Location is perfect! Specially if you are with kids. It very walkable and there are some really good restaurants near by. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! The staff is welcoming, patient and very nice. They greeded us with gifts and overall we are extremely happy. The rooms are big enough and the king size bed is perfect. I love it! Will be back

I honestly had such a good experience at the Crowne Plaza. The room was really nice and comfortable, and the bathroom was great too. They had a hair dryer and plenty of little amenities, which was actually super handy. The staff were also super friendly and helpful, which made everything feel really easy and welcoming. The location was ideal – only about a 10-minute walk to Times Square, and you can get to loads of the big attractions just by walking. Even though it’s close to everything, it’s tucked down a side road so it wasn’t too loud at night, which I really appreciated. There’s also a deli nearby called Essen which was perfect for grabbing breakfast or something quick before heading out. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily go back again.

We stayed here for three days and enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, and the friendly staff truly made us feel welcome. For such a large city, the hotel has a surprisingly warm and familiar atmosphere. The rooms are compact but well-designed and very clean. What we appreciated most were the comfortable beds. At times, it could be a little noisy, but nothing that disturbed our rest. The only thing I missed was a full-length mirror to check my outfit before heading out.

Matthew went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and my stay was was super comfortable I cannot thank him enough for everything. Checkout was quick and easy as was check-in I have my service animal with me everywhere that I go and they made it very easy getting in and out with him. They did not give me a hard time or add any fees. It was a very comfortable experience. I cannot thank him enough he was very professional. I am a silver member and he treated my guests and I so nicely. We will definitely be staying again.

Clean room, comfy bed, and pretty good soundproofing. Our room was literally next to the elevator and yet we heard nothing. Either great insulation or everyone else was too tired to ride it. The space was small but functional, like a well designed shoebox. The real MVP was the attached sports bar in the lobby. Solid food, rock star bartender, and the kind of drinks that make you forget about NYC prices… almost (at least during happy hour). Check in was smooth, the staff were friendly, no complaints there. Now for the $29 “amenity fee.” It allegedly covers a drink, Citi Bike vouchers, and laundry credits. In reality, it covered absolutely nothing. No mention, no vouchers, no drinks. Just a mysterious line item on the bill. Think of it as a donation to the Hotel Amenity Fairy. Overall, still a solid stay. 4.5 out of 5 stars. Would be 5 if the amenity fee actually included, you know, amenities.
