I had a very good experience during my stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was comfortable, the room was clean and well-maintained, and all the facilities were excellent. What really stood out to me was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, especially at the reception. A special thank you to *Hana* and the *night manager*, who were both extremely helpful, polite, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Their attention to detail and warm attitude truly enhanced my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again. Thank you for the great service.

Manager and the front desk duty managers gave me good member courtesy, free upgrade to mini-suite, and free breakfast with acess to the business lounge. Swimming pool is deep enough for an adult. Convenient site to go around. Rate is fair, nice home for frequent travelers. Free parking. Big garage.

We held our daughter's wedding at the Crowne Plaza at Deira. I must say the experience has been great. All arrangements were made well and as discussed. The wedding reception went seamlessly well, thanks to Mr. Faisal from the Banquets who was extremely helpful and cooperative. All our concerns were attended to in the best manner. The food was delicious and our guests really enjoyed everything. We had been coordinating with Ms. Rhydat for everything and she has been extremely helpful, attending to all our needs patiently and courteously. This goes a long way . Thank you to the housekeeping team Sajib and Emelyn for their services and also to Preet from the laundry . All in all it has been a great experience with the Crowne Plaza Hotel. We would highly recommend.

The atmosphere creates a truly welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. A diverse menu offers a delightful range of culinary choices to satisfy any palate. Fresh ingredients and artful presentation enhance the appeal of each dish. Attentive service ensures a seamless and pleasant meal. Friendly staff members Mary Ann and Winnie are always ready to assist with a smile. The overall experience is one of comfort and satisfaction. It's a place where delicious food and warm hospitality come together. This establishment is highly recommended for a memorable dining occasion.

Location is good about 10 mins walk to the metro station. From there, I think 7 stop to Dubai Mall/ Burj Khalifa. Very close to Diera City Center. Staff is courteous. Breakfast is Good, just the bakery items need to improve quality. They need to change carpets as I think this building is probably 30 plus years old so its time for minor renovations. Overall 4 out of 5 stars for me.
