Most beautiful, clean beach. Bungalow style rooms give you the opportunity to enjoy the fresh air and fall asleep to the music of the tree frogs. Delicious, fresh food. Quiet, early nights, not the big party scene. Martini making classes, straw hat making, painting, basket weaving, great scuba dive team. Some amazing, super friendly attentive staff.

I stayed here in October and had an amazing time! I can't wait to go back. The rooms were very clean and updated and the staff was amazing. The food was the best food I have ever had at a resort. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Couples Swept Away in June 2022, marking our first visit to Negril. Booking the romantic dinner by the beach was a delightful experience. The beach itself was stunning, with clear water and white sands. While the rooms were somewhat dated, they were well-maintained and cleaned daily. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly. We were one of the youngest couples (both 30 years old) at the resort. We appreciated the non-tipping policy, which meant we didn’t have to carry our wallet everywhere. However, it's worth mentioning that the resort is due for a major renovation. Additionally, the beach vendors were annoying, being loud and persistent in their sales pitches, which detracted from the tranquility of beach relaxation.

One week holiday here. The transfer to the hotel was long and no enjoyable. Once there the room was quite basic but large and clean, we were near the road so was noisy at times. Great bed very comfortable. Bathroom was like a wet room so got very wet when showering. Food was goòd at the restaurants where you get served, the self serve one was OK with plenty of choice if a little bit the same most times. Bars and drinks were good and we found most of the staff were pleasant and attentive. The problem we had was we had 100 USD stolen from our safe we discovered it mising couple of days before we left. This was reported to security and the services manager. We met with both and were told they would investigate it. A month after getting home we have had no contact with them even though they said they would keep us updated with what they find out.

The staff were fantastic! The grounds are well lush tropical well maintained. The food at Lemongrass was very good and the food at Feathers was excellent. The sunset cruise and trip to Rick’s Cafe excellent. The room was
Not good. Not just outdated furniture and wear and tear but dirty doors and bathroom edges. The balcony pillow had a broken zipper and the stuffing was exposed. The gym was also disappointing. 3 of 5 treadmills broken. The elliptical handles duct taped together. The piano bar room is also very dated and smelled musty. At the pool they ran out of towels for 2-4 hours every day from 10am-2pm ish. If they renovated the dated areas this could be a wonderful resort again.
