Room was hot. Lobby was hot. We were given different room than our booking. They gave us old school blanket. Fridge door is wide open and cant close it. I wonder how this is 5 star hotel. The receptionist kept us waiting in the hot lobby for 20 mins even though there was only one customer. No wonder why the price is 60$ for 5star hotel

We went to the brunch for the first time and had the pleasure of being served by Suzy’s, Era, Londres and team. They took care of us and kept the drinks flowing constantly over the 4 hours and kept our little one entertained! Would definitely come back! Thank you all for a great Saturday, good, drinks and entertainment!

I had my Mega Lunch Birthday celebration here in their Lcuisine restaurant. Excellent service and the ambience is great! Great food and value for money is more that worth it!! We highly recommend this place. Mawan who assisted us with our drinks is great and wonderful. I highly commend him with his service.

MEGA BRUNCH Tried the Mega Brunch on Saturday and it was well worth it. Good food selections and variety. The entertainment for kids is great- they surely will not get bored. Service was good. Shoutout to Lourdes who made sure our big group had our drinks are served promptly. Will definitely come back again.

Me and my husband stayed at the hotel for 5 days. The room was huge with very nice decoration! They changed our sheets, towels and anything else that needed to be changed every day! the cleanliness in this hotel was 5/5. the breakfast had too many options covering many cultures! and the dinner was equally rich! the staff was very kind and available every time you needed them! Everything was grate! Thank you!
