I spent a week in this hotel and I have mixed feelings about the hotel. -Great location if you want to be a bit far from the loud Patong beach city area, and they offer free shuffle bus to Patong -the view from the main pool was pretty and they offer happy hour from 3pm to 4pm. The pool is clean but the deck chair are sometimes old or dirty with some bird excrements. -room was a bit dirty, if you order from the room service expect a lot of ants coming from nowhere? Some towels were dirty and our sofa had some weird oils stain. -spa treatment was wonderful but a bit too pricy for the service -Food from the hotel is great, the breakfast buffet has a lot of various food, from spicy to non spicy. Every morning we were delighted to see the food menu changing and tasting everything was fun. Lunch food and dinner food were always amazing. But don’t book the romantic dinner. The lobster was too cooked, the shrimp uncooked?? The only thing that was delicious was the fish. For 5000 BHT i thought it was quite scandalous. -some staff people were extremely nice and helpful some were very cold and rude?? Overall it was ok but I will not come back.

I stayed in a villa for two days of my trip, it was better than I had expected. The villa was huge and had all the amenities you could need. The hotel is really high on a hill/mountain and there is a steep incline/decline from the villas to the lobby but there is a buggy available 24/7 to take you to and from and it never took more than a couple of minutes to come and grab me. They also have a complimentary shuttle into Patong which is great and runs multiple times a day. The location of the hotel itself is quite isolated, thank God for the 7-Eleven across the road but other than that, you will need to travel into Patong (10-15mins away drive) or other areas for entertainment and food. The staff are very friendly and always available to assist. Breakfast was great with an egg station and waffle station, lots of choice and fresh fruit. Gym was also very good, with a good selection of equipment. The only improvement I can suggest is to have waiter service by the pool. It seemed you could only order if you go up to the swim bar, no one would come and ask if I needed anything which is what I experienced at other hotels. Will definitely come back.

This was not my first visit, and it certainly won’t be my last. Crest truly deserves all five stars. While there are many well-known names in the hospitality industry, Crest surpasses them in several aspects. From the very beginning, the warm and elegant welcome sets the tone—special thanks to the lovely Miss Beam for her kindness. The villas are beautifully designed, both inside and out, and the cleanliness is absolutely impeccable. The facilities are consistently refreshed; I’ve returned year after year to the same villa, and it always feels brand new, as if I were the first guest staying there. Despite being located high in the mountains, the resort is impressively free of insects. The weather and breathtaking views are unbeatable. Room service is remarkably fast and attentive, and you’re greeted with genuine smiles in every corner. The professionalism of the staff and management is outstanding, with special recognition to Mr. Edeson for his highly professional and courteous service. If I could make one small suggestion, it would be to slightly increase the pool temperature in the villas, as the mountain climate can be a bit cool. Thank you, Crest. I look forward to returning next year!

A great week had at Crest! 4.5 ×Pros- location, service, room (stayed in pool villa though fronted main road which was noisy at times), shuttle service, 2for1 cocktails! Spa treatments enjoyed by wife. ×Areas for improvement- timing for room clean (many instances left 10am, put on the make up room light, returned 5pm but room not done which is a shame when want to just use your own pool). Also an instance where do not disturb light on, only for room cleaner to knock on door. Minor but would be good for movie options on tv (local channels average, and only had limited access to youtube)

We had a great time staying at Crest Resort and Pool Villas Phuket! The service was top-notch and truly high-level, making us feel very welcome throughout our entire stay. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning—they are definitely a major highlight and worth the trip! A couple of things to keep in mind: The resort is a bit far from the main city center of Phuket. While they do offer a shuttle service, in our opinion, it would be much better if they had more frequent trips to and from the center to make getting around easier. Also, the main swimming pool felt a bit smaller in person compared to how it looks in the photos.
