An adorable facility with exceptional service! The staff were absolutely awesome and made our stay memorable. The buffet breakfast was a delightful experience—yummy, varied, and well-prepared. Special appreciation goes to the chef for the quality and taste of the food. We visited the hotel to celebrate my child’s birthday, and the hospitality we received was heartwarming. A special thank you to the lady at reception who surprised us with a beautiful and delicious cake for him—such a thoughtful gesture! The beach facility is a nice addition, though it’s a bit of a walk. It’s ideal during cooler weather but currently a bit challenging to enjoy due to the heat. However, the pool is fantastic—well-maintained and perfect for relaxing. The room’s color theme and overall design are modern and refreshing. The amenities and comfort level deserve appreciation. Highly recommend for a relaxing and family-friendly stay!

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Yas Island and had a wonderful experience. I would especially like to thank Sydney, the Front Desk Manager, for his exceptional support. He made our transition from another hotel to the Crowne Plaza smooth and stress-free. His professionalism and calm, understated demeanor were truly impressive. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Special thanks also go to the housekeeping team for maintaining such high standards throughout our stay. Breakfast was another highlight—delicious, fresh, and with plenty of options to suit all tastes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yas Island. Excellent service, comfortable stay, and a great location.

Asad, the housekeeping gentleman was very kind and helpful. He did not hesitate in assisting us and vacuuming the room for the kids though we were checking out in couple of hours. Overall experience of the hotel and their service is excellent except for the delay in room service last night, perhaps they were busy due to the long weekend.
