Was here on June 15 - 20, my stay was really nice. We initially had the balcony room without pool until my Dad decided to upgrade us all to a pool room! Nice view and the transportation to the beach is accessible through their shuttle. Their tea upon entry was really good too. Food was good, I highly recommend the Margarita Pizza. The breakfast was also good, I really love the sausages. The pool was clean, everything was pretty clean, and the employees are really nice. Environment was really pretty too, greenery was everywhere and the air on the environment was clean.

I had a fantastic experience at crest, The staff (Joan and min) was friendly and professional, and check-in was quick. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast was fresh and offered plenty of variety, and the hotel’s location was perfect — close to everything but still peaceful. Overall, great value and excellent service. I’ll definitely stay here again!

The staff was warm and attentive, making the experience even more memorable. The breakfast spread was impressive, with both local and international options. As a solo traveler I recommend this place highly. The lobby was gorgeous and the pool had amazing views. The staff was friendly and helpful. I got there early and although my room wasn’t ready, when I returned within 2 hours I was escorted to my room promptly. I booked the deluxe suite and it was gorgeous. I had an ocean view and it did not disappoint. The shuttle to patong beach was convienent, I was even able to walk a bit and came upon an elephant experience and a couple cafes just 20 minutes away. Next time I will splurge for a villa with the swim up pool.
