The rooms are nice!!! Nice balconies with ceiling fans. Beautiful views and things to do. A lot of activities are complimentary to your stay, so remember to sign up. You can stay on the resort or venture off and explore.

We really enjoyed our vacation here. The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The mini fridge in the room didn't keep cool very well, so we had to keep ice if we wanted to have drinks. We were on the second floor, and climbing the steps was not fun, but I loved the patio, and being off the ground floor made it more enjoyable. The beach is gorgeous! We spent much of our time relaxing in and by the water. We did run across a few stingrays, but they didn't bother us. Make sure you take advantage of the boat tours that are included in your reservation. We did the glass boat tour, but I believe there's also snorkeling and scuba diving. The food was good, but we would have liked more Jamaica food. The Curry chicken we had on our first night was the best I've ever eaten. We also enjoyed oxtail, jerk chicken,lamb, rice and peas, fried dumplings, and much more. Breakfast and lunch were typically light with more options at dinner. The resort is stretched out along the coast, and the only late night meal option is located at the far end of the resort. We were next to the entrance, so it was quite far. It would be nice to have something either in the middle or maybe provide light snacks for the room. We decided to book a couples massage, which was a bit pricy. We were not disappointed with the service, Our massages were great, and you can use the spa while you're there to soak or relax in the steam room. Take your swimsuit if you decide to get a massage so you can enjoy the spa. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I will absolutely overlook a few shortcomings with a place as long as they provide great service. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely visit again in the future.

My favorite resort in Negril! Couples swept away was the perfect place to celebrate my Anniversary and birthday 🍾 with my husband. The staff really made our wedding Anniversary dinner at Feathers feel special. This resort is so romantic we enjoyed the beach bonfire with live music, sunset cruise, hat weaving class with Mr Dennis, the 3 bartenders at the swim up bar were so nice, snorkeling and feeding the little fishy’s with the water sports team was a real treat. Go to the night club! It was two young ladies on the entertainment staff that was so sweet I wish I could remember their names. The staff is awesome! Located right on 7 mile you can walk to Margaritaville. This is our second time visiting this resort and won’t be our last. Respect to management the staff is trained very well.

I’ll note the good things first. The beach was incredible!! We loved the included things like snorkeling and the sunset sail The men who did the snorkeling boat ride were amazing! Friendly and welcoming We had a fantastic massage The room was nice, very comfortable however the traffic from the road was very loud due to the rooms not having glass in the windows. The food was okay. The pools are dated and could use some new plastering but the beach made up for it… The overall experience was good however the service was poor. They were often out of a lot of food options, we showed up for the 5pm tour and they couldn’t find anyone to give us a tour so the lady gave a brief verbal tour (not the same) We sat at grape vines for lunch and they said if I wanted fish tacos I’d have to go get them myself because it was raining (about a 15 foot walk in the rain to the other cabana) The day before one place forgot what I ordered and finally walked over and asked what I ordered and said they forgot…. The tropical atmosphere and beautiful beaches were amazing but they missed it big time with service.

My husband and I stayed at CSA April 2024. Our reservation was for 5 nights. We loved it so much we extended our stay on our last day. So we spent a total of 7 nights and we are currently booked to return April 2025 (next year). The beach is out of this world. It is always warm, clear, no seaweed, and the vendors/locals on the beach were very kind and respectful. The food was spectacular. You will always have a variety of food to choose from. Our favorite was the lemongrass restaurant. Feathers was really good too. I like how they rotate menus. The Palms buffet was always delicious. The morning pancakes are the best I’ve ever had. I have stayed at many resorts in the past and have traveled to over 20 countries. Whoever gives this resort a bad review is simply too picky. Nothing will ever be perfect. As soon as we got there we were greeted with champagne and a warm & genuine smile. Front desk has an amazing staff. The spa was amazing. The fitness center was so much fun. I do believe that the pools need refurbishing. We spent the day at couples Negril and their pool was spectacular. Since we are it beach people this is not a big issue for us but it would have been nice to have a clean pool . It was often dirty. As well as the jacuzzis that are spread throughout the property. Another suggestion would be the guys at the beach bar. I like fresh piña coladas, not frozen. When I would ask for a fresh one they would say no and they would send me to the main bar at the palms. Other than these 2 minor complaints. We had the most wonderful time. The sunset dinner was delicious and the photographers were very kind. We were indeed, swept away. I will be back home soon!
