Outstanding Service by Greg! We had the pleasure of dining at Crowne Plaza Jumeriah today , and Greg, our server, truly made the experience exceptional. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional. Greg anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and his recommendations from the menu were spot-on. Every request we made was handled promptly and with a smile. His warm personality and excellent service made the evening even more enjoyable. We left feeling well taken care of and will definitely return, thanks to Greg's outstanding hospitality!

The room was great and cozy! The staff was helpful. Special shout out to Mr. Anu who was helpful and catered for all our requests in making the wedding reception a successful one from the equipment to getting the food and cake on time.

A very nice hotel with great service, staff, free parking, clean rooms, luxury bathroom. Gym is clean and with adequate equipment. Very quiet rooms with excellent cooling. Great lighting and closet space. Thanks to Mr Mohamed, the manager, and his excellent staff. The weekend brunch is incredible.

Our stay at the Crown Plaza Jumeira was a great experience. All front of house staff were very welcoming and helpful. Anything you needed they were on hand to help. The food from the restaurant was nice, but the only reservation was that some of the hot food was a bit cold and we suggested maybe a microwave would be a good addition in the restaurant for those that like their food hot. Also soft drinks would be good at dinner and lunch. The Docks Gastropub was a great place to hang out, after a day out in Dubai to end the day. All staff there were so friendly, can’t remember names, but everyone made sure we were okay and they also made my birthday a memorable one by coming out with a cake and wishing me happy birthday, which I thought was sweet of them. I would highly recommend this pub and of course the hotel. Keep doing what you’re doing guys, you’re doing a great job. 👏

The Thursday Seafood Night at Ginger Restaurant was superb. Customer service from the lady Thai Chef,attendants and host like Khemae were amazing. They were all attentive to the customers..delicious food and great customer service
