We had an amazing family holiday. Everytiwas great apart from 3 things. Room not brilliant as in design and set up. Two room but you had to walk through one to get to the loo. Beach was bloody awful and the food hut I know they had just moved but only went once. Entertainment was more for kids and at the beach bar the singers were OK. Not the best atmosphere. However, food pool and location made up for all that.

I am currently staying at this hotel and I absolutely love it! The staff are phenomenal they are so kind and the cleaners work hard every single day. The pool is massive and is very clean . The water slides are so fun. The food is very good and overall the hotel is very posh so I give this a five stars 🫶🏻

My original ranking would be 4.7/5. To begin with, food is amazing, especially meat since it is coming from Crysal's own farm. Problems such as not enough sunbeds, not enough staff are fixed that I read in other reviews. They are literally stacked with sunbeds, plenty for everyone, didn't have trouble finding spot any time of the day. Staff is very sufficient since they have many tourism interns now. It is not a full 5 star because Animation (entertainment) during the day aren't sufficient or announced enough. Normally in many hotels animation team gathers plenty people, convince them to join activities etc. but not as much here. They have activities throughout the day but you don't really join them unless you find them. Evening activities and events are splendid, especially live musics and shows at their amphitheater. Everyone was very kind, very caring, staff have eyes on you in case you need anything. I work as a bartender in EU, they have many basic cocktails but personally I didn't find it sufficient, it may be my high standards as well. Will come back for sure.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the pool area is nice, but you have to get up very early to get a decent sunbed if you want to be in the sun. The entertainment was brilliant the week we visited, unfortunately the kids side of entertainment was non existent and for a family holiday I would have expected more. The pools and slides were very good except 3 days out of 7 the pool closed down due to people poohing in the pool (adult) that was very disappointing. The guests that I found stayed at the hotel were incredibly rude and that was such a let down for our stay. The all inclusive food was terrible, and this is of course my opinion but it was the only thing that let the holiday down you expect AI to be repetitive but this was not nice at all, the best part to eat was lunchtime at the restaurant by the amphitheatre all cooked fresh there and then. We ate out 4 nightd out of 7, for the cost of the holiday I believe the food should be fresh daily with variety. We had a disabled guest with us and the staff were all very accommodating and friendly especially bar staff that provided an amazing range of drinks. Overall lovely venue just a couple of things that let it down.

Great hotel, slides were a hit with the family. I've not really done all inclusive before but this was a great first start. Easy to get drinks and the food was good quality. Only reason it is not 5 stars is the hassle of getting sun loungers at the pool. You have to get up early to get a spot which is not fun. Location is OK but the beach for the hotel is a ten minute bus drive. Overall though it is a great spot for families
