Good size room, nice outdoor pool, good location for Airport 35 to 45 UAED taxi, good buffet breakfast, good Italian Restaurant and close to Metro. Dated decor and definitely closer to a 3 star facility in appearance than a 5 star. In its day, it maybe was a 5 star facility. Finer finishes missing like TV channels not listed and a poor selection on offer.

I just went to Crown Plaza deira Dubai hotel and booked using this website. It was amazing service and excellent staff. The swimming pool was spacious. Food was really good and had excellent breakfast. Excellent housekeeping service. Will definitely recommend.

I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome right away especially Kryzl. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's facilities, including the pool, was excellent. Overall, Crowne Plaza Dubai offers excellent service and comfort. Highly recommended!

The hotel is not up to mark as rooms are small as it is old property. But room service is pathetic, they take at least an hour to provide you if just asking for a spoon. No Indian vegetarian food available in lunch as most of the kitchen staff are indians and they can't even prepare it if you order specifically, secondly breakfast menu is almost fixed you won't get options with vegetarian food even after asking for it. I stayed with them for 5 days and almost everyday I have to report problems with CLOEFE she is with the front office and very fast in taking up issues otherwise if you talk about another girl named Abigail at the front desk is just to stand there and do nothing. They don't even provide you milk/creamer in your room at tea station as they are out of stock for almost 5 days, and some days they don't have milk in their restaurant even. If you talk about the cleanliness of the room it is not up to standard, So the only good thing with the property was JERAD at POOL BAR, AND CLOEFE WITH FRONT OFFICE, without them I could not survive my stay at the hotel. My booking was done by an agent. And I was not aware that a 5 star rated property can't meet my expectations.
