We held our daughter's wedding at the Crowne Plaza at Deira. I must say the experience has been great. All arrangements were made well and as discussed. The wedding reception went seamlessly well, thanks to Mr. Faisal from the Banquets who was extremely helpful and cooperative. All our concerns were attended to in the best manner. The food was delicious and our guests really enjoyed everything. We had been coordinating with Ms. Rhydat for everything and she has been extremely helpful, attending to all our needs patiently and courteously. This goes a long way . Thank you to the housekeeping team Sajib and Emelyn for their services and also to Preet from the laundry . All in all it has been a great experience with the Crowne Plaza Hotel. We would highly recommend.

Specially the lady in the front office Ms CLEOFE in Reception She so welcoming to us, in particular a very nice and pleasant person. She ensured that we have a smooth and hassle-free check-in. The hotel is conviently located close to most major tourist landmarks and their Buffet breakfast at Spiceland Restuarant has very good options. The staff at Spiceland Restuarant was excellent. Yash, Milan and Khin gave us superior service. They were very fiendly and always happy to help. Happy with the experience.

Sharing My wonderful Experience in Crowne Plaza Deira last week at First The hotel outside looks old but when you enter inside Wow, Looks So Nice thats surprise me alot. When i going to Reception - The Smiling Lady Greet me with Confidence ,Friendy and Kind - Thanks to Ms. CLEOFE your so nice and kind in terms of Hospitality jobs. Hotel is Nice, staff are friendly, Spice Island food so delicious , we will come back soon. Thanks you CPD for the good service.
