friendly and flexible. They have great programs! Overall, it is an overpriced hotel.

We rested with the family. The food is delicious, I liked the service. The mini bar was replenished every day, there are no complaints. Of all the staff, the people from the reception tried the most. At the beginning of our vacation, they helped us get used to the hotel, everything was told and explained. Very friendly and kind people. We thank them for organizing our vacation.

We really liked this hotel. The territory is large, the rooms and staff are just wonderful. Most of all the staff I want to mention Nedime. Helped us with check-in, gave us very good rooms with a wonderful view of the main water park, and most importantly, maintained a positive attitude to rest throughout the vacation. In case of any problems, the staff will always help you. We all liked it very much.
