Where do i start? Arrival - arrived late and checked in quickly. Staff were helpful and friendly, however we were shown to our room which when we went into - stank of sewage. Not great but ran the water down drains and it helped partially eradicate the smell.Put the air con on - and it pumped out lovely warm air LOUDLY great when its 30c plus. 🙄 Anyway we slept and complained the following day and it was to be fixed later. Went to go on the balcony - the lock on the door was broken, so we couldn't get outside. Went to shower, and the shower head and holder were broken. Complained again, advised was to be fixed... Next day, still nothing fixed, post it note on door to say see reception, and moved to another room, this on day three of our stay having had to repack and then on arrival at new room unpacked. New room wasn't much better. Mould all over the bathroom, shower broken, roof looked like a piece of plastic glued to ceiling. Table was broken, legs fell off balcony rusted, overgrown with nearby trees - just shabby. Bedding and towels stained. Air con didn't work here either so moved to a further room with packing and unpacking all over again. Shabby and dated was an understatement. So room three beckoned. Bed was crammed in a tiny room full of odd furniture, the headboard was off set to the bed, looked like a single bed crammed into a double room to make a three bed room. More like a cheap hostel rather than a 4 star hotel. The air con worked finally. We remained here but noticed skirting boards falling apart, electrical socket stuck to walls with cables hanging out, a continual leak of the pipework behind the toilet which kept pooling water in the bathroom. My 12yr old son would have repaired this place to a better standard. Maintenance was a shambles throughout. The rooms need an overhaul, the dated and broken furniture needs replacing and someone with industrial cleaners brought in. Anyway, the gardens - all overgrown, pathways broken and tiles replaced with wooden pallets to make walkways. Tiles around the pool broken, jacuzzi out of order and smaller pool shut down on day two and emptied. The slide only worked sporadically and quite clearly wasn't safe - wobbled every time someone used it and the fixtures on the tiles wobbly. The top of the slide had a hole in the step which was a hazard for children and the steps were rusted and borderline unsafe. I felt that Health and Safety would have had a field day such was the amount of faults throughout the hotel. The dining area was light and airy, but chairs were filthy, had fabric covers on that were stained and never changed or cleaned. The serving areas were tidy, but hardly clean. The staff were stepping over pipe work while cooking! The food was bland - repetitive and plain. The terrace bar - Stank of stale alcohol / sick. The metal units and counters were filthy. The drinks dispensers were often pot luck or not working. The all inclusive drinks were a shambles. So much so that we resorted to buying alcohol ourselves from the supermarket to drink. The drinks appeared to have zero alcohol content in them and were served in small plastic cups and paper cups. Frankly, don't waste your money expecting a lot from the food and drink - eat out - its cheaper in nearby eateries of which there is a fair amount of choice and much nicer. The general staff were friendly helpful and welcoming, but i think management could do with some education in how to run a place which takes into account of basic standards of cleanliness. This place, wouldn't get higher than a single star. There are far better alternatives nearby. Wifi was rubbish. No reception anywhere than in the lobby and this was still on the slowest speed ever. Waste of time and ended up using my own data at a cost to myself due to the intermittent quality. If your looking for somewhere to stay which is cheap yet unimpressive and don't care about where you sleep - then this is your place!

Definitely the worst hotel we've stayed in Turkey (over 15 experiences in this country). This is not a 4 star hotel. The Wi Fi is working only in the reception which is far away from the rooms. The rooms are big but they look like they never been renovated. It seems like nobody cares anymore about this hotel. We've stayed for three nights and in this time they didn't cleaned the room or take the garbage from the room.

First impession of the hotel is nice, loby and entrance. But when you go down the garden, everything changes. The garden is beautiful but not taken care of. The room is simple, air-conditioned,but when you turn it on,it starts leaking all over. The bathroom is a wreck, water leaking from above, and it is always flooded. One night we had a rat in our room. They offered other room for us or disinfection. We had problem with towels on a daily basis which was pretty annoying. There were 4 people staying in the room and each day they dropped 2 towels. I even spoke to the manager but nothing changed. Food was very poor. It was tasty but basic, cooked rice, pasta, cheicken, salad, white bread, and if you like having a drink with your meal, you have to go upstairs and bring it to your table. The pool was ok,but the beach and the sea wereawful. We always swam on other places. There are many beach bars on Gumbet beach offering free sunbeds if you buy a drink. The worst thing is that they do not have safe in the room or anywhere in the hotel, which is very stressful, you have to carry around your passports,cash...
