Hotel was absolutely spotless and staff couldn’t have been nicer. We were offered a cleaning service in our room multiple times throughout the day, often topping us up with water and a wee chocolate now and again :) pool area is huge, plenty of sunbeds. Indoor spa was also a treat on the days it was a little cloudier. Some lovely restaurants in the resort, highly recommend the caviar and bull for a very special evening. Breakfast in the hotel had a wide range of options, everything from hot to cold. Hotel 10/10, no complaints what so ever. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Service was excellent throughout our stay. The guest services helped us with a baby sitter and arranged an upgrade on arrival. Handy website for booking upgrades and activities. Indoor pool and spa were good. Decent breakfast though busy at the weekend if you have a lie in!
Rooms are a bit dated and could do with a revamp and there was only one lift in service which meant longer waits getting around the hotel.

We stayed here for 6 nights in November 2023. We had booked a spa package with breakfast Included. Booked directly on website and received emails with details for concierge straight away, allowing me to book transport, restaurants etc.
Staff at check in desks were extremely helpful. When asking for advice on the local area or housekeeping duties, they were very attentive.
Breakfast was good, although on hot plates was not always hot unfortunately. It did have many options and staff were always on hand to bring drinks when needed.
We had booked a queen room but on arrival were upgraded to a sea view room. This meant on clear days we were able to watch the sun rise which was beautiful!
The Queen bed was sadly 2 mattresses put together so kept moving apart and there would be a gap between the two.
The reception and lobby area looked very grand on entering the hotel, which is quite a contrast to the rooms themselves. Although clean and decent the rooms are quite outdated and need a touch up. Overall a decent hotel on the quieter side of St Julian's- away from the "party" scene, as it is about a 10 minute walk from the main strip.

I cannot speak highly enough of all staff who were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The food selection and quality for breakfast, again excellent. We had a suite with sea view. Lovely spacious room with comfortable bed. Updating decor would be the only improvement. Lots of swimming pools to choose from which was great and nice, set-back location but with readily available transport connections to the rest of the island.
