I visited Dubai on a very special day, and I stayed at this hotel. The service here is truly exceptional—staff members are incredibly warm and welcoming, always eager to assist guests. In particular, Shankar and Denis are two outstanding service representatives. When I accidentally left my eye drops behind in the room during a room change, they patiently helped me track them down. The front desk and restaurant staff were also wonderful. I’m so happy and deeply grateful!

We had a wonderful dining experience at Spice Island Restaurant in Crowne Plaza Deira. The food was delicious and clearly made with good-quality ingredients. Special thanks to Angelica, who provided excellent service she was very approachable, attentive, and made us feel comfortable throughout our meal. We also appreciated the manager/supervisor who was actively walking around and checking on guests. It really gave a reassuring feeling that everything was being well taken care of. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

We hosted my sister’s wedding reception at Crown Plaza on Feb 8, 2026, and we were truly happy with everything from the moment we arrived. The setup, coordination, timing, food, and overall support were excellent, and every request was handled with great care and professionalism. The reception team’s support, the room setup for the couple was beautifully done and very much appreciated. 😊 Heartfelt thanks to Mr. Sabu, Miss Archa, Mr. Prakash, Mr. Faisal, the amazing chef and kitchen team, the reception staff, and the entire supporting crew — especially the buffet and service team who took such wonderful care of each and every guest. 👏 Apologies if I’ve missed mentioning anyone by name — every single person’s effort and dedication meant a lot to our family and made the evening smooth and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone planning a special event. 🌟

The service had a rocky start—they gave away our room because we hadn't paid upfront, even though we never got any emails about it. But after chatting with a manager, they sorted it out quickly and got us a room. On the upside, the rooms are really nice and comfy, and the room service staff were super friendly and helpful.

Crowne plaza gym facilities very good. High standard of hygiene. Staff very professional I like coach George. He made me change my body physique in 1 week believe me. Try him please. I recommend George the coach and manager.
