Away from the stress and noise of Kho Samui. the Conrad Hilton offers fantastic views on the 5 islands and ,thanks to an incredible engineering feast, villas with pools that literally hang on a steep and quiet cliff South West of the island. If you want peace, you can get it there while savoring your daily sunset from your wide terrace. The only traffic in the resort is that of small electro buggies smoothly mastering the narrow and at times very steep paths leading to the villas and the restaurants. Marco Araujo, the Portuguese General Manager and his team make you immediately at home and respond quickly to all your needs. The quality of our infinity pool villa was impeccable and the service was first class. A nice touch from the room team: Every day we received a bath towel on our large bed expertly folded in the form of a cute animal with a good day greeting. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were faultless in each of the 3 restaurants. The restaurant personnel was very professional and extremely attentive without being obtrusive. Within 2 days everybody there knew our favorite dishes and culinary preferences. You can feel the professional training of all, from the buggy drivers to the gardeners, the waiters, the maids and the reception team. And this training is even further reinforced with the natural softness and kindness of the Thai people leading to a very cozy and comfortable atmosphere overall.

Simply stunning. We were upgraded to five islands Villa and were able to experience amazing sunrises and sunsets overlooking the five islands - must be one of the best views in the island if not the entire country. Outstanding breakfast selection, food was very high quality. Excellent service too - the staff were always smiling. The hotel isn’t cheap but you get what you pay for. The restaurant Jahn felt overpriced but the other onsite food options were excellent.

The room, location, facilities and amenities are outstanding, the food was consistently great, and the entire property is absolutely breathtaking. My stay at Conrad Koh Samui was truly one of the most special and memorable resort experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a cool towel and a refreshing drink, and Mark made sure I felt cared for right away. He greeted me with such genuine warmth and continued to check in throughout my stay. His hospitality didn’t stop when I left the resort either. When I moved to another property that wasn’t able to help me with the excursions I wanted, I reached back out to Mark. He arranged everything for me and even organized transportation back to the Conrad. When I returned, they welcomed me as if I had never left. That level of care and follow-through is incredibly rare. The villa experience was beyond anything I could have imagined. I was upgraded to a beautiful two-bedroom villa with a private infinity pool and sweeping ocean views that honestly didn’t feel real. I spent most of my time simply enjoying the space, the quiet, and the view. I even chose in-room dining multiple times because I didn’t want to leave my villa. Every time I called for a buggy, it felt like my own private ride, and they always arrived within minutes. The food was the best I had on Koh Samui. Breakfast had an amazing variety, and I loved that you could take fresh coconut water back to your villa. The coffee was excellent, and the latte art was always beautifully done, which made my mornings feel extra special. Every meal, whether at the restaurant or in my villa, felt thoughtful and elevated. One moment that truly touched me was when I accidentally burned a small hole in my dress. I had thrown it away, but the housekeeping team noticed and instead of discarding it, they repaired it with a beautiful stitched detail and returned it to me. It was such an unexpected and heartfelt gesture. That level of attention and kindness says everything about the people who work here. The resort offers complimentary classes and activities as well. I attended a coffee brewing class and a kombucha class, and they also offer tea-making and many other experiences on property. There is so much to do, yet it’s also the perfect place to do absolutely nothing but relax. Turndown service each evening included a thoughtful themed card and small detail that made the stay feel personal and intentional. When I first arrived, there was also a handwritten welcome note paired with a fruit basket in the villa, which was such a warm touch. They provide complimentary bottled water, teas, coffee, milk, mosquito spray, and coils for outdoor comfort. Every detail feels considered. Conrad Koh Samui is the true definition of quiet luxury. It’s peaceful, private, and beautifully designed, but what makes it unforgettable is the people. The service here is genuine, warm, and from the heart. I cannot recommend this resort enough, and I’m so grateful to Mark and the entire team for making my time there so special. 🤍🇹🇭

This resort is absolutely phenomenal. If you're seeking a place to simply relax, escape reality, and completely switch off, look no further. Waking up to breathtaking views each morning was magical, and the service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were genuinely lovely and accommodating at every turn. Our little one had a wonderful time at the kids club, particularly bonding with Oil, who was absolutely fantastic. The food was consistently delicious as well. One thing to note: the resort's location is quite secluded, which contributes beautifully to its peaceful atmosphere. However, if you're looking for a change of scenery or want to experience some local hustle and bustle, the nearest attractions are about 45 minutes away. We made an evening trip to Fisherman's Village, which provided a lovely contrast to the tranquil haven we enjoyed at the Conrad. All in all, we're so grateful we chose to stay here. It was special in countless ways, and we genuinely hope to return in the future.
