The guest welcome activities were superb and created a warm and memorable first impression. I especially want to thank the entire team for always being ready with a smile and assisting guests without any hesitation. Your positive attitude and dedication made my stay exceptionally comfortable. A special thanks to Ms. Jolor,❣️ and ms Lourdes,❤️and at morning breakfast time staff very very nice .whose professionalism and kindness truly stood out and added to the overall excellent experience. Tucked away in Downtown Jumeirah, just a short drive from the La Mer beach, the Crowne Plaza Jumeirah really impressed me. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming — even got an upgrade to a junior suite! The hotel’s design is striking: large open spaces, beautiful lighting, and a stylish yet calming vibe throughout. My suite was spacious, with a super comfortable bed, a proper working area, and a big bathroom featuring both a bathtub and separate shower. Loved the little lounge area with a sofa and a well-equipped coffee station (hello, espresso machine!). The Club Lounge feels more like a restaurant — elegant but no city views. Happy hour from 6–8 pm offers a fair selection, though alcohol options are a bit limited. The selection of snacks each night has been delicious. The breakfast at Cuisines never disappoints. Theres a good selection, including coffee and cuppachino machines and a selection of juices. The eggs Benedict was the best I’ve had anywhere in the world. For IHG members there’s an additional menu adding a lovely touch. The smoothies were divine. There is a pool for relaxing and a gym for that morning workout. Alternatively, hop on the free daily shuttle to the La Mer beachfront, Mercator mall or the Dubai mall for your afternoon entertainment. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel that balances comfort, style, and professionalism.

I booked a ballroom at Crowne Plaza for a women-only event, and everything went really well. The room was spacious, well-equipped (screen, sound system, lighting, music), and beautifully decorated — it felt like a wedding! ✨ The buffet was tasty and nicely presented, with attentive service throughout the evening. The women had a great time, and the value for money is excellent for this type of venue. Highly recommended for both private and professional events.

My husband and I recently enjoyed the lunch buffet at Crowne Plaza - Jumeirah, and it was a delightful experience. The variety and quality of the food—from fresh salads to flavorful mains and indulgent desserts—were truly impressive. A special thank you to Mawan for his exceptional service. He was warm, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and delicious lunch. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Stayed at Crowne Plaza Jumeirah in May and my family of 3 really enjoyed it. Rooms were spacious and very clean and housekeeping were very helpful and thorough. Arrived super early on our first day and we got to the hotel and they were able to check us in within a few hours which was much appreciated after a long dreadful flight when rest was needed. Breakfast was good however lacked variety, samey foods everyday and we were there for a week. There was a nice omelette station with polite attentive employees during breakfast. Bathroom was very clean and spacious with a shower as well as bath, although did not use. Bellboys very helpful and attentive when holding bags, opening doors etc. Location was good, clean area, easy access to taxis as well as food places and shops. Would not say it’s a 5 star hotel, probably a good 4 however was very pleased with our stay and would recommend to visit again.
