Away from the stress and noise of Kho Samui. the Conrad Hilton offers fantastic views on the 5 islands and ,thanks to an incredible engineering feast, villas with pools that literally hang on a steep and quiet cliff South West of the island. If you want peace, you can get it there while savoring your daily sunset from your wide terrace. The only traffic in the resort is that of small electro buggies smoothly mastering the narrow and at times very steep paths leading to the villas and the restaurants. Marco Araujo, the Portuguese General Manager and his team make you immediately at home and respond quickly to all your needs. The quality of our infinity pool villa was impeccable and the service was first class. A nice touch from the room team: Every day we received a bath towel on our large bed expertly folded in the form of a cute animal with a good day greeting. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were faultless in each of the 3 restaurants. The restaurant personnel was very professional and extremely attentive without being obtrusive. Within 2 days everybody there knew our favorite dishes and culinary preferences. You can feel the professional training of all, from the buggy drivers to the gardeners, the waiters, the maids and the reception team. And this training is even further reinforced with the natural softness and kindness of the Thai people leading to a very cozy and comfortable atmosphere overall.

From the moment we arrived at reception, we were floored by the breathtaking views. The Conrad team is exceptionally kind and welcoming, making us feel at home instantly. Our villa was a highlight—modern, well-appointed, and thoughtfully organized with a private pool that is both large and pristine. Watching the sunset from the villa is a memory we will cherish. ​The facilities are top-tier: the 25m main pool is perfect for laps, the wonderful fitness club, and the Spa that is truly exceptional—easily one of the best in Thailand. While the breakfast spread is perfect, be prepared for high prices at the onsite restaurants. The conrad location is a problem for those that locking for proximity to the center rush of samui; a Grab to Chaweng or Fisherman’s Village takes about 45–50 minutes and costs roughly 900–1,100 THB. One small suggestion for management: upgrading the poolside furniture in the villas would better align with the high luxury of the rest of the room. Overall, a perfect place for quiet renovation, relaxation. and peace. We will back for sure.

Simply stunning. We were upgraded to five islands Villa and were able to experience amazing sunrises and sunsets overlooking the five islands - must be one of the best views in the island if not the entire country. Outstanding breakfast selection, food was very high quality. Excellent service too - the staff were always smiling. The hotel isn’t cheap but you get what you pay for. The restaurant Jahn felt overpriced but the other onsite food options were excellent.

Conrad Koh Samui is without a doubt the best hotel and resort I have ever stayed in. The service is truly top tier, with every staff member going above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The room, location, facilities and amenities are outstanding, the food was consistently great, and the entire property is absolutely breathtaking. Every detail reflects why this resort has earned its Forbes status. The purpose of this trip was to propose to my now fiancé, and the events team was incredible from start to finish. They were supportive, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our moment special. Thanks to their care and professionalism, the proposal was everything we hoped for and more. We enjoyed 5 nights at the Conrad at the end of December. Stunning location and rooms. Probably more steep then we expected so buggies were necessary particularly when going downhill but they were easy to arrange via WhatsApp. We had the odd hiccup during our stay but overall it was a fantastic holiday for our family of five (including three teenage boys). We loved the jet skis, pools, the amazing breakfast buffets and some of the tours we arranged through the Conrad (the elephant sanctuary was fantastic, along with the White Lotus tour which took us privately to lots of the main attractions). A trip to the spa is a must.. and going at sunset was very special. The Conrad has an amazing team who work so hard to ensure a great guest experience. Special mention to Ian, Aye, and Golf who went above and beyond and we shared a few laughs with. And the warm greetings we received each morning from the restaurant staff set the tone for the day so beautifully. A highlight was the New Year’s Eve function… We almost didn’t attend as it was the last night of our trip but so glad we did. A great vibe and an amazing private fire show.
