AMAZING. Second time here. As my husband is a Hilton Gold member we got upgraded couple of levels up to the Infinity pool villa. Awesome! The lobby & breakfast restaurant were just beautifully renovated. Breakfast was sublime. I dare say 1 of the top 3 breakfasts I ever experienced. The banana cake was sooo good. All the staff were so friendly & always had a smile. The receptionists remembered our names. As we were staying here twice in this current trip (we were trying out different hotels) they kept our villa upgrade & we had the Infinity Villa again. Sunset was breathtaking. Staying in a quiet & secluded spot in the island is seriously therapeutic. I cannot wait to be back here again :’)

What an incredible experience! I spent a fantastic weekend at this dream resort nestled in the typical vegetation of Ko Samui. The room is beautiful, equipped with all the amenities you'd expect from a 5-star hotel, but the private pools in each room are a real plus, as is the sea view, and every villa offers the same breathtaking panorama. The staff is very kind and helpful, and within the hotel you can participate in various workshops and experiences, such as a visit to the Conrad Iris Farm. Breakfast is truly rich and caters to all tastes, and you can also dine at the resort's two other restaurants, the steakhouse and the Mediterranean by the main pool. It's ideal for couples or for a relaxing holiday with friends.

Wow! Exceeded our rather lofty expectations! It was a bit daunting as you take the switchbacks up to check in, but the “one turn away from paradise” sign is accurate! The staff was amazing! Efficient, effective, kind and always eager to help. The breakfast buffet was superb. The selection was so wide, I wasn’t able to try everything in my three mornings. This hotel and staff rank up at the top of this Hilton Diamond’s hotels…and that includes non-Hilton properties.

Four stars only for the location being to far away. If you can take being one hour away from civilization or maybe just want a private unforgettable retreat, this is it. The hotel is an experience itself. Its environment speaks to you at the lobby with that gorgeous view. The rooms will remind you how far architecture if done right has come. You have a pillow menu so you get the right pillow to sleep. Top 10 hotels for sure!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent villa pool and hotel pool. You can walk or have staff take you in buggies around resort. Access to beach from pool area. The beach water is very warm and pool water is refreshingly cool. Staff are very attentive to any needs.
