Beautiful, family oriented hotel with great service and everything included. Kind personal and availability of anything you might need for holiday. The hotel doesn't have direct access to the sea in the hotel building area, it's over the main road, but with great solved access handled by the golf cart shuttle. The beach is easily accessible also by foot. The beach part is also fully equipped with pools (including baby pool), restaurant and bars. The hotel was full of east European guests, mostly Russians. Also most of the personnel were able to communicate only in the Russian language. Every evening was covered by animations for children and later for adults. The hotel was great and really had everything needed for great family holidays. To the 5 stars ⭐ it was however missing a luxury shine. From my point of view the solid 4- 4,5 ⭐

The rooms are so beautiful and comforting, the beds are very comfortable to sleep on, I like the view from the balcony, and I also love the beach and the rocks. The food is so delicious and the sweets are 10/10.The slides were so fun, I recommend this was great!

Great hotel, friendly staff. Delicious food, lots of meat dishes, cheeses, salads and fruits and of course desserts. Large well-groomed area, lots of gizmos, large pools. A large water park. There are shops and a photo studio on site. I would like to mention the photo studio for their attentive attitude, creativity and speed of work. We are very pleased and can safely recommend the hotel.

Hotel is great, we loved it. Staff are extremely polite, kind and helpful. Despite the fact that whole complex is huge, everything is super clean. Food is great - there are so many different meals. We highly recommend to come here as we will come again for sure.

Fantastic vacation at this hotel. We are a family of three, our 7 years old daughter. Extremely delicious and varied food, very clean rooms and pool, very kind and friendly staff. The hotel has a lot of pools, that's why it's never a problem to find a bed, despite the beautiful travelers, the pools didn't seem too crowded because there were a lot of pools. Every night, a very interesting show for both children and adults. We stayed at the hotel for seven nights and did not find any need to leave the hotel. In this case, there are many shops around the hotel and there is a pharmacy right in front of the main door of the hotel. But also there are various shops inside the hotel.
