I’ve stayed at the Crowne Plaza Jumeirah several times over the past few years, and once again it’s been an absolutely wonderful experience. All of the staff are exceptionally personal, friendly, and helpful — genuinely some of the best people you could hope to meet. Their professionalism, training, and the way they work together as a team really stand out and create such a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with a great variety of quality food, and the lounge service is excellent. Every part of the stay was enjoyable — from check-in to checkout. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I’ll definitely be back again, just as I have in the past. Just a little bit a few of the friendly personnel who are magnificent at all times,

Ginger Island Resturant - Crowne Plaza Jumeirah This place is special to me and my wife — it was the first restaurant we ever went to together five years ago. Tonight, we decided to relive that memory, and it was just as special as the first time. We came for the Fisherman’s Market open buffet, which happens every Thursday and Friday evening, and it was phenomenal. The restaurant is inside Crowne Plaza Jumeirah with valet parking right at the entrance — smooth, convenient, and classy from the moment you arrive. The ambiance is elegant, vibrant, and beautifully Asian-themed — classy but still cozy and welcoming. The service was top-notch. Huge thanks to Khemae, Mawan, Era, and Thit — they were warm, attentive, and genuinely made our evening memorable. Their hospitality really stood out. A special mention to Chef Chada — incredibly attentive to every detail, personally checking on guests, asking for feedback, and making sure everything was perfect. Hats off to her — the food was truly delicious and top-notch. The seafood selection is unbeatable — lobsters, jumbo shrimp, salmon, Sultan Ibrahim, crabs, squid, and more — all fresh, flavorful, and grilled or fried live right in front of you. The quality speaks for itself. The Asian dishes and sushi section were also amazing. The sushi was spot-on — salmon, prawn, tuna, and crab — fresh, balanced, and addictive. If you love seafood and want a refined dining experience with heart, this place is a must. You’ll never regret coming back — even years later.

Our group with Gate 1 arrived here @ Crown Plaza in November 6, 2025. We were greeted by wonderful friendly cuisine restaurant members..Syzra, Jocelyn, Shaine, Jigo & Ronald. Every morning we come to have breakfast we noticed them smiling and very attentive to make sure we have everything we need. We want to compliment also the entire crew for providing the best service and the quality of food. Everything is Excellent! Warm greetings from our family of (9). Her thoughtful service made me feel welcomed and at ease, even amidst a busy and stressful schedule. Thanks to her, I was able to enjoy not just the food but also the atmosphere and company. I really enjoyed my one week stay at the Crowne Plaza Dubai Jumeirah: the room was spacious, the amenities great, the breakfast selection was diverse and delicious. I enjoyed using the gym too: very comfortable and it had everything I needed and more. What made my stay wonderful was seeing warm professional staff from the pick-up at the airport (thank you for your great service, Hisham!), to the reception and house-keeping to the staff at the restaurant for breakfast (I met several but I can only recall Ivy, Ronald and Jigo who were particularly friendly to me and also efficient and professional). Aside from the fact that there wasn't a metro station nearby (they make up for this with a much appreciated shuttle bus to Dubai Mall), my stay was perfect! I highly recommend you choose this hotel if you are looking for value for money and comfort!
