This hotel is absolutely beautiful. It’s very impressive to look at. The rooms are nice and clean. The pool area is huge and features a number of water slides. The food can become a little bit repetitive after a few days but what is on offer is of good quality, always fresh and hot. The entertainment is some of the best we’ve ever experienced in a hotel, I can’t understate how impressed we were with the quality of shows and live music. There is a regular and reliable shuttle to the beach. We were a little disappointed with the shops in the hotel as the staff in there pester you if you go in which is frustrating as I personally feel you shouldn’t have to put up with that in the actual hotel. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay.

stayed at this hotel for three nights in a family room in last 23rd of April 2025. The resort is located in side City, near Antalya, and is easily accessible to the bazaar and other street shops, either on foot or by mini-bus. There are many positive aspects of this hotel. The atmosphere is beautiful, and the pools and water slides provide a fun and relaxing environment for families with children. Additionally, there is an adults-only pool where you can relax without any disturbances from kids. Overall i am very happy for their hospitality And one guy worked in Irish bar mehmet he’s such nice guy and very helpful person. And reception lady sevgi as well.

Very lush resort with excellent customer service from reception till bedroom! Love how attentive staff were at the restaurant. Came here couple weeks ago. The guy at the 24/7 snack area was very attentive and provided excellent customer service. The lady at the Guest Relations was also very helpful and thanks to her I knew more about the different cuisine restaurants and what time different events take place. Staff throughout in general were amazing though in the buffet area and were attentive to bringing us drinks etc, keep up the good work well done. But overall it was a very smooth experience with staff and smooth running of things, would recommend this definitely. Thanks for everything :)

Crystal Sunset was an unforgettable experience — the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and vibrant atmosphere. From the beautifully maintained pools to the delicious variety of food, every detail was thoughtfully designed to create a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location was stunning, with sunsets that lived up to the name, and entertainment that kept the energy high throughout the day and night. A huge part of what made the trip special was Mustafa from guest relations. His energy, friendliness, and attention to detail went above and beyond expectations. Whether it was making sure guests felt welcome, or simply adding a personal touch to each interaction, Mustafa truly stood out and made a lasting impression.

Looking forward to returning this yeat after an amazing stay last year. Kids club 10/10 / kids water slides and entertainment great. Drink selection amazing and cakes and pastries. Rooms very good and mini bar good selection.
