The most luxurious and exclusive experience I’ve ever had! From private infinity pools to interactive classes at the spa, this resort is nothing like you’ve ever experienced! Nestled in lush hillsides and overlooking the stunning 5 islands across crystal clear waters, you just won’t find anything like it. The food was out of this world and fun touches like a fire throwing show put the cherry on top to our incredible vacation.
Ian was our concierge who made our experience so magical with customized recommendations on excursions and
ensured every part of our stay was flawless. This was an absolutely unforgettable adventure!

the location is far from Stuff/airport shopping tourist stuff. but if you want to just stay at a resort this is perfect!!! everyone is amazing the property is outstanding, the offer some fun classes and the trails and walking to the beach and pool is so amazing. they will ride you on buggy if needed. rooms are spacious do think a few more hooks for clothes and fog the shower would be great.
not sure what’s the “hit” with the glass shower but really i like to shower in private not as if the world or other room guests walking in.

A five star experience when it comes to the rooms, the vibe and the service. We experienced incredible Thai hospitality and service. The rooms and views are to die for. The coffee shop is lovely and they have coffee making classes. The restaurants are beautiful and breakfast is fantastic.
That being said, you should be aware that the resort is remote from all the activity. This worked for the us but may not work for everyone. As a result most meals are at the resort. Also, getting around requires waiting for a buggy. The hills are quite steep and unless you are looking for a workout, you really can’t walk around. Finally, the beach is a tiny strip. Even with those limitations would come back here though.

The highlights of this hotel are the stunning panoramic views of the ocean and the private infinity pools offered in every guest villa which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotels local farm was also fantastic and we loved seeing all the animals including baby goats, pigs, puppies and chickens.
However we can’t give five stars for a few reasons.
We thought there was a lack of choice on where to dine and have drinks in the evening meaning we wouldn’t recommend a stay of longer than around three nights as it gets a bit boring, apparently there used to be a few more bars and restaurants in the resort but have closed since Covid presumably to save cost. There is also some construction work going on the whole floor about the Zest restaurant so a real lack of places to sit and enjoy a drink.
Additionally the restaurants are surprisingly really extortionately expensive compared to all the other luxury five star resorts we have stayed across the whole of Thailand including ones on private islands! I can only compare pricing to the Maldives. For example it’s over 1000thb each for one curry or one pad Thai or one pizza. Even with a 25% Hilton member discount.
We also thought the restaurants did not feel very luxurious at all with hard back wooden chairs everywhere that hurt your back and no cushioned seating at all which meant our backs ached after a few days of breakfast. Similarly the sun loungers in the rooms had no cushioning.
The Spa prices were also very high at almost $250 dollars each for a 90 minute treatment.
The staff are very nice and friendly, but service was hit and miss during our stay, sometimes staff were attentive and sometimes they were rushed off their feet and the hotel seemed understaffed at various points e.g we had to wait for buggies upwards of 10 minutes on more than one occasion and checking out took over 15 minutes for simple payment of the bill.
Overall it is a good resort but not set up correctly for longer stays, needs to ensure its service is consistently good at all times and in our opinion should reduce pricing for the spa, food and drinks for guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Staff - Emily welcomed us with a warm and authentic smile. All team members seem to be very eager to provide great customer service.
The room - The room is great, but compared to when I previously stayed 7 years ago, there seem to be a bit of wear and tear which would really benefit from a renovation.
Areas for improvements, when we spend $1200 per night, it would be great if your hotel offered a fruit platter rather than a fruit bucket that never got refilled.
We traveled for special occasion, no acknowledgment, no special treatment either. This is where hotels from Marriott International seem to do slightly better.
Overall, the experience was great and I'd still highly recommend this hotel.
