A very disappointing stay — I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The pillows and comforter had a disgusting oily smell that was unbearable from the moment we entered the room. We requested a change of bedsheets and pillows. While the sheets and duvet cover were replaced, the new pillows still smelled bad. In the end, we had to ask for extra pillowcases just to mask the odor a bit. One male front desk staff member was extremely rude, with no sense of customer service. Fortunately, the rest of the staff were much better, especially the person who helped with our luggage — he was very kind and professional. In addition, we could hear knocking sounds coming from the walls every night, which seriously affected our sleep. To make things worse, on the last day, a false fire alarm went off and the water was shut off almost whole day without any advanced notification, creating even more chaos and inconvenience. Overall, this hotel falls far short of expectations in terms of service and facilities, especially given the price and brand reputation. A very disappointing experience.

Nice hotel very close to relevant places in Midtown Manhattan. The room is fine, not too big but enough for sleeping. Cleaning is also fine. The bed was big and very comfortable. The good point is that the rooms are not directly on the street so you do not hear the noise directly. The attention is nice and they offered us umbrellas on the rainy days, much appreciated.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The room itself looked clean and generally well-kept, but the bed sheets were a major downside — they appeared dirty, used, and extremely wrinkled, which made me question whether they had been changed at all. It really took away from what could have been a comfortable stay. On a positive note, the hotel has a convenient bar and restaurant where you can eat and drink, which adds to the overall convenience. Also, the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated after a long day of travel. Overall, while the service was great and the facilities decent, the state of the bed linens needs serious improvement.

Expected more given high rates. Bath towels thin and small, also had holes so no luxury there! Iron did not work. Iron board a piece of crap. Shower pressure weak. Bed was comfortable though which made it doable. AC acted up in our room. Superior king room was not so superior, it was small!

Very happy with my stay here. Very friendly staff/service. Great location for us and what we were in town for. The bed was great and very comfortable. Bathroom and shower clean and very modern. I had no issues at all from check in to check out. There's also a restaurant and bar inside the hotel, we didn't have time to try but looks great and very convenient.
