Spent a week here in October with my family with small children. Mainly russians and germans here. Overall a very good holiday. The resort is impressive and beautiful. Rooms shows some use, but everything works. The staff is friendly, english language is not their best for many. Nice food with a good variation, at least for our one week vacation. The pools, witch are unheated, are a bit chilly at this time of the year, but still usable. The beach water was almost a bit warmer, but not for our small children to play safely, because of the waves. Loud music from the evening entertainment, but its almost a part of the vacation at these resorts. The children sleep from the noise anyway. The events are pretty good and there has been put a lot of effort into some of them. The shops around the hotel are very tourist orientated with their prices and souvenirs. If you like a more local experience, travel to the nearby Göynük city. We recommend and will consider returning.

We have just come back from a week's visit here and I'm disappointed to say it wasn't the holiday we had hoped for. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the initial look of the hotel, but it seemed the staff were busy dealing with an unhappy guest, although they weren't talking English so hard to know what the issue was. The staff member who showed us to our room was lovely, very helpful and chatty, the room itself was fine, spacious although probably could have done with some more drawer space but that is personal preference. We did find the lay out of the pools and amenities a bit confusing at first, for example all the daily pool activities were at the sunset beach, main pool which took us a couple of days to figure out. We really enjoy doing the daily programmes but found these disappointing. When my husband wanted to play water polo, the lady gave the ball to those in the pool and let them free play and walked away. Not the experience we are used too from other hotels in Turkey. One thing that did really get our backs up was dinner time. Unfortunately this hotel is definitely not for English people. I think we only came across 2 or 3 families who were English, everyone else was Easten European and so incredibly rude. Pushing people around, no queuing for food, just shoving past. The restaurant at dinner time especially is so busy, the staff can't keep up with turning the tables over. On more than one occasion we were struggling to get cutlery and drinks...that's if we could get a table in the first place! The evening entertainment we found was poor. Live music every night and majority was definitely not to our taste. The show we experienced on the first night was disappointing and the team kept making errors and just made it awkward to watch. Usually in other hotels in Turkey we have seen a big variety of shows across our weeks stay. But the constant live singing every night was disappointing. Some areas of the hotel look tired and definitely need attending too. Some flush systems in the ladies toilets were broken, locks were broken on the toilet doors so temporary ones had been put on, soap dispensers not all working and one lift we got into, the doors kept opening and closing, not actually going anywhere. Overall, it definitely wasn't the experience we had hoped for and won't be returning.

I have to say there was some ups and downs when we visited this hotel. Its certainly in need of renovation, our visit started with issues with the room however these were quickly resolved by the staff. The water park could be open longer as its only open for a couple of hours. Food is good however its repetitive. The private beach is pleasantly warm. The only reason I am giving this hotel 4 stars is because of the staff that work there, despite the issues the staff are 7 stars. Thank you

Very good hotel. Pool area is in the shadow of the hotel building in the afternoon, so most people stay at the beach area. Most activities take place on the beach area, which is very handy once you‘re there. The sea has clear water, though it transitions from sand to stones fairly early. The beach volleyball field unfortunately has many stones in it, which led to bleeding for me and a few other guest. The food was very good, though not much variance on a day-to-day basis. Rooms are very clean. Many bars with drinks. Many food stations in the hotel and at the beach. The animation team was a big highlight. They are a group of very positive, well-spirited people. Special thanks to Ibrahim, Ahmet and Can who made me feel very welcome.

Very nice big hotel, delicious food. Room service perfect, clean every day and with surprises. Daughter had a cake in room with card for her birthday too. Amazing organised. Swimming pools little bit cold for kids. Good entertainment for kids. Kids was happy that can food all day even late night before bed. Spa amazing, been every day for massage and had a doctor too. Helped me with back problems. Very friendly and nice personal. Not very happy that cant have conversations in English just Russian.
