I have been staying at this hotel for 9 months now and unlikely to ever stay anywhere else. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Big shout out to my cleaner Ram and the IT department for looking after me so we'll. The room is always spotless, both cleaners do a fantastic job and the IT department swiftly fixed an issue I had within minutes of asking. All the food is very good and the gym and pool area top the hotel off nicely. A fantastic hotel and staff Jim

Ginger Restaurant at Crowne Plaza Dubai Jumeirah is hands down my favorite spot for a seafood buffet! The value for money here is honestly amazing considering the quality and variety you get. The seafood night spread is huge—plenty of fresh options, but the lobster and sushi are definitely the highlights for me. What really keeps me coming back as a regular, though, is the team. A huge shoutout to Chef Chada for the incredible food, and to Kat, Boo, and Renato for always taking such good care of us. You guys make the experience so warm and welcoming every time.
