I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The room itself looked clean and generally well-kept, but the bed sheets were a major downside — they appeared dirty, used, and extremely wrinkled, which made me question whether they had been changed at all. It really took away from what could have been a comfortable stay. On a positive note, the hotel has a convenient bar and restaurant where you can eat and drink, which adds to the overall convenience. Also, the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated after a long day of travel. Overall, while the service was great and the facilities decent, the state of the bed linens needs serious improvement.

Nice five night stay at this hotel which is brilliantly located with mediocre rooms that have poor shower facilities. Very grateful to Ashleigh for sorting issues during our stay. There is a hefty “resort fee” per night that was not made clear by BA at the time of booking and I struggle to understand what you get for that as there is no pool etc. Overall, an acceptable stay but not sure I’d go back here next time I’m in NYC.

Overall the hotel is decent a little on expensive side especially when dealing with holding deposits and resort fee. Before booking I would double check the fees as this caught me out. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lifts wasn't too busy. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms fully stocked with towels. Location very good subway is one block down. Madison Square Garden and Penn Station very close. I would stay again when return to New York

Very happy with my stay here. Very friendly staff/service. Great location for us and what we were in town for. The bed was great and very comfortable. Bathroom and shower clean and very modern. I had no issues at all from check in to check out. There's also a restaurant and bar inside the hotel, we didn't have time to try but looks great and very convenient.

This hotel costs $300+ /night and charges you service fee for $29/night. The pillows are dirty, the sheets are dirty. The money is worth spent and the serving is very satisfying. Highly recommended. What a lovely hotel!
