We had a most delightful stay at the hotel. The check-in was seamless and efficient. The food was exceptional. Our balcony offered a breathtaking view of the pool and the sea. As a family of four, we appreciated the extra rollaway bed in addition to the king-size bed. All the amenities were superb. A wide variety of food was available. Our half-board arrangement included two soft drinks per person and access to the facilities of six partner hotels. We used this option only once, preferring to enjoy the Crown Plaza hotel buffet. They graciously provided chicken nuggets and French fries for my son upon request, and also provided plain wraps for the children without vegetables. All the staff were incredibly kind and pleasant. We would certainly recommend this hotel.

I stayed there in (Mar to June) 2024 and it was amazing. The location is great. The staff and everyone is specially fantastic. It has its own private beach. The experience in lounge, bar, breakfast, swimming pool, beach, and at the reception was really nice. It is very close to some of the most cool tourist places (Ferrari island, Warner brothers etc.) I would especially like to give a shout out to Shruti and Aye who were, at that time (June 2024), taking care of lounge services at 7th/8th floor. Their service levels, professional expertise, ability to manage guests, and soft skills were really commendable. Not sure if they are still with Crowne Plaza or not. Thanks

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, Ms. Rojina at the reception made us feel incredibly welcome — professional, courteous, and always smiling. The entire staff was warm and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was a highlight each morning — fresh, delicious, and well presented. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Thank you for accommodating me. Thank to the reception girl from Bali, Indonesia who assisted me in checking in and giving me a chance to have a late check out at 2 pm the next day. I love the bed and pillows. My sleep was great. The desserts from breakfast and dinner were really good and delicious. I love my stay here.

We were there for one night with breakfast. Lovely place with wonderful staff. Specially Vishwa and Maricar who were very helpful and provided an exceptional service while checking in and out. Beautiful ambience and modern decor, food was excellent, rooms were spacious especially the suite, which had a huge living area and ample space for my 2 year old to run about. Will definitely go again. Got to mention it was a last minute booking and Sayyam was quick to provide us 3 rooms. During the busy eid holidays everyone was very friendly and helpful.
