From the moment we arrived in Jamaica, everything has been absolutely exceptional. The staff are truly outstanding — warm, welcoming, and they simply cannot do enough for you. The level of service is beyond anything I’ve experienced, and that’s saying something given how many luxury properties I’ve visited over the years. The food is incredible, with so much choice and consistently high quality at every meal. The premium all-inclusive offering really sets this hotel apart — it includes so many thoughtful extras that make the whole experience feel elevated and genuinely one of a kind. Our room is spotless, beautifully maintained, and housekeeping are absolutely brilliant. Every detail is taken care of. I genuinely cannot fault this hotel in any way. It has exceeded every expectation and set a new benchmark for me. I will be recommending it to all of my clients without hesitation — a truly unforgettable stay.

Home away from home! This property has the most beautiful beach and friendliest staff. There are 4 dining options available on a semi-rotation basis. Additionally, they have themed buffet nights. There are 2 nice gift shops on property and local vendors come to the beach and pool deck throughout the week. There is a wonderful Spa available for everything from hair and nails to facials, scrubs, and massages. The equipment in the gym is well kept and newer. The best thing about this property is that it is Jamaican owned by the Issa family. They take care of their staff and guests with a true Jamaica vibe!

We just got back from Couples Negril and I truly cannot say enough good things about this resort. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was unmatched. The staff go above and beyond every single day — always smiling, always remembering your name and your drink, and genuinely making you feel welcomed and cared for. The food was AMAZING. Every meal felt like a treat, with so many delicious options to choose from. Whether it was breakfast by the beach or a nicer dinner at night, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The beach was absolutely pristine. You could see the workers out there daily keeping everything clean and perfect. The grounds are maintained constantly and it truly shows — everything feels tropical, peaceful, and spotless. There are activities going on every day, which we loved. The best part is they’re completely optional — you can join in and have fun or just relax and enjoy the sun. The water sports were so much fun and very well organized. And the drinks? So good. Tons of options, strong when you want them to be, and always made with a smile. If you’re debating whether to book Couples Negril — just do it. We will absolutely be back. One love!!

Traveling queen

A decent stay, but not quite what we expected. The rooms were noticeably outdated and showed signs of wear, including visible water damage and a general lack of upkeep. While the resort is marketed as a smaller, more boutique-style property, it felt more like a standard hotel due to the number of rooms and overall layout. Despite its larger size, the resort didn’t feel overly crowded, and we rarely encountered many other guests. However, this is not a luxury property—the atmosphere and amenities are more casual. The dining options reflected this as well: meals were simple and familiar rather than gourmet or high-end. The main buffet offered a typical selection of comfort foods, suitable for picky eaters or vegetarians, though not ideal for those seeking an upscale culinary experience. A nice touch was the nightly entertainment during dinner, which added some liveliness and atmosphere to the evenings without being intrusive. The beach itself was beautiful, with soft sand and clear water, but it is not private, which meant frequent interruptions from local vendors selling jewelry, jet ski rentals, or other items. This made it difficult to fully relax at times. Another enjoyable detail was the self-serve ice cream station, perfect for cooling off during the day. Overall, a good option for travelers seeking a simple, budget-friendly stay with a bit of nightly entertainment, but those looking for luxury, privacy, or a true boutique feel may want to explore other options
