Spent a week here in October with my family with small children. Mainly russians and germans here. Overall a very good holiday. The resort is impressive and beautiful. Rooms shows some use, but everything works. The staff is friendly, english language is not their best for many. Nice food with a good variation, at least for our one week vacation. The pools, witch are unheated, are a bit chilly at this time of the year, but still usable. The beach water was almost a bit warmer, but not for our small children to play safely, because of the waves. Loud music from the evening entertainment, but its almost a part of the vacation at these resorts. The children sleep from the noise anyway. The events are pretty good and there has been put a lot of effort into some of them. The shops around the hotel are very tourist orientated with their prices and souvenirs. If you like a more local experience, travel to the nearby Göynük city. We recommend and will consider returning.

We stayed at the hotel as two couples and had a wonderful experience. The staff gave us a very warm welcome from the start, and the atmosphere was inviting. The entertainment was excellent, with plenty of activities to enjoy throughout the day and evening. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, close to everything we needed. A special mention goes to Ahmed — he is the best! His kindness and energy made our stay even more enjoyable. The service overall was outstanding, and we felt truly looked after. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great holiday with comfort, fun, and amazing hospitality.

Very nice big hotel, delicious food. Room service perfect, clean every day and with surprises. Daughter had a cake in room with card for her birthday too. Amazing organised. Swimming pools little bit cold for kids. Good entertainment for kids. Kids was happy that can food all day even late night before bed. Spa amazing, been every day for massage and had a doctor too. Helped me with back problems. Very friendly and nice personal. Not very happy that cant have conversations in English just Russian.

I was spending my holiday there and it’s was absolutely amazing. The staff is really working very well. Always give many attention for the customers. And ready to fix station if something not right straight away. Food is lovely, it’s was so many options for choice, If you on the diet or spending your holiday with kids it’s not problem, you can find something for you. Activity was cool as well , Anna and Svetlana doing great job, yoga, Pilates - one love. Just was one minus - all staff speaking russian. I was thinking we it Turkey and at least on reception, staff should to say Welcome in English or Turkish. Not nice to other cultures. But anyway I can recommend this hotel for your next visit

First is First: it is great Resort and we had great experience. Food is great ,variety is great , lot of live sections , global and local selections, and there are 4 Speciality restaurants. Food experience truly great and definitely you will gain fat ! There are fresh and packaged ice creams ,and unlimited. There are many self service sections for water ,ice-cream, coffee sections. Quality of coffee is great as well. Alcohol selections also good , tuborg and Efes , and Yeni Raki are available. There are many international cocktails available in multiple locations..there are many bars open around pool, beach and in hallway ..Waiters offering drinks on table ,it is great touch . Kid pool and kids entertainment also great ,we truly enjoyed and entertainment staff very helpful and patient. Room cleaning is daily , and mini bar refills every day ,and lot of soft drinks and can of beers available. I liked it . And ofcourse most important is ,attitude of overall staff : I was not espect everyone is nice but I never met any service personnel with bad attitude and it is really positively suprised by this ,keep up good work 👏. It is worth of money we spend and we will plan to book again. I must remind you this is family resort, if you are honeymooners, maybe not for you ! As Turkish citizen I am , we are lucky because resorts have multi nationality, not only Turkish, but Russian, Ukrainian, Polish and German and they were all well behaved. Hotel is little bit aged but still in good condition. Beach area also good but after 10 meters gets bit deeper and it is handy beach . Thank you for experience .Before I forgot, there is good wifi service.
