We ended up at this hotel unexpectedly after our flight crew reached their maximum flying hours and we were stranded. It was quite a stressful experience at first, as we had no information about what was happening. However, once we arrived at this hotel, everything changed for the better. Even at 11 PM, we received a warm and friendly welcome. The staff reopened the buffet for us, accommodating around 50 people with a smile. The room we stayed in was stunning—it even had a mezzanine with an additional bathroom and bed! Early the next morning, the breakfast buffet was ready for us again, ensuring we could start our day with a good meal. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel, not just for a short stay but as a place to spend a longer holiday. Their hospitality is exceptional, and the facilities are top-notch. --------------------------------------------------------------

The hotel is really nice. The food here is amazing, there are a lot of options and everybody should be able to find something for themselves. Same goes for the drinks. The quality of the room is good. The beds are really comfortable and the staff makes sure to clean up every day. The staff in general is always listening to requests and tries to follow them to the best if abilities. Most of the staff speaks Russian, many of them understand and speak English a bit too. In general, I would recommend the hotel for everybody who wants to relax and have some fun.

The Hotel is very clean we liked it a lot. There is a big variety of restaurants, snack bars and a good entertainment programme. If there was a problem, we talked to the reception and the problem was solved immediately. The environment is very beautiful and you have a good view on the mountains. Nevertheless it is important to know that it is a family hotel. A lot of kids and a lot of activities for them. We had a great holiday here!

We had such a great time with our family of 5. The animation team was so cool and lively. While pools were cold I was able to step in and cool off. They have waterslides and they are fast. Kids were taken care by a dedicated team who made kids days fun. The food was delicious. Highly suggest!

Very good hotel with excellent service and very welcoming. With good food and very good variety for all. A very clean hotel and service. Good hotel staff and a great selection of tours on offer, with spa treatments, boat trips ect. The on site photography gentleman was such a brilliant chap to have the opportunity to have meet. Took some amazing pictures telling us how to stand and pose. Made some beautiful photos 📸 and was not pushy with the sales. Yes you pay but its done to what you want and your budget. Very Happy to come back again to this hotel 👍
