Hotel is super super clean!! Like literally so clean i cannot find anything to be upset with. I want to say special thanks to the sweetest girl Marina at reception. She is sooo kind so welcoming properly hired for a 5star hotel. And for the beautiful Phyu thank you for welcoming us on the 2nd stay. As for the housekeeping i want to thank Shuvo who has been such a kind human and very professional. He literally makes the bed in seconds and gives always always a very very good service

5 stars I was absolutely impressed with my stay! The rooms are extremely clean, and the food is truly delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful—you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Whatever you need, they’re there to assist. If you rent a car, they even park it for you. There’s a beautiful mosque right across the street, and you can hear the call to prayer, which adds a special atmosphere. There are also many great restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

The service at Hotel Samir was satisfactory overall, with friendly and attentive staff who made check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The housekeeping team maintained the rooms well, ensuring cleanliness and comfort throughout the stay. However, there were occasional delays in room service and limited dining options, which slightly impacted the experience. Despite this, the staff’s helpful attitude and willingness to assist with local information added a personal touch that enhanced the visit. With a few improvements, the service could be considered excellent.

This hotel offers a satisfactory experience. The cleanliness is consistently maintained, and the staff is excellent, ensuring our room was cleaned nightly and providing bottled water. The breakfast is commendable, with a wide variety of options. Both the pool and gym are well-maintained and enjoyable. While it may not be a luxurious hotel, we were engaged in numerous activities outside, so our time at the hotel was limited. The on-site restaurant serves great American cuisine and delightful drinks, which we thoroughly enjoyed.
