Absolutely perfection! 5 star quality. We were so sad to leave. Hotel is superby clean, bright and airy. Staff are fantastic and very knowledgeable. We booked a few excursions via the hotel reception whom did it all for us. Swimming pool is huge and very clean with pool bar staff regularly coming to us asking if we needed any drinks. Restaurants are wonderful, good portion size and quality of food was exceptional. Beach is literally 5min walk from hotel. No need to worry about reviews regarding building works we had a side sea view directly opposite the so called building work - see photos (it is 99% complete). It was absolutely no problem at all. Housekeeping was done daily by the excellent cleaning ladies and everything restocked and towels changed daily. Standard Coffee and complimentary water left daily. Mini fridge in the room. The most enjoyable 5 star hotel we look forward to returning too :)

This is an amazing hotel from start to finish, spotlessly clean, friendly & helpful staff on reception, at the pool area, behind the bar and in the restaurant. The rooms are fabulous, huge comfortable beds and so peaceful and quiet. The pool is one of the nicest I’ve seen, huge and really clean. What I liked is that the kids pool area is off in a separate area so there were very few kids running around / playing in the main pool area so it was very relaxing. The hotel is in a great location, you have your own access straight onto the beach and just a short walk from the marina and all the lovely restaurants around. I Would highly recommend this hotel it is definitely worth the extra money.

Enjoyed our stay in Crowne Plaza. Breakfast was lovely and room was spacious and quiet. A short walk from the marina which we didn’t mind. Staff were friendly, particularly Jose at the front of house, the concierge, and lady in the shop. Easy access to the beach and outdoor pool is lovely. We didn’t use the indoor pool while there but the gym facilities are fantastic.

I’m a Diamond Elite member and this is truly one of the first times I really enjoy using my points for a stay. I had a beautiful room on the 7th floor away from the elevators, even though the floors have carpets and the elevators are quiet. The rooms are fairly soundproof, lots of space, the beds are so comfortable and the bathroom is one of the nicest we have ever had in a hotel, so much so that my wife had me take pictures to build one back home! 😂 All in all, I have only great things to say about this hotel and all the amazing staff during our 4 day stay.

From the beginning of our check in with Mario to the end of our stay he was amazing, so helpful, nothing was ever a problem if we had any questions. He's a bonus to the hotel. The hotel is absolutely spotless that's all I can say. Rooms so spacious and clean. They must have just put new carpets in hotel as it smelt amazing as you got out of lift. Food was absolutely beautiful, breakfast had everything you could ask for. Omelette on request. Staff were so pleasant. Location about 1.2km from marina but not an issue, you can ring an user for like 4euro. I would definitely come back and stay here. Have been to villamora a few times, stayed in a few hotels this by far was the best. Only thing, no entertainment until late at night like 10pm but it wasn't peak season when we were there so that was a bit boring. Wouldn't stop me from staying here again just if my daughters were coming need something at night for entertainment. TV was great you had English channels if you wanted to chill for an hour.
