This place has such a perfect location, and the resort is very well maintained. The water quality and swimming pool are also kept in excellent condition. Most of all, every single staff member is incredibly kind and welcoming. The breakfast menu isn’t huge, but it has everything you actually need — and everything tastes delicious. I’m currently staying at Sofitel in Nusa Dua for my second day… but honestly, I already miss that place. 🥹✨

We had a fantastic stay at Courtyard by Marriott Seminyak and couldn’t fault the experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which really made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities was excellent. The pool and common areas were clean and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind. Food quality was consistently very good, whether dining at the restaurant or ordering room service. Everything we tried was fresh, well presented, and delivered promptly. Overall, this is a very well run hotel with high standards across service, cleanliness, and comfort. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seminyak. The only area for improvement would be having a dedicated adults only pool where the pool bar is. At times, all pools can feel like a kindergarden pool with children running around.

We had a great stay at this really nice Marriott resort property. It's nothing like the Courtyards in the U.S. Chris, the GM, runs a great property and has a great team. Everyone was so warm and friendly and the service was spectacular. Akbar at the front desk was so kind and helpful. We loved the fact that it was so nice without being too bougey. The pool area was great with very good service and excellent, not overpriced food. The restaurant breakfast was very good and everyone who worked there was so above and beyond helpful and friendly. They even had soft serve ice cream at the breakfast buffet! Our dinner at the restaurant was excellent and we had great service from Yogi. The room was comfortable with a nice bed, big shower, good English speaking TV channels and Netflix. Highly recommended.

I visited Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak Resort as a Deaf (Tuli) visitor. Unfortunately, I experienced an uncomfortable situation at the entrance. I was stopped and not allowed to proceed because I did not have a prior appointment. To clarify, my purpose was not a personal meeting but to submit an official introduction letter related to a proposed audience/meeting. Despite explaining this, I was still prevented from entering. The experience felt like indirect discrimination. As a Deaf visitor, communication barriers can already be challenging, and a more understanding, inclusive approach would have been appreciated. I hope the management can improve awareness of accessibility and disability inclusion, especially in handling Deaf guests or visitors. Overall, I believe the resort has good standards, but this experience highlights an important area for improvement.

Our family of 4 with two teen boys stayed here for 5 nights at the end of Dec. We got one room with two queen beds which was spacious and comfortable - included a small table and a sofa, bar fridge and water bottles. They have a free oversized golf cart shuttle which is first come first serve and takes you to their private beach area (but not back), and to various restaurants nearby (map is in the lobby). The beach is a 6 min walk away, however their private beach area is a bit further with private beach chairs but its the furthest from the water so other beach chairs are in front of you, along with garbage, a sign that blocks the view and people selling items. Was still nice to check out on one of the days. We loved hanging out at the pool and participating in the daily pool activities + lunch was very reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful, organized fun things for everyone and music was great. We are Marriott members so we got invited to their weekly rooftop cocktails and appys evening. Location - nearby to laundry, spa's, restaurants, gelato. Had a really great time here and highly recommend!
