Had an amazing stay here at the Copthorne, the staff was fantastic. The rooms were always clean and spotless, and restocked every morning with water and other supplies. Clean bathrooms. Easy check in. The cleaner Anas was especially fantastic, always ready to assist with anything we requested. I definitely will be staying here again.

This hotel is awesome! The room is great, there is a great pool and a gym too. A huge shopping mall - City Centre Deira - is less than 5 minutes away and the sauna steam is great, kind people Bishnu thank you for your help.
