We had a great stay. All staff is very polite and welcoming. Pool is super nice, beach also. Food is diverse and there's something for everyone. AC unit in our room (540) was a bit loud so we had to turn it off at night. Also, a lot of noise was coming from the hallway side of the hotel even when room door was closed. Everything was clean and room service was good. Special thanks to Mohamed, he made up and cleaned our room. He was super friendly and he made extra effort to make our stay more nice. He deserves a raise! Also, thanks to all waiters, they were super friendly! Sir who helped us with our reservation in Al Dente is the nicest guy in entire complex. He deserves a raise as well!

Wonderful, incredible, fabulous hotel! Beautiful and colorful alleys, spacious and very clean rooms, cozy bay without ebb, delicious and varied food, perfect service! The dream vacation that you don't want to end! Special thanks to our favorite waiter - Mohamed Khalifa! Always smiling, attentive, helpful and dedicated! I will return to Hurghada, just to be a guest of the Continental Hotel!

The hotel is clean, beautiful, the pool is always clean and the water is tested several times a day. The hotel's stars are indeed not 5 stars in Europe. The staff is attentive, but they always expect you to tip them. Security is quite high. If you left with Uber in front of the hotel, they have to make sure which car you left with and the driver's phone number.

From engaging beach volleyball matches to lively evening shows, they ensured there was never a dull moment. Their friendly demeanor and genuine passion for their work created a welcoming environment that made me feel right at home. Disappointing !! The food at was repetitive and lacked variety, with the same dishes served daily. Many items tasted stale, and the buffet had few options for different diets. overall presentation was unappealing. Definitely not worth it for food lovers. There were no slippers or enough towels ,Housekeeping was inadequate, with rooms not cleaned properly or frequently enough. Towels and bedding were not changed regularly, and common areas lacked maintenance. The overall cleanliness was disappointing and below expected standards.
