Had breakfast at Copthorne Hotel Dubai during my stay and it was a pleasant experience. The buffet offered a nice variety of fresh options and everything was well prepared. The dining area was clean and comfortable, which made it a relaxing way to start the day. The staff were polite and always ready to help whenever needed. A special mention to Mr. Bitto Abraham for his thoughtful and attentive service. He made sure we were comfortable and checked in from time to time to see if we needed anything. His friendly attitude really stood out and added a personal touch to the whole experience. Service like that definitely leaves a good impression.

We had the pleasure of attending the Iftar event organized by the hotel for our company, and it was exceptional from start to finish. The food was outstanding. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The variety was impressive, catering to different tastes while still feeling cohesive and well curated. From the traditional Ramadan favorites to the live cooking stations and desserts, everything was fresh and generous. The entertainment added a special touch to the evening. It created the perfect atmosphere and was elegant, lively, and warm without overpowering the spirit of the occasion. The setup, lighting, and overall ambiance made the gathering feel both festive and refined, having an outdoor sitting with super clean fresh air. Most importantly, the service was seamless. The team was attentive, organized, and genuinely welcoming, ensuring our guests felt comfortable throughout the evening. Many thanks go to Mr. Darshan Tundel, who made the evening extra special. It was a memorable Iftar, and we truly appreciate the effort and hospitality that went into making it such a success. We look forward to future events together.

Had a wonderful stay at Copthorne Hotel Dubai! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was excellent, and the overall hospitality was outstanding. A special mention to Bitto for his exceptional service. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay, making sure everything was perfect for us. A very comfortable and high quality hotel, great value for the price. It is a less than 5 minute walk to the metro station. Lots of groceries, markets, and restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast and all meals are very tasty and good selection. There is a clean and tidy gym. The rooms are well situated and everything is maintained in proper quality. The noise control is very well done, as I couldn’t hear any of my neighbors at all.
