My stay at this hotel has been a wonderful experience. The service is excellent, and the staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. You can truly feel that they enjoy taking care of their guests and making sure everything goes smoothly. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Loved the location of the hotel. It's central to lots of amenities in Dubai. The food is amazing as well, we were a large group and thoroughly enjoyed the buffet options available throughout the week. The only down side is that we experienced some discrimination on 2 instances. The first was at the roof top where we ordered meals for the adults from the hotel and KFC for the kids from an online app. A staff member came over and said that we are not allowed food from outside. My sister promptly pointed to a white family enjoying a Popeyes meal just next to us. The staff member apologised and left. This obviously was super uncomfortable and clearly racially motivated. The second instance was at Docks, the English bar downstairs. My teenage nieces came in to view the score of an ongoing Liverpool game - they are big Liverpool fans. We were quickly informed that they don't allow minors in the pub and they were asked to leave. We found this reasonable and obliged. Imagine our shock the very next day when a white couple walked in with their very young children and were allowed patronage. Overall, this is a nice stay just not sure everyone is welcome✌🏾

I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to Mr. Ramesh and to all the hotel staff. During my stay at the hotel this week, I unfortunately forgot some valuable jewelry after checking out. I was deeply impressed by the honesty and integrity shown by the room attendant, who safely kept the items and handed them over to the hotel reception. My special thanks go to the housekeeper ,Ramesh, for his honesty and dedication, which gave me great confidence and trust in the hotel. I would also like to thank all the hotel staff for their professionalism, kindness, and excellent handling of such a situation. This experience truly reflects the high standards and values of the hotel, and I am very grateful for that.
