The room with access to the pool is spacious. Cleaning is good. Due to the constant humming from the generator, it is impossible to sleep at night, and during the day there are constant screams of children ignoring the kids club area. The hotel is for families or for large noisy groups, if you want to relax as a couple or alone - I do not recommend it. Take earplugs with you. During check-in, they did not explain anything about where the restaurant is, breakfast, or what services are available. I had to wander around the area and look for everything myself. Breakfast is chaotic, road noise and a complete lack of service. I had to be reminded 3 times for my coffee. The only thing that makes me happy here is the SPA. Great massage and friendly staff. Thank you very much. With such competition among hotels in Bali, this is a complete failure and irresponsibility. Being an elite member of Marriott hotels and having extensive experience traveling around the world, this hotel is not worth the money and 5 stars.

My wife and I had an amazing three-night stay at this hotel. Right from the start, the staff upgraded our room to a beautiful garden view, which was a nice surprise. 😊 The room was clean, cozy, and smelled really good. The refreshing scent added to the comfort of our stay The hotel had awesome facilities like a gym, table tennis, pool bar, and swimming pool. We especially loved the pool bar's deal of buy one, get one free on cocktails. 🍹 The breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious options. 👍🏻 All the staff were friendly and attentive. A big shoutout to Dino from housekeeping, who made my wife's day by creating a cute towel elephant decoration in our room. Overall, this hotel definitely deserves a 5-star rating for their excellent service and well-trained team. 👍🏻

We wanted to stay in Seminyak for one night on our trip to Bali, so decided to stay at the courtyard. Location wise, this place is great. Located nearby the beach and all the action. Security was strict and they require to check everyone's bag, which provides a level of safety. We got upgraded to a pool side room, and instantly regretted it. I usually like my curtains open, but being by the pool, everyone could see into the room. Room was clean, and it had all that you needed. Service wise the team there were friendly and good. We ordered room service, food was nice. Generally a good hotel, albeit a bit pricey.

Had a short getaway with my friends to Bali and decided to stay with Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak for three nights and it was extremely pleasant stay. We were greeted by the friendly staffs and the hotel managed to arranged early check-in for us (Thanks Ema for checking us in). The room is very clean and modern, spacious enough for 2 people in the room. There is shuttle service to 3 locations around the vicinity. Breakfast was great and lot of varieties. However, sadly didn't have a chance to enjoy the pool bar. Specially thanks to Oko and Dodi for cleaning up room everyday and thanks for the little surprise with the cute towel bear.

Lovely hotel but lose 3 stars because of the 1. Restrictions on quiet lap swimming before 7am. Lap swimmers are quiet. The people yelling at them to stop and get out are not. 2. The volume of awful unrelaxing music at the poolside is just plain excruciating. If I want to listen to music at that volume I’ll go to a nightclub. And morning time is just ridiculous. Not relaxing at all. 3. Last but certainly not least, the in room phone isn’t plugged in. No plug or cable. Token only. No room service from this room!
