Great family trip this hotel had everything that we needed, huge swimming pools, good location and an amazing animation team. Food was good nothing amazing but as expected by buffet food. You do get 1 free ala carte restaurant during your visit sadly the oriental was shut during our time but the Mexican was good. Staff are lovely and friendly always there to help when needed. Nice to have an adults only zone in the swimming park was relaxing, the pools were great lots of fun and no issues with finding a sun lounger. Spa team were lovely and great massage packages. There is no beach access the nearest beach is a 10 min walk however this is a rocky beach and not great for swimming, the hotel has its own private beach area 10 min drive away which the hotel provides a shuttle service for up until 6pm the beach is much better than the one nearby it is sandy and perfect for swimming. The hotel is located on a busy road which I understand the noise can be an issue if you're room is facing the road I didn't have this issue. The animation team were fantastic we had a show or party on every night it has a very party atmosphere great for some people maybe not for others as it can be loud but I enjoyed watching it from my room. Plenty of shops and bars/food within walking distance if needed.

Beautiful hotel, lovely drinks and excellent service from staff. Restaurant and snack bar that runs 24 hour which is brilliant for the kids, only downside is unable to take to room so when kids are tired, can be a little unsettling for them. Pools were fantastic, staff work so hard all day and the bar staff were wonderful especially the ladies at the pool bar who served some lovely cocktails. The entertainment was really good, always something on. Will definitely be back next year.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days. I can say that it is wonderful, both for adults and for children. The staff is always friendly, and jump to help if you need it. They have restaurants and bars open non-stop, a wonderful view, at the exit from the hotel across the street there are many shops, outlets, bazaars. the only desavantaje is that the beach is not close, but they have buses that can take you to the beach. They have a lots of entertainments, every day different, animations for childrens. We were very satisfied, we will definitely come back soon.

We stayed at this hotel from June 10th to 20th with a large family, occupying four rooms. First and foremost, this hotel is not a five-star establishment. Do not be misled by the signage and website ratings. Four stars might be a stretch, but five is certainly out of the question. During our stay, the hotel was at 100% occupancy, except for two days. The guests were 90% Turkish, 10% European, and 10% others. The area around the main pool was crowded with loungers, and in typical fashion, people would leave their towels to reserve them and then go about their business. The guests were quite messy, and by afternoon, the area around the pool resembled a food waste dump. There is no designated area where large families can gather, so if you're planning a family vacation, you'll need to reserve loungers early in the morning. The water park is decent but poorly maintained. The "lifeguards" mostly stare at their phones. Two of our family members got scrapes and bruises on the "whirlpool" slide because people were sent down before the previous person had finished. The lifeguard did not react. The main pool is good, with warm and clean water. The adult zone is nice, but children, who are not supposed to be there, frequently swim in it. The drink bars are very basic; don't expect cleanliness or top-notch service. Be prepared for the bartenders to serve Turkish guests first. If you're not Turkish, you'll have to wait. The rooms are old but in decent condition. Housekeeping is inconsistent—one of our four rooms was almost never cleaned, while the others were cleaned regularly. Sound insulation is poor; you can hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms. Forget about a quiet night's sleep. There are only two outlets in the room, so bring power strips for all your devices. Guest relations can help with some issues but generally ask you to wait for a manager. The reception staff are helpful and try to assist with problems. The hotel has a peculiar policy regarding key cards; they issue only two keys per room and refuse to provide a third, unlike other hotels. Evening shows and parties are decent and provide some entertainment. However, if your room is near the event area, you'll hear the disco until 11:30 PM every day. There's a nightclub in the main hall that operates at night. The hotel's spa is decent, though old. I booked a massage course, and the masseur, Mendih, did an excellent job—highly recommended. The Wi-Fi is surprisingly good, with strong coverage and stable connections. Streaming videos and online games work without issues. The food at the hotel is decent. The selection is average, and most dishes are tasty. Be prepared to walk long distances with your plate, as the dining area is spread across different wings of the building due to the large number of guests. To get to the beach, you need to take an 8-minute bus ride. The bus looks about 60 years old, and it's dirty and dusty. The beach area is okay, with street food and loungers with umbrellas. The beach itself is dirty, with litter, glass, and cigarette butts in the sand. The entry to the sea is gentle, suitable for children. Conclusion: This hotel is okay for a four-star rating. Its five-star promotion is deceptive and misleading. If you are used to true five-star hotels, avoid this place. However, if you have modest expectations, don't mind crowded spaces, and can sleep through noise, this hotel might be suitable for you.

I had high hopes for this hotel after reading reviews however, i cannot explain how disappointed me my family and friends are. Food is extremely blunt with no taste, very big buffet, but the same food is served each day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are never any sunbeds available, as people come down and leave their belongings, walk away to do other things, and then return to sunbeds, hotel staff do not check them to make sunbeds available for others. Children’s entertainment: I left my daughter with the entertainment team, and i was sitting nearby watching from outside, My daughter walked out from the room to the outside twice, and no one followed her, She was crying, and i had to get up and check on her twice as the staff did not calm her down. Although they told me i could go and they would look after her, i had no choice but to take her, as no one cared to look after her. We visited a coffee café, and you get old chipped tables, dirty windows, which definitely demonstrates that this hotel should not be 5*. I have noticed favoritism around the hotel, as the main bar near reception on many occasions served Turkish customers first before us and other customers, although Turkish customers were not in the queue. The only positive fact i can mention about this hotel is that they have an amazing team for cleaning rooms, and i cannot thank them enough for all that they do. I would not recommend anyone spending their money on this hotel, as you won't get your money's worth. Our flight was in the evening, we checked out by 12pm and they turned off our wifi right away, My flight was delayed, and i had no access to my emails to check. After complaining, the reception staff advised me that they had free wifi, which was only available in the reception lobby. Also, there is nowhere where you can change or take a shower after 7pm- 7:30pm if you have a late flight and have checked out. Reception sent us to spa and spa told us they were closing, We were then advised to go to the indoor pool changing rooms, where security said we couldn’t access to change as they were closed, We went back to reception, where we were advised to change in disabled toilets as they had no other place for us to change before our flight, none of which was mentioned prior. The beach is located away from the hotel, which is a shame, They do have a bar on the beach, which is a bonus, but the food is not great. The only nice treats you can get are wrapped ice cream and kids cartoon juice, which are not available at the hotel. The natural juice they serve in the hotel actually stains your lips and the skin around your lips, I couldn't remove the color from my daughter's face when she had some juice, so i am unsure how that was natural. Overall experience is that i am not satisfied and very disappointed. No one around the hotel seems to speak English, and it's very difficult to explain anything to them. The interior is very beautiful around the hotel, but other things are such a let down.
