After three months of traveling, I arrived in Bali looking for rest. Courtyard by Marriott Seminyak became the warmest and most comforting stop of my journey. The hotel isn’t flashy, but the service is deeply personal. From day one, staff remembered my name and preferences. Every morning, they asked, “Same as usual, or would you like something different today?” They knew I was tired of Western breakfasts and kindly prepared local options—even making a takeaway for my driver. The pool bar staff, especially Penny—who was pregnant yet full of energy—made me feel truly cared for. She shared local tips with joy and sincerity. Unlike other luxury hotels where spaces feel public, Courtyard feels safe, calm, and personal. (AYANA is stunning, no doubt, but more open to outside visitors. This is just a personal preference—not a criticism.) Every day, I saw guests returning. Staff greeted them like old friends: “How’s the past year been?” or “Still looking great!” That kind of warmth is rare—and unforgettable. Highly recommended if you’re looking for heartfelt hospitality, not just a beautiful building.

We had the most amazing time at Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak Resort! The location is perfect — steps from the beach and close to the best shops, food, and nightlife. Our room was stylish, super comfortable, and opened straight onto the pool. The highlight, though, was the incredible staff. Pebri, Arya, and Putra were so kind, warm, and genuine — they truly made our stay unforgettable. Their service was flawless, but it was their energy and kindness that really stood out. We'll be recommending this gem to all our friends and can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at this incredible hotel for a second time in February 2025 and our experience was even better than our first visit (if that was possible). Our exceptional service started at reception where Emma and Dewa took care of checking us in and also meeting all of our requests. These ladies always had smiles on their faces despite working in a quite hot makeshift reception area while renovations are taking place. Our room was spacious and impeccably maintained daily by the cleaning staff along with constant enquiries if everything was ok and if there was anything extra we required. The meals in the recently renovated 'Seminyak Kitchen' were 5 star. Breakfast started with greetings from Ayu or Indah and once seated our amazing experience began with special attention from all the staff. Having said that we would like to thank Ayu, Arya, Puspa, Teja, Dhika, Wika and Linda at breakfast and Pebri at dinner for going above and beyond to make our meals enjoyable and memorable. The range of food available at breakfast is unbelievable and if there's something you desire but isn't in the buffet then the chefs are more than happy to prepare whatever you want. The pool area is so well laid out with cold face cloths and watermelon icy poles offered everyday as a welcoming extra. A big thank you to Dhika, Ari, Ayu and Penny for looking after us so well around the pool. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel with all the trimmings at a very reasonable price in Seminyak then you would be hard pressed to go past The Courtyard By Marriott. We have stayed here twice since November 2024 and are in the process of booking our third visit in June this year through Eka. Congratulations to Chris and all of your fantastic staff for making your hotel our favourite place to stay in Bali.

Had a Great Stay – Highly Recommend! We had an amazing 12-night stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Seminyak. The absolute highlight was the warm, friendly staff - always helpful and welcoming which made our experience even more enjoyable (special shout-out to Wika: extremely welcoming, Yogi: exceptional service and Rama: made up our room beautifully - all going above and beyond). The buffet breakfast was a great start to each day with a great variety of options. We especially loved the coffee and juice bar. Every meal we had was delicious with a special mention to The Meat Shop - Amazing steak and cooked to absolute perfection. We had a wonderful experience as a family (x2 adults, 13y and 10y) during our stay at your hotel. The location is truly ideal, offering both excellent facilities on-site and convenient access to the nearby beach, which was a highlight for us. I would like to commend the cleanliness of the hotel and its grounds, which were maintained to a very high standard. However, I wanted to mention that the family room design without a balcony proved somewhat impractical for drying wet clothes after our time at the beach and pool. I was grateful that the reception team accommodated our request to change rooms for an additional charge(6,500000 IDR), which provided a much more suitable arrangement for our family’s needs. The dining experience at Seminyak Kitchen was exceptional. Every meal we had, from breakfast to snacks by the pool and dinner, was consistently delicious. I would like to extend special thanks to Merta, whose warm and attentive service greatly enhanced our stay. His effort to ensure our dietary requirements were met without issue was truly appreciated. We are already planning to return as a family of four, and we look forward to another excellent experience at Courtyard Bali.
