My stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing and far below the standards I expected. Throughout my stay, I faced several issues that significantly affected my experience. Room service was consistently slow, and most requests took an unreasonable amount of time to be addressed. The television in my room was not working during my entire stay, and despite reporting the issue multiple times, it was never fixed. Spending two nights without a functioning TV was frustrating, especially considering that the problem was repeatedly brought to the hotel’s attention. The room itself had numerous maintenance and cleanliness issues. The bathroom was in poor condition, with a toilet flush that was not working properly, a leaking shower, weak water pressure, and rusty-colored water. The bathroom was also not cleaned to an acceptable standard, and some toiletries were missing upon arrival. In addition, one of the bedside lamps was not working, and the floor was visibly dirty until I specifically requested housekeeping to clean it. What was even more disappointing was the lack of professionalism from some staff members. On one occasion, while trying to report an issue, the reception staff abruptly hung up the phone before my concern was properly addressed. I found this extremely disrespectful and unacceptable, especially when I was simply seeking assistance as a guest. The experience at the pool was also unpleasant. When we asked the lifeguard for help in finding a shaded area to sit, he was unhelpful and displayed a rude attitude, making us feel unwelcome. The luggage service was very slow, causing unnecessary delays, and the absence of valet parking made things even more inconvenient. The only positive part of my stay was the service provided by Mr. Abdo at the pool bar and the gentleman responsible for preparing the shisha. Both were professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on providing a good guest experience. Their kindness and hospitality stood out and were the only highlights of an otherwise disappointing stay. Overall, this was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I have had. The combination of poor maintenance, inadequate cleanliness, slow service, and unprofessional behavior from certain staff members left a very negative impression. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the quality of service and guest experience in the future. Additionally, there was no shower gel in the bathroom when we arrived. I had to contact the staff myself to request it, and it took approximately an hour and a half before someone finally came. Even then, the staff member seemed confused about the issue. Basic amenities like shower gel should have been checked and replenished before guests enter the room. There was also no spoon for hot beverages and no tissues in the room. These are essential items that should be provided as part of the room setup. It honestly felt as though the room had not been properly prepared before our arrival, and I was left wondering what had actually been checked before assigning the room to guests.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Spice Island Restaurant in Crowne Plaza Deira. The food was delicious and clearly made with good-quality ingredients. Special thanks to Angelica, who provided excellent service she was very approachable, attentive, and made us feel comfortable throughout our meal. We also appreciated the manager/supervisor who was actively walking around and checking on guests. It really gave a reassuring feeling that everything was being well taken care of. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

We hosted my sister’s wedding reception at Crown Plaza on Feb 8, 2026, and we were truly happy with everything from the moment we arrived. The setup, coordination, timing, food, and overall support were excellent, and every request was handled with great care and professionalism. The reception team’s support, the room setup for the couple was beautifully done and very much appreciated. 😊 Heartfelt thanks to Mr. Sabu, Miss Archa, Mr. Prakash, Mr. Faisal, the amazing chef and kitchen team, the reception staff, and the entire supporting crew — especially the buffet and service team who took such wonderful care of each and every guest. 👏 Apologies if I’ve missed mentioning anyone by name — every single person’s effort and dedication meant a lot to our family and made the evening smooth and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone planning a special event. 🌟

The service had a rocky start—they gave away our room because we hadn't paid upfront, even though we never got any emails about it. But after chatting with a manager, they sorted it out quickly and got us a room. On the upside, the rooms are really nice and comfy, and the room service staff were super friendly and helpful.

I am having a great stay at Crowne Plaza Dubai - Deira. The place is being kept very clean, the service is excellent, and the hospitality is truly standing out. Special thanks to Mr. George, who is being warm and professional in his management. Also, Mr. Shambo, the pool lifeguard, is being polite, positive, and very vigilant while we are swimming. He is engaging professionally with guests and is ensuring everyone’s safety. If you are choosing this hotel, believe me, you are experiencing positive, meaningful, and memorable moments. I am highly recommending it.
