Excellent Housekeeping Service! I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the outstanding housekeeping service specially SAHOO . The room was always spotless, well-stocked, and neatly organized. SAHOO housekeeper was professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. It was clear they took great pride in their work. Coming back to such a clean and comfortable room each day made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent service!

I as well as the other members of the group enjoyed ourselves there. The rooms are spacious. The room service was good. The staff there is hospitable and friendly. The food is hygienic and tasty. They were all helpful to us without forgetting the position of the hotel which is in the centre of town surrounded by large department stores and next to the metro and other means of transportation

Our experience at Copthorne was simply amazing. A beautiful hotel, very clean and incredibly kind staff. It made our stay in Dubai a great experience. A special thanks to some staff members: when checking in at the hotel Luxman gave us a warm welcome and informed us very well, he’s very kind and professional and was always ready to help during our stay. Rohit from cleaning was very nice and did a great job as well as his colleague. If we needed something he took care of it. Cyril from the restaurant staff was great, very kind and welcoming and always helpful. Great service from him as well as his colleagues, wonderful staff. Angelica is a great host when you enter the restaurant. She makes you feel welcome and connects with the people. Dipak from security is very dedicated and cares about the guests. He always gives a warm welcome and is ready to help. Pawan from the gym department assisted us very well when we wanted to use the facilities there.

The breakfast is amazing on this hotel. Great variety of options in the buffet is great. The juice is fresh and the coffee as well. Amazing service from the team especially Angelica. Amazing stay. Oh- and Min always made sure our room was always spotless. Great guy

The hotel is very nice. Convenient location. Less than 5 minute walk to City Centre Deira Metro. Very comfortable beds and nice amenities. The cleaning staff did an amazing job. We stayed more than 2 weeks, and every day our room was cleaned extremely well. Mr. Rohit took care of our room daily and made it very comfortable and clean. He took care of every detail in the room. I highly recommend the hotel. I hope you get lucky enough to have Mr. Rohit take care of your room.
