Fantastic family, friendly hotel. would definitely go back. Ideal location, lots of lovely wee bars and restaurants 5 min walk from hotel. also able to get taxi boat over to San Antonio for only 5 euro per person.
Staff are super friendly and the 2 onsite restaurants are brilliant.

Hotel is absolutely fabulous, all staff is lovely and very chatty and helpful! We had a pool view room and views were great! Water temperature of the pool was perfect even though the week we stayed was cloudy most days. The second day of our stay was actually my birthday and the staff brought up some cake and champagne which was a really nice gesture of them which was greatly appreciated!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience, especially considering the high cost. The pictures online are very misleading…
When we arrived in the early hours after the midnight, we couldn't even get a drink of water as the tap water is not drinkable, and we were told to find an open supermarket.
The hotel doesn't change the beach towels, which was quite inconvenient. The pool was dirty, making it unappealing to use. Additionally, none of the advertised sports activities were actually taking place.
Overall, this hotel did not live up to its promises and was not worth the price. I would not recommend staying here.

I’ve just come back from here the staff were really rude to every young person that was there from what I seen and there wasn’t exactly any rowdy groups they only made an effort with older people(making conversation offering drinks etc..) I went down to reception as the towels got took to be cleaned and not replaced and the lady at reception shouted at my face and said she couldn’t get me any towels it took a while of explaining to even get some fresh towels, I also had a sausage at breakfast and it was freezing cold and completely raw in the middle, I booked because of the good reviews but I won’t be going back even though it was a lovely hotel just a bad experience. Hotel was clean and so were rooms couldn’t fault cleaning staff the pool was also cleaned nightly.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great location. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. We were impressed with the food - good quality and amazing choice (good for vegetarian options too). We didn't go all inclusive but tried the dinner one night which had drinks included at a very reasonable price. Live singer or DJ each night which was nice.
Would return again and recommend! Thank you
