Conrad Koh Samui was truly exceptional. Waking up to the breathtaking ocean views every morning felt magical, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. The service was impeccable, and I’d especially like to mention Mark, who helped us greatly during our stay and made everything smooth and effortless. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout. We also absolutely loved the farm tour. We were told it was built before COVID, and it is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. Being able to feed goats, pigs, buffalo, chickens, and even turtles was such a special and memorable part of our stay. The breakfast was consistently delicious, and while the resort is quite secluded, that very remoteness is what makes it so special- quiet, private, and perfect for unwinding. An unforgettable experience, and we would absolutely love to return.

Truly a paradise on earth! The views of the Five Islands are breathtaking, but the legendary service is what will bring us back. A massive thank you to Khun Nina and Khun Fay. They went above and beyond to assist with our room arrangements and prepared wonderful surprises for my birthday and my 2-year-old son. The level of care we received was unmatched. The warmth here starts from the top, it was impressive to see Mr. Marco, personally greeting guests at breakfast. The smiles from every staff member are genuine and heartwarming. If you are looking for the perfect getaway, look no further. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Conrad Koh Samui, where the service was excellent from start to finish. Ms. Zye and Mr. Thip were very professional, helpful, and kind and Ms. Nakhwan who drove us to our rooms gave a room tour and the entire experience was smooth and informative. The room that I booked was the Sunset Pool Villa and the whole atmosphere and environment was beyond my expectations. Ms. Pleng, Ms. Ja, and Mr. Mark provided excellent rides around the resort. The rides were smooth and comfortable, and both were friendly, professional, and attentive, which added greatly to the overall experience. The Dining experience here was remarkably pleasant, definitely worth to have a bite during the stay. The room service provided is excellent to the point that it feels too good. The atmosphere throughout the resort was calm, pleasant, and relaxing, making it an ideal place to unwind. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for top-tier service and a peaceful luxury getaway. I’ll be coming back to celebrate the new years with Conrad Koh Samui, the place got me hooked

This resort is absolutely phenomenal. If you're seeking a place to simply relax, escape reality, and completely switch off, look no further. Waking up to breathtaking views each morning was magical, and the service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were genuinely lovely and accommodating at every turn. Our little one had a wonderful time at the kids club, particularly bonding with Oil, who was absolutely fantastic. The food was consistently delicious as well. One thing to note: the resort's location is quite secluded, which contributes beautifully to its peaceful atmosphere. However, if you're looking for a change of scenery or want to experience some local hustle and bustle, the nearest attractions are about 45 minutes away. We made an evening trip to Fisherman's Village, which provided a lovely contrast to the tranquil haven we enjoyed at the Conrad. All in all, we're so grateful we chose to stay here. It was special in countless ways, and we genuinely hope to return in the future.
