Excellent Housekeeping Service! I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the outstanding housekeeping service specially Mr. Min . The room was always spotless, well-stocked, and neatly organized. housekeeping was professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. It was clear they took great pride in their work. Coming back to such a clean and comfortable room each day made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you Mr. Min for the excellent service!

I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone – my experience was terrible from the very beginning. For the first time ever, I was asked to pay a tax for my stay, and the manager assured me that I would be reimbursed at the airport. That was simply not true – I never got the money back. It felt like he deliberately misled me just to make me pay, even though I initially refused. The food was also very poor. Every day after eating, I had stomach pain, and the meals tasted old and far from fresh. The hotel room itself was in bad condition – several things were broken and did not work properly. On top of that, every morning after sleeping in the bed, I woke up with itching all over my body. I don’t know if it was bedbugs or poorly washed sheets, but it was extremely uncomfortable. Overall, this was an awful experience. I would never stay here again, and I strongly advise others not to book this hotel.

We booked last few days ago to celebrate my husband's birrhday. We are amazed of how clean and spacious the room. Extremely clean, nothing to say. Pleasant staff, accommodating. Breakfast was nice, i love the omelette. Dinner - you must make sure there were no empty container. Make sure to refill on a timely manner 😊
