I had an amazing experience at the resort. I got married there last week and everything was great. I especially appreciate the staff specifically the wedding staff (Rochelle and Desmont) who were very professional and accomodating. They made my day go so smooth and I'm grateful for that. The night entertain (I do not remember the band's name) but they were awesome and full of energy. The massages at the spa across the street was great and I usually hate massages. The makeup artist the day of my wedding did a fantastic job. I showed her my inspo photo and she did exactly what I asked for. The atomsphere is just relaxing and I honestly wish we would have booked more time there. I almost forgot to mention that the different varieties of food was great as well and I highly reccomend the private dinner on the beach. The beach in the daytime is absolutely breathtaking. We were extremely pleased with everything and may spend our 1st anniversary there.

CSA is absolutely wonderful! The staff is so eager to help and truly makes you feel at home. The food is fantastic too! I really think Jamaican night at the Palms should happen every night, not just Fridays—it’s that good! A huge shoutout to all the amazing staff! 😀 We can’t wait to return for our anniversary celebration since we got married on the beach on October 19, 2025, at 10am thank you CSA for making our wedding and holiday amazing 👏🏾 🤩

We have been going to Swept Away for 27 years The tennis is fantastic. The beach is beautiful. The staff from top to bottom is so kind and wonderful. Food is plentiful, healthy, delicious, and would fit any dietary requirements. Red snapper is wonderful. Rooms are fine, clean, comfortable, and we have stayed at all levels. Pickleball has now been added. There is air conditioned racquet ball. Also a full track. Every year they find the football game with the Ravens from Baltimore and we get to watch it. We don’t want a tv in our room but other rooms have them. If you want to sail or snorkel or sing with The Piano Man or dance or go on a booze cruise. It’s all there and all inclusive. Their beautiful decorations at Christmas and New Year’s and Valentine’s Day along with all the special entertainment are just amazing. Mr Lee Issa and his family and Mr Brown and the absolutely amazing staff that have made my family feel so welcome will bring us back twice this year. There are many reasons guests go back year after year and I hope I have specified them all. Richard and Karen Williams send you love. We will see you in 6 weeks.

Our second visit to CSA. T he beach & clear water cannot be beat! It was off-season so the resort was less crowded-which was a bonus. Although with this bonus came less amenities as a restaurant & bars were closed. It's a trade-off based on what you like. The staff were somewhat less helpful & friendly than our priorities stay, which was disappointing. The food at Feathers, Lemongrass and the ala carte nights at The Palms were impeccable!

Many issues — mostly the staff being extremely rude and not accommodating. But the most important problem happened the night before check-out: we got sick, so we went to the lobby, and they kindly gave us two Advils — one for me and one for my husband!!!!! The next morning, on check-out day, everything seemed fine. We asked for two more Advils just to get us through until we could see a doctor. They took us to the “nurse,” who asked what symptoms we had. We said just a cough and a mild fever. She told us to buy syrup from the gift shop. We checked, but there weren’t any good options, so we went back to the lobby and asked again for Advil until we could speak to our doctor. They refused to give us any, with no explanation. Once we checked out, they still wouldn’t give us two Advils — something worth maybe $0.20 — after we had spent thousands there. Really bad experience overall. Shameful.
