Very good hotel. Min, room steward, was great in ensuring I received all the amenities I needed for my room (601A). Adam (guest relations) was extremely helpful in connecting us with our amazing taxi driver, Sherif who made sure my family and I were on time and arrived safely at our destinations. His rates were reasonable. I highly recommend Sherif’s services for anyone staying at the Copthorne Hotel, Dubai. Ibrahim at the gift shop sold us quality fragrances, gave excellent service with a smile and made us feel welcomed.

Our stay at the Copthorne Hotel, Dubai was truly wonderful and made even more memorable by the exceptional staff. Our room 601B, was kept absolutely immaculate throughout our stay, thanks to Mr. Min, whose attention to detail and care did not go unnoticed. Returning to such a clean and comfortable space each day was a pleasure. A special mention goes to Ibrahim at the guest shop, who provided an amazing experience by introducing us to a variety of beautiful perfume scents. His knowledge, patience, and warm approach made the visit both enjoyable and memorable. We would also like to commend Mr. Sherif, our taxi driver, who was incredibly professional, friendly, and reliable. His kindness and helpfulness made getting around Dubai smooth and stress-free. He seems to work with the hotel, and Adam connected us with him. Overall, the hospitality and service at Copthorne Hotel truly stood out. We felt well cared for and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

Great hotel, very modern and comfortable, staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good and they were always of good assistance at the restaurant. Housekeeping was perfect. Special shout out to Irfan, who did our rooms and always put everything in place, I really appreciate the way he does his work. They think of everything in this hotel. I highly recommend staying there. I’ve been to Dubai before but so far it’s the best I’ve stayed in

Excellent Housekeeping Service! I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the outstanding housekeeping service specially. The room was always spotless, well-stocked, and neatly organized.houkeeping was professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. It was clear they took great pride in their work. Coming back to such a clean and comfortable room each day made my stay even more enjoyable. Mr. Min and mr. Saroj housekeeping services is best Thank you Mr. Min for the excellent service!
