Some the best hotel service I’ve have in a long time. Myself and a friend came for my birthday Fourth of July weekend. Even with completely full hotel I still felt seen and heard and the service did not waiver. Accommodating , kind, they followed up on my requests to ensure I was happy. The restaurant down stairs was very nice. All I can say is Thank you thank you Ashley for making this such an enjoyable stay! If you’re thinking about staying you won’t regret it!

Stayed here for our first trip to New York. Fantastic location, walking distance to most Manhattan attractions. Lovely rooms, amazing showers. Fridge in room for own use. Staff superb, including cleaning staff. The biggest shout out to Kenny on the door, who made our holiday with his friendly personality as well as local knowledge and tips. What a great guy!

Let's start with the good stuff, the room look nice and appears to have been remodeled recently. The bathroom is nice as well and everything seemed clean. The people at the front desk were nice as well and the housekeepers were very pleasant also. Now let's talk about the problem; the bathroom, although nice, did not have a shower door and the curtain allowed all the water to go out. We had to use four towels to sop up the water and lay at the front of the shower to keep the water from going everywhere. I wouldn't suggest getting the breakfast package either. The water glasses were dirty, so we didn't even drink from them. I guess the food was okay, but my coffee was served in a coffee cup that had red lipstick around the top and when I pointed this out and asked for a new one the girl seemed annoyed with me, had no facial expression, and seemed insincere and snooty. When we booked this hotel we went off the pictures from Expedia, which shows very beautiful pictures clean and pristine; however, the reality is there's filth and homelessness everywhere. I have attached pictures for you to see for yourself. I have come to the conclusion that New York City is one of the nastiest places around. We didn't feel safe to walk anywhere around New York. NYC is a very different place from 15 years ago when we first came.

It is a new hotel, with nice rooms (good beds and bath rooms). Very clean. Great service. The location is also good in mid-town.
Lobby is very very small with very little space to hang-out. Breakfast we recommend to roam around the city, so many places around.
Day 1 we had some issues not having hot water, but by night (and some convincing) the hotel moved me to another room with hot water -thanks!

Great hotel to stay at. We heard ZERO outside noise. There were some homeless people around but they didn't bother me on any of my journeys. Room was nice. Shower was nice.
