I’ve had a great experience at the Crowne Plaza Dubai – Deira gym. The facilities are well-equipped and always maintained to a high standard. The sauna and hammam are excellent additions, perfect for recovery and relaxation after workouts. Coach George is outstanding, professional, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals. His guidance and training style make a big difference, and he creates a very supportive environment. Overall, it’s a place where you can train seriously, recover properly, and feel taken care of. Highly recommend both the gym and the wellness facilities here.

Easily accessible spot. I wish the room service did better. We had requested for water and they never provided. Its was in the peak of summer when we visited the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel was very good though. Lovely variety of food and the staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel in general is an older one and so you will find the flaws and the upkeep of the hotel is quite noticeable. If the service would be better I could have given a better rating.

I had a very good experience during my stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was comfortable, the room was clean and well-maintained, and all the facilities were excellent. What really stood out to me was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, especially at the reception. A special thank you to *Hana* and the *night manager*, who were both extremely helpful, polite, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Their attention to detail and warm attitude truly enhanced my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again. Thank you for the great service.

The hotel is excellent and beautiful, and has many services, everything is available, quiet and comfortable, and the prices are good, and the club, swimming pool and its accessories are free with the room. Everything in it is excellent, except its geographical location, which is far from main Dubai, but it is close to the airport. Special thanks to the receptionist, Alisha, for her excellent treatment of us.

Excellent location and service! The lounge was the highlight for me especially the service by Tara and Riya, and the delicious food in the evening. Very attentive, efficient and warm service. I will certainly return to this hotel. This was my third stay during the renovation period (Summer 2025). I was usually on a high floor so I was not affected. On my third and current stay, A/C was not working well (and affected my sleep) but they switched me to a new room at my request which resolved the issue.
