We had a really comfortable and fun stay at Crowne Plaza Yas Island. The hotel is very family-friendly, and the kids absolutely loved it. There’s a nice kids play area with a caretaker, which made it easier for us to relax knowing they were well looked after. The rooms were comfortable, the overall vibe was great, and the food was really good. We enjoyed the coffee and especially loved Stills Café — perfect for chilling. In the evening, they also offer sheesha from 6 pm, which was a great option to unwind. Overall, a lovely stay with good food, great facilities for kids, and a relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely recommend for families visiting Yas Island.

We checked into Crown Plaza Yas island and were very happy with the conciger service and front desk. Our flight landed 1 hr ealry and were at the hotel 6hr before the check in time and the front desk was very accommodating helped with ealry check in, it means alot when you are travelling with toddler. Emad helped with our bags in our room and was willing to help us with through out during our stay. He also helped us with sorting out the shuttle service to the beach and contacting our travel agent to help resolve the theme park ticket issue we faced. We are very happy with our stay and the service provided.

I had a wonderful stay here. The room was impeccably clean, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. All the staff members were extremely polite and handled guests with genuine care and professionalism. I would especially like to mention Ms. Yoon, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. She provided excellent guidance, and her support truly made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, this is a fantastic place to relax and feel completely at ease. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay here. The room was cleaned very well, and the service was excellent. All the staff members are very polite and handle guests with great care. I would like to especially mention Ravindra, who was extremely helpful. He guided me with many things, including how to use the laundry service. His support made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, this is a great place to relax and feel at ease. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Crowne Plaza We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more pleasant. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job every day. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted fresh. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend Crowne Plaza and would love to stay here again. Rojina was so helpful for early check in and she was very lovely staff Thank you 🙏🏻
