Absolutely splendid service, All staff very helpful, always smiling and supporting anytime you ask for anything. I booked Deluxe Apartment with breakfast and later asked for 2 nights of Deluxe Pool Villa and the breakfast basket experience which I received the upgrade ofcourse at its additional cost for 2 nights. The staff on site organised all transfers of luggages after 1st 2 nights while we were away on that day. The Blue welcome drinks and warm towels are unforgettable experience. All staff speak very good and fluent english, communicate very well. On WED night we also enjoyed a roof top 5 courses dinner with beautiful and nice voice singers live music, a middle course of Atlantic smoked salmon, edible gold and caviar, main meals were very nice eye fillet steak and large prawns. We also enjoyed swimming in the infinity pool and pool bar many times in addition to swimming in our own villa pool. This trip was one of the unforgettable trips in my life and we have enjoyed so far. Indeed I recommend stay at Crest resort and pool villas Phuket for an 5 star unforgettable lovely experience.

My stay at Crest Resort & Pool Villas was very good overall. The location is quiet and perfect for relaxing, and the views from the resort are amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The villa was clean, comfortable, and had great privacy. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 is because the road leading to the resort is a bit steep, especially at night, but it wasn’t a big issue once you get used to it. Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing experience in Phuket.

The most incredible place with even better staff! Each morning we were greeted by Joan with a big smile and wave. We looked forward to talking with her every day! There were soo many options for brekky each morning. Definitely recommend! Our first night we had an intimate dinner experience which was 6 courses of the most delicious food and live music! David was our waiter for the night and made sure we were well looked after for everything we needed. We all ended up singing along to the music together. View took care of us every day at happy hour by the swim up bar. He was always smiling whenever we saw him through out the resort! Definitely make use of the free shuttle into town each day, was perfect to explore town in the morning and come back for a swim in the afternoon! And finally a HUGE shoutout to the reception staff! We had such an easy check in after a long day of travel, the welcome drink was delicious! They were always available and would greet us every morning with a smile and a wave. Even when I required first aid they were swift, calm, reassuring and were able to assist me with ease. 10/10 would come back again!!

This resort it’s on the mountain and forest. Air here is so refreshing and healthy different than any place in Pukhet. Service is excellent Joan and Kae are very kind and welcoming. Room is good as well. I highly recommend to stay in this hotel far away from the noise and experience living in nature. The free shuttle to the beach and downtown was great.

I spent a week in this hotel and I have mixed feelings about the hotel. -Great location if you want to be a bit far from the loud Patong beach city area, and they offer free shuffle bus to Patong -the view from the main pool was pretty and they offer happy hour from 3pm to 4pm. The pool is clean but the deck chair are sometimes old or dirty with some bird excrements. -room was a bit dirty, if you order from the room service expect a lot of ants coming from nowhere? Some towels were dirty and our sofa had some weird oils stain. -spa treatment was wonderful but a bit too pricy for the service -Food from the hotel is great, the breakfast buffet has a lot of various food, from spicy to non spicy. Every morning we were delighted to see the food menu changing and tasting everything was fun. Lunch food and dinner food were always amazing. But don’t book the romantic dinner. The lobster was too cooked, the shrimp uncooked?? The only thing that was delicious was the fish. For 5000 BHT i thought it was quite scandalous. -some staff people were extremely nice and helpful some were very cold and rude?? Overall it was ok but I will not come back.
