Truly a paradise on earth! The views of the Five Islands are breathtaking, but the legendary service is what will bring us back. A massive thank you to Khun Nina and Khun Fay. They went above and beyond to assist with our room arrangements and prepared wonderful surprises for my birthday and my 2-year-old son. The level of care we received was unmatched. The warmth here starts from the top, it was impressive to see Mr. Marco, personally greeting guests at breakfast. The smiles from every staff member are genuine and heartwarming. If you are looking for the perfect getaway, look no further. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed 5 nights at the Conrad at the end of December. Stunning location and rooms. Probably more steep then we expected so buggies were necessary particularly when going downhill but they were easy to arrange via WhatsApp. We had the odd hiccup during our stay but overall it was a fantastic holiday for our family of five (including three teenage boys). We loved the jet skis, pools, the amazing breakfast buffets and some of the tours we arranged through the Conrad (the elephant sanctuary was fantastic, along with the White Lotus tour which took us privately to lots of the main attractions). A trip to the spa is a must.. and going at sunset was very special. The Conrad has an amazing team who work so hard to ensure a great guest experience. Special mention to Ian, Aye, and Golf who went above and beyond and we shared a few laughs with. And the warm greetings we received each morning from the restaurant staff set the tone for the day so beautifully. A highlight was the New Year’s Eve function… We almost didn’t attend as it was the last night of our trip but so glad we did. A great vibe and an amazing private fire show.

Conrad Koh Samui is without a doubt the best hotel and resort I have ever stayed in. The service is truly top tier, with every staff member going above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The room, location, facilities and amenities are outstanding, the food was consistently great, and the entire property is absolutely breathtaking. Every detail reflects why this resort has earned its Forbes status. The purpose of this trip was to propose to my now fiancé, and the events team was incredible from start to finish. They were supportive, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our moment special. Thanks to their care and professionalism, the proposal was everything we hoped for and more. An unforgettable experience in every way.

This resort is absolutely phenomenal. If you're seeking a place to simply relax, escape reality, and completely switch off, look no further. Waking up to breathtaking views each morning was magical, and the service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were genuinely lovely and accommodating at every turn. Our little one had a wonderful time at the kids club, particularly bonding with Oil, who was absolutely fantastic. The food was consistently delicious as well. One thing to note: the resort's location is quite secluded, which contributes beautifully to its peaceful atmosphere. However, if you're looking for a change of scenery or want to experience some local hustle and bustle, the nearest attractions are about 45 minutes away. We made an evening trip to Fisherman's Village, which provided a lovely contrast to the tranquil haven we enjoyed at the Conrad. All in all, we're so grateful we chose to stay here. It was special in countless ways, and we genuinely hope to return in the future.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Conrad Koh Samui for four nights to celebrate our anniversary, and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional. From the moment we stepped out of the airport, we were warmly welcomed by our chauffeur (arranged through the resort). The service truly began there—we entered a beautifully prepared car filled with thoughtful treats to commemorate our arrival on the island. Upon reaching the resort, the pampering continued seamlessly. The staff attended to our every need and thoughtfully walked us through what to expect during our stay, immediately making us feel relaxed and well cared for. The resort is located on the southwestern tip of the island, offering a more secluded and tranquil setting. Depending on your preferences, this can feel delightfully peaceful or more removed from the busier parts of Koh Samui. That said, the resort’s knowledgeable staff can easily assist with booking tours and experiences if you wish to explore the island. For those looking to unwind, however, the location is perfect—ideal for solo travelers, couples, and families alike. Each villa is thoughtfully designed for privacy, complete with its own pool, and the resort features a private beach exclusively for guests. We had the opportunity to dine at all of the resort’s restaurants, and every experience exceeded expectations. From the refined fine dining at Jahn, to the incredible build-your-own breakfast buffet at Aow Thai, to late-night in-villa dining, nothing fell short. The food was consistently outstanding. Given the expansive property and its steep inclines, the resort offers a convenient buggy service that is available at any time of day. Transportation was always prompt and efficient. That said, I highly recommend walking for shorter trips—both to explore the property and to fully appreciate the stunning views. If there is one area for improvement, it would be the fitness center. I personally enjoy staying active while on vacation as a way to unwind, and it seems many guests feel the same. The gym tends to become crowded in the mornings, making it difficult to fit in a quick workout before breakfast. The space can feel a bit cramped, with limited equipment options. I hope to see Conrad Koh Samui expand or upgrade this facility in the future, especially as wellness continues to be a growing priority for travelers.
