I’ve stayed at the Crowne Plaza Jumeirah several times over the past few years, and once again it’s been an absolutely wonderful experience. All of the staff are exceptionally personal, friendly, and helpful — genuinely some of the best people you could hope to meet. Their professionalism, training, and the way they work together as a team really stand out and create such a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with a great variety of quality food, and the lounge service is excellent. Every part of the stay was enjoyable — from check-in to checkout. I visit Dubai every year and usually stay at different IHG properties, but my recent stay at Crowne Plaza Dubai Jumeirah was truly one of the most memorable. The hotel is ideally located, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and supermarkets. The customer service and hospitality we received were outstanding. Every team member—from the front desk to the cuisine and concierge staff—was exceptional. I would especially like to recognize the cuisine team: Mawan, Ivie, Syra, Mahi, Ronald, and Jigo. They went above and beyond to provide high‑class service. This has become my favourite hotel in Dubai, and from now on, I won’t stay anywhere else.
