Special thanks to the entire Crowne Plaza team for making me feel truly at home. I would especially like to thank Salah and Malak for everything they did throughout my stay, Cleo for her beautiful smile and smooth check-in, and Theresa for the wonderful room arrangements. Thank you as well to Sabry, and everyone who contributed to such a memorable experience. The F&B team was outstanding. Chef Gehad and Chef Mushtaq are truly extraordinary. Ibrahim impressed me with his wonderful approach, Harvy provided excellent service, and Tara was fantastic in the club lounge. A big thank you as well to Abdo at the pool bar for his heartfelt, from-the-heart service. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return.

The hotel was great, with a location near the metro line, making it easy to get to the most interesting places in Dubai. It's a 40-minute walk to Old Dubai, a very easy walk. The hotel rooms are large and comfortable, with super-comfortable, large beds. Clean. The food was delicious, including a wonderful Saturday night dinner with live cooking, featuring dishes from around the world. The staff, both at the reception and housekeeping, were fantastic and always helpful and smiling. They were always willing to help, asking how I was feeling or if I needed anything. A huge thank you to the concierge, Rehnas – wonderful, helpful, smiling, and very friendly! Thank you for arranging taxis to the airport, helping me with my luggage, and for making sure I didn't have to worry about anything. I recommend the hotel for a short or long stay in Dubai. Thank you for a wonderful time at the AKS Global Summit.

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The staff were kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. I would especially like to mention Tara, who served us during dinner. She was very friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. The dinner was delicious, and her service made it more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great experience and We always come to Dubai and choose to stay at this hotel. It has been our choice every time, and it has never been bad.
