Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Abu Dhabi was truly memorable. The hotel itself is excellent—well-maintained, modern, and comfortable. The location is also perfect, offering easy access to key areas around the city. What truly made our experience stand out was the level of service. The staff is courteous, professional, and always ready to assist. A special mention to Ram, who went above and beyond to help us during our stay. His dedication, kindness, and willingness to support guests truly reflect the high standards of hospitality at this hotel.

Crowne Plaza Yas Island has been my very first “home” since moving to the UAE, and I couldn’t have asked for a better welcome. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond — not only were they incredibly kind and attentive, but they were also so warm and accommodating with my dog, Zen. They even brought him his own food bowl, which was so helpful! The hotel itself is new, sparkling clean, and beautifully designed. I loved soaking in the stunning bathtub while enjoying views over the golf course — and the sunsets here are simply magical. The location is perfect too, just minutes from all the major amusement parks, yet still peaceful and relaxing. What truly sets this hotel apart is how pet-friendly it is. It made the transition to a new country feel comforting and supported. Zen and I both felt right at home — and we can’t wait to return.

We were there for one night with breakfast. Lovely place with wonderful staff. Specially Vishwa and Maricar who were very helpful and provided an exceptional service while checking in and out. Beautiful ambience and modern decor, food was excellent, rooms were spacious especially the suite, which had a huge living area and ample space for my 2 year old to run about. Will definitely go again. Got to mention it was a last minute booking and Sayyam was quick to provide us 3 rooms. During the busy eid holidays everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The stay has been good here. The surroundings, outdoors and pool side area has been very nice. Only issue i found was that the breakfast did not have many options. It was very limited. The rooms are fine, decent. Could have been a little better, but manageable. Overall, nice experience.

We stayed there for 1 day during our trip. Everything was great in the hotel. The rooms are big and had a sofa bed for kids. We arrived early and hotel provided us room in 10 minutes. Great location. The breakfast buffet was great. Mr. Binod at concierge really helped us in planning, taking shuttle and also arranged a big car for us to travel back to Dubai. Would love to stay there again in next trip.
