We are now halfway through our holiday at this hotel. Upto now, we have enjoyed the services and facilities here. The tint of the hotel premises is of light pink/clay colour, which is true to traditional Egyptian architectural style. I personally like the layout of the hotel, the gardens are metriculously cared, hotel's own beach is pretty long and clean. On my personal behalf, the service excellence prize goes to Mr. Mahmoud from the main restaurant for his timely response, broad smile and great courtesy; special mention goes to the younger Mr Mohamed from the reception for his kind assistance in our mobile phone subscription on the day of our arrival and to the other Mr Mohamed from the main restaurant for his advice on a la carte booking. Upon the completion of our stay, some updates: thanks to the hotel management team for noticing my previous comments, in addition we have made the best use of the guest benefits such as free tennis, free a la carte and discounted spa and massage. An incredible stay at Continental Hurghada! I had an absolutely amazing experience at Continental Hurghada, and every moment of my stay was made unforgettable thanks to the exceptional staff. Mohammed Hammam from the dinner service went above and beyond; his professionalism, warm attitude, and attention to detail truly elevated every meal. Mostafa from the Sundeck Cafés service was on point, always making sure everything was perfect and creating a relaxing atmosphere. A special shoutout as well to Amy, Mahmood and Omar from the massage centre. Their skill and calming energy gave me one of the most relaxing and refreshing spa experiences I’ve ever enjoyed. They really know how to make guests feel pampered. Overall, this hotel offers not just a beautiful setting but a team that genuinely cares about its guests. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I would like to especially recommend Mahmoud for his outstanding service. During my stay, I noticed that most guests were from the older European generation, and as a traveler from Taiwan, I sometimes felt a subtle difference in how service was given by some staff. It wasn’t very obvious, but I could feel that European guests were treated more like the “default” customers. Mahmoud, however, was completely different. He treated everyone equally, with genuine kindness and friendliness, regardless of background. As an LGBTQ traveler, I truly appreciated that he treated me simply as a normal guest, with respect and warmth, without any sense of judgment or difference. His attitude made my stay much more comfortable and welcoming. Mahmoud represents what true hospitality should be, and he is a real asset to this hotel. Thank you, Mahmoud, for making my experience better.

I really love it. The people are so nice and communicative. The animation team is honestly the best. We also love the waiters. People overall are very open etc. I REALLY recommend. Each day you have actives that you can do (volleyball,waterpolo...). Please go it is really worth coming here!!

I’m now almost sure this place is using bots to increase the good reviews. I would NEVER go back. I stayed in this hotel for a week. Room was nice, spacious. Beach and pool was pretty, didn’t have problem finding space. Reception people are friendly and solution oriented. And good things ends here. Even though I booked all inclusive Hotel people are constantly tried to sell us stuff, not even mentioning it wasn’t a part of the all inclusive pack. They randomly bring a bottle of wine asking if you’d like a drink. Next thing you see is the bill in check out. Beggers are another level. When we were sitting on the beach there was at least 10 people trying to sell us stuff. Do you want massage, do you want safari, do you want photos, etc. they don’t go away when you say no and they made it super uncomfortable for me that I literally was about to scream. We ended up buying the quad tour which we were told that we would be pick up by white safari limos and instead a white old bus came to pick us up. What a joke. Some workers are rude especially people in captain’s bar. Even in the all inclusive they constantly tried to sell us cocktails. They act like you’re poor when you wanna drink what’s included in the package. Horrible service. We tipped nearly everyone in the hotel just to be able to get a bit of decent service. Alcohol is HORRIBLE. It’s knock off brands that taste like poison. Same cocktails in all bars but you can’t even call them cocktails. You can call it alcohol poisoning. Wine was genuinely like pee. We payed around 40 euros for a bottle of wine hoping it’d be better but it wasn’t (later saw online it was a 5 euro wine anyway) Animation was boring there was almost nothing in the evening except trying to sell us a ticket for the entrance of the club of the hotel (they take other people in from outside how dangerous and price is 20€ to literally have fun in your OWN ALL INCLUSIVE payed hotel) Food was okay, very blant and no variety, a lot to improve but at least I didn’t starve. The concept of orange juice being extra is INSANE. I have been to both good and bad quality all inclusive hotels but I wouldn’t even call this hotel all inclusive even if you payed for it. Definitely choose an another hotel. Would never go back.
