Spent seven days at this all-inclusive on seven mile beach. The beach and the staff make this worthwhile. The rooms are adequate- the ac works great - hot water is tricky. There is limited breakfast room service; however it makes obtaining coffee convenient. The crowd is older and the resort caters to that population. The spa is wonderful and the sports complex across the street from the resort is spacious. The staff that work tirelessly at this resort go beyond expectations and their efforts should not go unrecognized. Depending on what you are looking for in a resort this may or not be your ideal vacation location.

If you are looking for an opulent shiny new resort, you’re looking in the wrong place. No giant high rise buildings, no fancy shmancy ballrooms, no Japanese chef with a blowtorch. Numerous low-rise dated but decently maintained buildings. Nice accommodations but nothing special. So why have we been there 9 times? And why have countless others returned 20+ times? In short, activities and food. Multiple tennis and pickleball courts with included clinics and private lessons. An olympic sized pool, scuba dives included, great beach with numerous water sports. Obviously, food is a matter taste, but it lines up with our taste buds perfectly. We love it. Going back next week.

Let me start by saying that I walked in with a negative attitude, because we have been let down by so many (supposed) 5 star resorts that had cost a lot more money. Within 15 minutes, I was pleasantly surprised. I will be returning! First, let me say, were there issues? Yes, but you are on an island with tropical surroundings and an ocean in front. But, the issues were small and mostly we never even mentioned, because they were small. So small, they did not even matter to us. There were a few small issues that we mentioned (not looking for results) and they were immediately addressed. Mostly to our surprise. The tropical surrounding were beautiful and well maintained. The beach was awesome and well maintained. The food was above average to yummy, with NO complaints. The room was cold, orderly and well kept. The activities were more than we had time to enjoy, but enjoyed the ones we participated. The staff was above wonderful. Always smiling and never complaining. They went above and beyond to ensure you were happy, comfortable and having a good time. No complaints and only compliments. They actually had real top shelf liquors. We spoke to many guests and NONE complained about the resort and most to many were returned guests with many of those with multiple returns. Keep doin what you are doing and you will out last all the big name, big money, no return resorts. Great job! (The sunset photos were from our back porch.

We have just got back from couples swept away nigrill in all for me a bit quiet my wife loved it as she loves crafting what a delightful experience for her it was . I didn't like coming of the beach at 5pm then rushing around for dinner at 8 last sitting at 8.30 hence we didn't go out for dinner a lot. The palms had not a great choice of food for me personally the drink service was hit and miss at the palms ended up going to the bar myself in the rare occasions I was there. The room was suberb the staff in most were excellent the piano bar was do good thanks yo the singer and pianist you actually make us want to return you were brilliant. Has for the people selling on the beach most wanted to have some human conversation some just wanted to sell you something but if you talk to them that's all they wanted to be noticed and not ignored least you could do in their country no complaints there security was lovely. Definitely going back if not for the most of the staff but the location sunset and the activities for my wife which kept her so happy never seen her smile so much. So a big thank you to you all

I had an amazing experience at the resort. I got married there last week and everything was great. I especially appreciate the staff specifically the wedding staff (Rochelle and Desmont) who were very professional and accomodating. They made my day go so smooth and I'm grateful for that. The night entertain (I do not remember the band's name) but they were awesome and full of energy. The massages at the spa across the street was great and I usually hate massages. The makeup artist the day of my wedding did a fantastic job. I showed her my inspo photo and she did exactly what I asked for. The atomsphere is just relaxing and I honestly wish we would have booked more time there. I almost forgot to mention that the different varieties of food was great as well and I highly reccomend the private dinner on the beach. The beach in the daytime is absolutely breathtaking. We were extremely pleased with everything and may spend our 1st anniversary there.
