Easily accessible spot. I wish the room service did better. We had requested for water and they never provided. Its was in the peak of summer when we visited the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel was very good though. Lovely variety of food and the staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel in general is an older one and so you will find the flaws and the upkeep of the hotel is quite noticeable. If the service would be better I could have given a better rating.

I have stayed in Crown plaza hotels worldwide. But this one is the most worst. 1. No valet parking when I arrived. When i asked regarding the parking to the guy standing in front of the hotel , he said come after 6pm !!!! Ridiculous !!. 2. No lift from parking to lobby — had to carry luggage up stairs with no assistance. 3. I booked the room via Booking.com, in which I got the room including the breakfast and dinner for a better price. The receptionist couldn't believe this and she called her supervisor to check if that kind of offer is actually valid, then openly expressed disappointment that I got a good deal. 4. No Smart TV, and even basic channels didn’t work. 5. No slippers, No dental kits, No blow-dryers. Even 3 star hotels provide those. 6. No towels in the Pool area. When i asked the in-charge about it, he told me to bring from the room if i want. The list still goes on.. Extremely disappointing for a 5-star hotel.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Never Returning I have stayed at Crowne Plaza Deira Dubai multiple times in the past, but this last visit has ensured it will be my final one. The experience was nothing short of appalling. During my stay, the hotel was undergoing construction or renovation work. The constant drilling and noise made it feel more like I was lodged inside an industrial facility than a hotel. Shockingly, there was no mention of this ongoing work on the IHG app at the time of booking, a clear lack of transparency and disregard for guest experience. The management’s response was equally disappointing, rather than offering a genuine apology, they asked me what I would like them to do. An upgrade was offered, but I declined since the noise was pervasive throughout the entire property, rendering any room equally unpleasant. To make matters worse, there was no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom. When I asked housekeeping to replenish them, they simply filled the bottles with water, a shockingly unprofessional and unacceptable act for a property that carries the Crowne Plaza name. This stay was a complete failure in every sense, from basic hospitality standards to customer service and accountability. Crowne Plaza Deira Dubai has clearly lost all sense of quality and care for its guests. I would strongly caution anyone considering this hotel: look elsewhere. You deserve far better.

I had a very good experience during my stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was comfortable, the room was clean and well-maintained, and all the facilities were excellent. What really stood out to me was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, especially at the reception. A special thank you to *Hana* and the *night manager*, who were both extremely helpful, polite, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Their attention to detail and warm attitude truly enhanced my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again. Thank you for the great service.

Excellent location and service! The lounge was the highlight for me especially the service by Tara and Riya, and the delicious food in the evening. Very attentive, efficient and warm service. I will certainly return to this hotel. This was my third stay during the renovation period (Summer 2025). I was usually on a high floor so I was not affected. On my third and current stay, A/C was not working well (and affected my sleep) but they switched me to a new room at my request which resolved the issue.
