My stay at this hotel has been a wonderful experience. The service is excellent, and the staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. You can truly feel that they enjoy taking care of their guests and making sure everything goes smoothly. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I’ve stayed at the Crowne Plaza Jumeirah several times over the past few years, and once again it’s been an absolutely wonderful experience. All of the staff are exceptionally personal, friendly, and helpful — genuinely some of the best people you could hope to meet. Their professionalism, training, and the way they work together as a team really stand out and create such a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with a great variety of quality food, and the lounge service is excellent. Every part of the stay was enjoyable — from check-in to checkout. Great stay here for first time in our honeymoon trip. Very suitable place. Mostly close to metro, shopping mall. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms service good . Food fresh and taste. We recently visited Crowne Plaza Jumeirah to attend a marriage engagement function. The banquet hall and overall arrangements were excellent and maintained with high standards of hygiene. After the function, we had lunch at the restaurant with an open buffet. The food was delicious, hygienic, and of very good quality. The service team was extremely courteous and supportive, especially Ms. Thet, who ensured we were comfortable throughout and attended to all our requests with great care. Her service truly deserves a 10/10. Overall, I would rate the hotel’s housekeeping, food quality, banquet facilities, and staff an 8/10.
