We had dinner at Henry J Beans at the Corinthia Hotel, and the service and food was fantastic. Service was fast and efficient. The staff were superb. Waitress Deepa was polite and very helpful. Chef was fab, I altered the dish from BBQ Chicken burger to Hot & Spicy Chicken burger, and he was more than happy to deliver, amazing. Also the portions were exceptional. I would thoroughly recommend a visit.

⸻ ⭐ Review: Corinthia Hotel, St George’s Bay, Malta ⭐ Rating: ★★★★★ (so far) I’m currently 4 days into my stay at the Corinthia in St George’s Bay, Malta, and I felt it deserved a review already. Before arriving I was a little nervous after reading a few negative comments online, but I’m pleased to say that my experience has been nothing but positive. In fact, the hotel has exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, the staff are attentive, and everything feels well-maintained. One of the highlights of my stay so far was last night’s Christmas lights switch-on event. Hotel guests were invited to join, with complimentary food and drinks, and it truly added something special to the trip. We also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Carl, who took the time to chat with us personally — a rare touch that made us feel genuinely valued, and also not forgetting Racheal who has been like our own personal tour guide. So far, I’ve had a great experience and I’m very glad I chose this hotel. If things continue as they have, I’ll be leaving with nothing but good memories. Highly recommended. I would just like to finish off my review of our stay at the hotel. Throughout our stay, every member of staff has shown exceptional care, attention, and genuine warmth. Nothing has been too much trouble, and the service has really made the difference. Overall, I’ve had a truly wonderful stay, and I leave feeling relaxed, appreciated, and very well looked after. I will definitely return, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a visit. We had also booked the executive room which gave us free local drinks and a lovely styled afternoon tea which was well worth the little extra it cost. ⸻

We stayed at the Corinthia as a family, including the grandparents, and it was an absolutely perfect stay! The hotel is spotlessly clean, the food is excellent with a rich variety of options, and everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thank-you to Mylen, Kim, and Basnet for their outstanding service and kindness — you truly made our stay extra special! But also a big thank-you to the entire staff – every single person was warm, professional, and always ready to help. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of from start to finish. 100% recommendation – we’ll definitely be back! 🌟

The Corinthia St. George’s Bay sits right at the tip of the peninsula that cradles St. George’s Bay—one of the very few places in Malta where you can watch the sunrise directly from your bed or balcony. Every morning, it truly feels like the sun rises exclusively for this hotel. The moment we walked into the lobby, that unmistakable holiday feeling enveloped us. The air carried the salty breath of the Mediterranean, mixed with a cool sea breeze. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows lay an endless expanse of blue, its edges softly gilded by sunlight—like a half-finished oil painting waiting for you to step inside. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and bathed in warm light. The breakfast spread was nothing short of spectacular: fresh pastries, local cheeses, fruits bursting with flavor, and barista-made coffee—everything you need to start the day perfectly. The hotel’s public spaces are equally magical. The highlight has to be the infinity pool facing the open sea; floating there, every breath seems to sync with the rhythm of the Mediterranean. The views are so mesmerizing that you’ll forgive any small imperfection. A heartfelt thank-you to the staff who made our stay unforgettable: • Waqas and Malik at reception—always smiling, super efficient, and genuinely kind. • Magar from housekeeping—our room was impeccable and he helped our friends for the bruise of the elbow etc. Because of people like them, Corinthia St. George’s Bay doesn’t just feel like a hotel—it feels like a homecoming to the sea.

It’s a beautiful hotel but I was disappointed when checked in. I’d requested a quiet room up high on my booking and I’m on floor 1, and in an adjoining room where I can hear the couple next door talking through the door, and they’re not even being loud. I’m a light sleeper and working here so really want to sleep well. They could have easily moved me at check in when I said it. Even if hotel is full which they said (although I could find rooms to book online but understand dif type, i said happy to change type), many were checking in that day and I was early afternoon so they could have swapped. The AC doesn’t work or they’re centrally controlling but it’s not cold enough. My room is too hot, especially as I had to have the balcony door open for hours as the room smelt bad/of stale AC. Couldn’t find the dial for ages, it’s by the ceiling - some wouldn’t be able to reach! There aren’t any plug sockets by the bed and some parts need updating. They charge 5 euros for room service! Room is big and the reception and pools are lovely, it’s great to have some UK TV channels. Also nice location, 5-10 min walk away from the busy area, with nice views across the bay. There are 2 big buildings going up down the road which is a bit of an eyesore but not the hotel’s fault. UPDATE - they did offer for me to move with a Night to go but wasn’t worth it then. Also I did get room service as it was reasonably priced so figure can pay the €5 and it was one of the best carbonaras I’ve had. Not creamy as it’s meant to be, and also came so quickly.
