We spent part of our honeymoon at Conrad Koh Samui and it felt like the ideal place for it. The privacy and the views from the villa were stunning and made it very easy to just switch off and stay in the resort the whole time. The sunsets from the private villas were incredible every evening. The Location is on the south of the island away from the hustle and bustle so it's perfect if that's what you're looking for - which we were. We spent all 5 days at the resort. The breakfast was a highlight for me and we basically stayed at 10 different hilton properties in about a month, and by far Conrad Koh Samui had the best. I quite enjoyed the coffee shop as well — it was perfect for a midday snack and they made genuinely good coffee. The staff were exceptional throughout the stay and always incredibly helpful and friendly. As a Hilton Diamond member it would have been nice to receive a room upgrade or similar recognition (though I understand the resort may have been fully booked), but overall the service quality more than made up for it. The activities offered were also good, however many were already booked out in advance so it’s definitely worth checking the schedule and reserving early. We did the white lotus tour which took us around Koh Samui and we thought the guide was quite knowledgeable. We also had an amazing steak at Jahn restaurant which was a standout dining experience. Overall a very memorable stay and easily one of our favourite Hilton properties.

Conrad Koh Samui is without a doubt the best hotel and resort I have ever stayed in. The service is truly top tier, with every staff member going above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The room, location, facilities and amenities are outstanding, the food was consistently great, and the entire property is absolutely breathtaking. Every detail reflects why this resort has earned its Forbes status. The purpose of this trip was to propose to my now fiancé, and the events team was incredible from start to finish. They were supportive, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our moment special. Thanks to their care and professionalism, the proposal was everything we hoped for and more. An unforgettable experience in every way.

We enjoyed 5 nights at the Conrad at the end of December. Stunning location and rooms. Probably more steep then we expected so buggies were necessary particularly when going downhill but they were easy to arrange via WhatsApp. We had the odd hiccup during our stay but overall it was a fantastic holiday for our family of five (including three teenage boys). We loved the jet skis, pools, the amazing breakfast buffets and some of the tours we arranged through the Conrad (the elephant sanctuary was fantastic, along with the White Lotus tour which took us privately to lots of the main attractions). A trip to the spa is a must.. and going at sunset was very special. The Conrad has an amazing team who work so hard to ensure a great guest experience. Special mention to Ian, Aye, and Golf who went above and beyond and we shared a few laughs with. And the warm greetings we received each morning from the restaurant staff set the tone for the day so beautifully. A highlight was the New Year’s Eve function… We almost didn’t attend as it was the last night of our trip but so glad we did. A great vibe and an amazing private fire show.

Once again, we had a truly wonderful stay at the Conrad Koh Samui. The level of service was exceptional in every aspect and exceeded all our expectations. From morning until evening, we enjoyed breathtaking views that made every moment special. The food was outstanding and truly more than delicious, offering an excellent culinary experience throughout our stay. A special thank you goes to Marco, the General Manager, who genuinely knows how to take care of his guests and leads with great passion and attention to detail. We would also like to warmly acknowledge New and Chana, who took excellent care of us during our stay with their kindness, professionalism, and dedication. We are already looking forward to returning to this exceptional resort.

*** Updated review*** After an initial shaky experience at check in as a Hilton Diamond Member, the management reached out to us and went above and beyond to make sure that the rest of our experience was nothing more than exceptional. Their efforts reinforced why Conrad is in the top tier of the best hotels in the world. From my experience as a traveler it’s the people you interact with that leave a lasting impression. The staff from the gardeners, housekeeping, food service, and reception greet you with a smile and a “sawatdee ka.” This made us feel welcomed and warmed our hearts. The staff were helpful, hardworking, and provided excellent care and customer service. When you first arrive you are greeted with a spectacular view of the five islands and turquoise blue water at the reception, it took my breath away. Each room is its own private villa with an infinity pool. Get the room with a sunset view, we enjoyed swimming at the pool while watching the sun go down. The sunsets are magical here, take the time to breathe it in. The gardeners do a spectacular job keeping such a large property looking immaculate and well groomed. There are lots of trees, it so lush and beautiful, and you can see it while riding around in one of the buggy’s. Messaging concierge for pick up was easy and they came within 10-15 minutes, often sooner. The daily breakfast buffet spread was one of the best I’ve had, so many options, but it was the fresh coconuts that sealed the deal. We tried all three restaurants at the property. Azure was great for a casual meal or snack by the pool, pizzas were tasty. AOW Thai had delicious Thai food, everything we ate there was delicious. Jahn is their fine dining restaurant, if you love steaks, this is the place to go. One of the things we loved at this Conrad property is the free activities. The Thai boxing class was fun and had my heart pumping. We even took advantage of their free kayaks and karaoke room. My stay at Conrad Koh Samui is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in my years of travel. Whether you are going for relaxation, romance, or on a family vacation, this hotel has something for everyone. You cannot go wrong. I would like to say a special thank you to New for being so kind and accommodating. We cannot wait to go back for another stay and I’ve already encouraged my friends to choose this hotel for their stay in Koh Samui!
