Really nice hotel, slightly dated but super clean and tidy - great for if you have kids as they have a kid pool and slides. However the kid pool water is super cold and could be warmer. Food is fine, pretty standard. We haven’t enjoyed breakfast too much, and we have struggled with the other foods but it’s fine. Entertainment is great, they have something for both adults and kids all day long! About 10 min drive from the old town which is beautiful. Also free shuttle to the beach! Would come back here

We have just had our 7 day family holiday here & we were really looking forward to it as the photos & videos looked amazing. However, upon arrival we noticed that the hotel didn’t look anything of the sort & the videos were AI. In my experience I would rate this hotel 3 stars. We have been to plenty of 5 star hotels & are offered cocktails & hot towels upon arrival but here we wasn’t even given all the information we needed & was rudely greeted. If you are English stay away from this hotel as they will not have time for you, people push past you, ignore you & throw drinks at you. We went to the Mexican restaurant the second night & wasn’t even brought our drinks or some of the food we ordered but everyone else did, we were the only English in the room so I feel like this was deliberate. Food was of good standard though but very repetitive. There was also a lot to do in the hotel too with plenty of day & night time activities. Our room was lovely but wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, just towels threw in & occasionally the mini bar was topped up but some days honestly looked like nobody had stepped foot inside to clean. All staff here are so rude, the cleaners were the nicest of people if they wasn’t Turkish always saying good morning but overall we just did not feel welcome here & are glad to be home. We will never go back to turkey ever again after our experience

We went to this hotel because it has a waterpark. And it was fantastic. They had a lot of entertainment as well. We enjoyed the Shows and the Live music almost every day. I joined the entertainment activities and my husband just played dart. Our children joined the Mini Club as much as possible and off course the mini disco. We loved The entertainment team. And the variety of restaurants, amazing. Our thumbs up for all the people working there.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect – the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. The service exceeded my expectations and made me feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I will surely come back again.
