With its tastefully designed interiors, soft lighting, and a serene atmosphere, it's an ideal place to unwind. Whether you're here for a casual dinner or a special occasion, the environment accommodates both with ease. The service was impeccable. The staff were attentive without being overbearing, always making sure that we have everything we needed. Lourdes, was particularly outstanding — very accommodating and quick to respond and always with a smile. It's clear that the team takes pride in offering excellent customer service. Thank you. Facilitate are very spacious and rooms are top notch up to standard with ample space. Thank you crowne plaza . Shout out for fantastic service: Era ( helped us with food variety and new year party)

Wonderful hotel and staff. Our room and all guest areas immaculately clean. Vast range of foods foods for breakfast. Very stylish club lounge serving complimentary premium drinks and foods. Roof top bar and pool a great place to hang out when not out exploring Dubai. Ram, who looks after the pool area was great and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning to this hotel.

The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience.
