Beautiful place; paradise. Spending our days on the beach, scuba diving, reading in the cafe, snorkeling, and enjoying amazing food was a wonderful way to vacation. Excursions they helped us plan were also wonderful. Really loved all the animals on the property and the flowers and plants. Good activities as well even without visiting the au natural beach.

Still, an epic experience. Even though they offered us the transfer option to the other Tower Isle property on specific days, we were convinced this is exactly where we needed to be. The serenity, the space, the comfort, the service, the Java, the awesomeness. Cannot be compared. It is simply like no other all inclusive. Even the captain remembers exactly where you prefer to snorkel. Daily sunset cruises, unlimited VIP treatment. Never the same exquisite drink twice. Nightly amazing cultural experience. Gala night is the best on the island. Fact. Now we have to beat those guys who are repeat visitors, record 22 times!

This resort is fantastic! It feels like a tropical wonderland everywhere you right on a beautiful bay. All of the staff are so friendly and the resort is so safe. I would recommend to anyone and everyone traveling as a couple.

Our trip to sans souci was beautiful. The resort is a lot bigger than I thought it was! There are a lot of stairs. This may not be suitable for individuals that cannot navigate stairs. Our room was spacious. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I was a bit disappointed that the pent house we booked didn’t have a hot tub. That would have been a nice bonus. Our water pressure was non existent for almost our entire stay. While maintenance came in several times it was hit or miss we had to wake up early in order to take a shower. They gave complimentary champagne and a chocolate cake. While this was a nice gesture these items are already included in the stay. At no point did they offer to move us rooms or cover an excursion. It’s expensive to go on vacation and not having adequate water is just really unacceptable.
Service here is great. All of the staff is super friendly. Food is good. I will say Casanova is by far the best restaurant. The food at the other locations wasn’t always hot. But having room service available was nice. There’s loads of activities here that are such a nice touch. I love how secluded the location is. It’s extremely quiet which provided such a nice and relaxing trip.
