This has been an amazing visit so far. We’ve been spending few of our nights in the pool access room with a beautiful sea view, and it has absolutely been worth the money. The staff have all been very professional and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. "Daid" truly stood out as his professionalism, calm nature, and excellent communication were impressive. He genuinely goes above and beyond, and absolutely deserves this appreciation. Overall, it’s been a lovely and incredibly memorable stay. We’re really enjoying every moment.

What a beautiful resort! Overlooking the Andaman Sea in Phuket this resort was amazing, clean, and well serviced. I have never done yoga before and when our group of 7 showed up they didn't have enough yoga mats for us but they accommodated us anyway with pool towels. It was our fault for not giving them advanced notice. The instructor was Mad, who was just the right teacher for a beginner as well as for advanced yoga participants. His assistant Bank was super helpful for me with the right touch helping me balance and assisting me with the correct poses and posture. The pool was just the right place to be after a session of yoga and it is a pool with a great view of the surroundings. Our group, as well as myself, thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Crest Resort and Pool Villas.

Lovely resort with really nice staff. Only complaints are I don’t think the breakfast is really 5* standard. For 5 stars I’d expect them to have proper barista coffee and for the food to be better quality. The eggs stand is a nice touch though. Additionally, the room layout is a bit strange, with the wardrobe, kitchen items and bathroom all squeezed into one spot. I’d rather a proper separate bathroom with more space.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Wonderful Family Stay! We stayed 4 days at Crest Resort & Pool Villas, and we absolutely loved our experience. The resort is truly beautiful — everywhere you look, there are pools, and my son enjoyed it so much that he was even upset to leave! The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of options. Our room was big, clean, and very comfortable, and the room service was excellent. A special mention to the room service aunty (Bum) who attended to our room (1309) — she was incredibly kind, caring, and very helpful throughout our stay. Also, Ms. Joam from the breakfast area was very friendly and welcoming. Honestly, every staff member we met was kind, warm, and always smiling. The resort is located on a hill, but they provide a free shuttle bus to Patong Beach, which made it very convenient to go to town. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Phuket.

Well for first, the location is a bit far away from the main Phuket. For us it was a good thing as I was travelling with family. They run shuttle services to take you to Patong. Rooftop swimming pool is amazing. Staff is good. But had a not so good experience. Due to a large shard of glass which got lodged in my foot, I bled. Informed the reception, showed them the photo, housekeeping found the glass piece. They denied at first but then when the housekeeping accepted finding the glass with my bood, they offered us a hi tea of some 2-3 desserts. No apology, no offer for antiseptic. Usually this would warrant a room change if not a complimentary upgrade. We would have been satisfied with a mere room change ( as we were travelling with a toddler and do not want to take any risk) but nothing was offered. Don’t know a place where such an incident would be taken so lightly. Hence the 3 stars.
