Beautiful hotel, lovely drinks and excellent service from staff. Restaurant and snack bar that runs 24 hour which is brilliant for the kids, only downside is unable to take to room so when kids are tired, can be a little unsettling for them. Pools were fantastic, staff work so hard all day and the bar staff were wonderful especially the ladies at the pool bar who served some lovely cocktails. The entertainment was really good, always something on. Will definitely be back next year.

Great family trip this hotel had everything that we needed, huge swimming pools, good location and an amazing animation team. Food was good nothing amazing but as expected by buffet food. You do get 1 free ala carte restaurant during your visit sadly the oriental was shut during our time but the Mexican was good. Staff are lovely and friendly always there to help when needed. Nice to have an adults only zone in the swimming park was relaxing, the pools were great lots of fun and no issues with finding a sun lounger. Spa team were lovely and great massage packages. There is no beach access the nearest beach is a 10 min walk however this is a rocky beach and not great for swimming, the hotel has its own private beach area 10 min drive away which the hotel provides a shuttle service for up until 6pm the beach is much better than the one nearby it is sandy and perfect for swimming. The hotel is located on a busy road which I understand the noise can be an issue if you're room is facing the road I didn't have this issue. The animation team were fantastic we had a show or party on every night it has a very party atmosphere great for some people maybe not for others as it can be loud but I enjoyed watching it from my room. Plenty of shops and bars/food within walking distance if needed.

We had such an amazing family holiday, the hotel were amazing, the staff greet us at reception with drinks, the staff overall have been fantastic always friendly and smiling. The amount of buffet food is plenty. This hotel is aimed for kids essentially but my partner and I still enjoyed all of it, it takes a couple of days to figure out where restaurant or bars are but would love to come back again in the future 😁

Very clean hotel. The entertainment was fantastic especially for children aged 4-10 (Any one older will be loving the slides). The pools are beautiful and the slides are so much fun. I feel the value for money at this hotel is really top notch. You definitely get a luxury experience for a bottom end price. The staff are the highlight of the whole experience and I hope one day they get to have the same relaxing experience they gave us.
The spa team were disappointing with there up selling. Even going so far as to highlight my partners weight saying she needed a special massage to help her shift some pounds. Not exactly how I wanted her to feel after splashing €80 euros to make her feel good. Luckily my partner is long enough in the tooth to spot such nasty tactics and didn't give them the time of day. She did say that the massage itself was fantastic. It's just a shame she didn't get to leave feeling the full positive effects. Needless to say I was pretty annoyed.
The beach is beautiful and the sea is something else. Again the staff at the beach are just the best, making delicious food and working tirelessly in the sun, moving sun lounges and tending to every need and request.
The food is delicious, lots too choose from and plenty of healthy options too. I would advise new comers to take a picture of the restaurant opening times in the lift to save themselves some steps over there holiday. There is always some where to eat and drink 24/7 but the restaurant locations change as there are several in the hotel.
Thanks again to everyone at Crystal Sunset who made our holiday special and memorable.

Not long returned from this hotel. Everyone including kids had a great time in the pool and on the water slides. But it's not 5 star. It's a 3 star hotel with a 5 star price tag. It's poor value for money (almost £3k for 1 adult and 1 child for a week).
Poor room cleaning, beds werent too comfy, air con wouldnt go lower than 22c / waking up each morning all choked up!
Too many adult only games/activities in family pool - even put a kids blow up obstacle course up and said no u16!!
No pool side drinks service, adults taking glass bottles pool side, extra 130 euro charge to keep room 4 hours more due to evening flight, food was nothing special for price, the Chinese al a carte was a nightmare trying to order/point to items on menu (don't think anyone spoke English or could read the menu in the 4 languages it came in!) - it was so bad we were all waiting for someone to appear saying it was a hidden camera show 😆 🤣 😂
Many of the people in the larger group we were with/spoke to had upset stomachs including kids so it wasn't the alcohol - it was extremely difficult to get a smirnoff vodka during day instead of the local paint stripper.
If I had paid under £2k for the week away and not expecting a 5 star hotel I would of been more than happy with it for value for money.
