In January with my husband we had the pleasure of staying at the Copthorne Hotel in Dubai, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel is impeccably maintained, and the cleanliness throughout the entire property is truly impressive. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless and well-organized. One of the most remarkable aspects of my stay was the warm and professional attitude of the staff. Every team member we encountered was courteous, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. However, we would especially like to highlight the exceptional service of Mr. Musha, the Front Office Supervisor-Manager. Mr. Musha went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. His polite and professional demeanor immediately made me feel welcome. He was always available with a smile and was quick to resolve any requests or concerns. Thanks to Mr. Musha and the wonderful staff, the check-in and check-out process were smooth and efficient. The housekeeping team also deserves special mention for keeping the room pristine and well-stocked throughout my stay. The facilities at the hotel are top-notch, and everything is maintained to a very high standard. The atmosphere is both luxurious and welcoming, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, our experience at Copthorne Hotel Dubai exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. A huge thank you to Mr. Musha and the entire team for making my stay so memorable — I will definitely be returning.

Our experience at Copthorne was simply amazing. A beautiful hotel, very clean and incredibly kind staff. It made our stay in Dubai a great experience. A special thanks to some staff members: when checking in at the hotel Luxman gave us a warm welcome and informed us very well, he’s very kind and professional and was always ready to help during our stay. Rohit from cleaning was very nice and did a great job as well as his colleague. If we needed something he took care of it. Cyril from the restaurant staff was great, very kind and welcoming and always helpful. Great service from him as well as his colleagues, wonderful staff. Angelica is a great host when you enter the restaurant. She makes you feel welcome and connects with the people. Dipak from security is very dedicated and cares about the guests. He always gives a warm welcome and is ready to help. Pawan from the gym department assisted us very well when we wanted to use the facilities there.

Rooms are spacious, clean. Cleaners n janitors do an excellent service 👍.. Receptionists are kinda lazy. Not professional. Breakfast is poor. Doesn’t satiate westerner, Indians or Asians . Maybe they should get better cook or train the existent one. Idli are hard, paratha seems like chewy gum. Rest of the palette is poor taste too😔 Area is good. Mosque nearby. Eateries nearby. Taxis are quick to arrive.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience at check-in was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention. 1. **Lack of Welcome Greeting**: Upon arrival, I did not receive any form of welcome from the front desk staff. Instead, I had to initiate the conversation myself, which was quite surprising and unprofessional for a hotel of your standard. 2. **Unprofessional and Unfriendly Service**: The staff at the front desk did not exhibit the level of professionalism or warmth that I would expect from a hospitality establishment. Their attitude was indifferent, and they did not make any effort to make me feel welcomed or valued as a guest. 3. **Lack of Patience in Addressing Questions**: When I asked a few questions regarding the hotel facilities and services, the staff seemed impatient and provided minimal assistance. This lack of willingness to help left me feeling frustrated and unsupported. 4. **Overall Feeling of Unwelcome**: From the moment I arrived, I did not feel welcomed by the hotel. The initial interaction with the front desk staff set a negative tone for my entire stay, which is highly disappointing. I chose your hotel expecting a pleasant and comfortable experience, but the poor service at check-in significantly impacted my first impression. I hope you will address these issues to ensure that future guests do not encounter the same disappointing experience. I look forward to hearing from you regarding this matter.

I stayed in Capthorne hotel last March for a week. We had a very good experience there and all the staffs were doing their best to make our stay there as pleasant as possible. From housekeepers to the restaurant’s staff and daytime lobby manager, everyone was so kind and helpful. We had two babies (less than one year old and 4 years old) and all the staffs did their best to make sure that we have help every time we need. I want to especially thank one of the housekeepers ( Rahul) that was were kind and helpful to us. Also the staff at the restaurant that helped us a lot to could make breakfasts enjoyable for our babies. The last but not the least, the daytime lobby manager that unfortunately I do to remember his name, he was also there to help us to take a taxi, find the quickest and easiest way to our destinations and even with the strollers of my baby, I don’t know how to thank him. I can tell that you will have an stress-free and enjoyable time in that hotel.
