When I first walked into this hotel, I was expecting a regular lux experience, nothing out of the norm. But when I walked in, it was very elevated, modern and fancy. I was warmly greeted with reception and a very easy check-in. I was also greeted by a woman called Liza, who worked in the hotel and walked us through the hotel and gave us a top-notch, unforgettable experience. The room was very nice, a nice sea view at the 45th floor. The room had a lot of amenities including soap, skincare products, remote control curtains and much more. What I found unique about the room was that there was a remote on the nightstand that controls the lights and curtains, and the fact there is a television in the bathroom that also doubles as a mirror when turned off. The cafe and restaurants were very nice and spacious. The valet is very nice and all the staff who work there are very kind and nice. Simply elevated one-of-a-kind luxury experience.

I stayed at the Conrad Shehzad Road Hotel, and my experience was excellent. The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable. Everything was well managed. I am especially impressed by the service of a staff member named Jawad. He was very polite, helpful, and professional. His service made my stay even better. Overall, the hotel and the staff are outstanding. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience at Conrad Dubai. The location is absolutely perfect—right on Sheikh Zayed Road, close to everything, with easy access to the city and major attractions. The hotel itself is very elegant, clean, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and a calm, luxurious atmosphere. The service really stood out during my stay. A special thanks to Badwai at the lobby—he was extremely friendly, kind, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. His positive attitude and professionalism made a great first impression and truly enhanced the experience. Overall, Conrad Dubai offers comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, staff are amazing. Mohamed Security, what a guy, I left a bag in the taxi which had my passport and wallet in, which I realised as I was about to check-in. As soon as I spoke with Mohamed he assured me he would have the items returned and true to his word he sorted everything out, items returned shortly afterwards. Incredible service and a great guy. Very grateful, thank you!

This was one of our best hotel stays in my life thus far. Badawi and Nil Bahar were awesome in rendering their services and support during our short but wonderful stay. Our room for 3 was HUGE, clean and the amenities were excellent. The lady in charge of our room (we didn’t get her name) left the room refreshed and tidy every day. The toilet was comfortable, spacious and had both a bathtub and a standing bath. The toilet curtain was a nice cheeky touch. The beds and pillows were one of the best we have slept in and that’s saying a lot. There was plenty of spaces for us to organise our daily items and the aircon was very responsive. The only complaint (we are nitpicking here) was the lighting. We wished there was an option for cool and warm lights so that we could get the romantic vibes while also having the functionality of packing under clear lighting. The hotel is literally next to the Metro World Trade Center stop and transport on the public train is very affordable and convenient. Our final point is, if you see a good deal for Conrad Dubai, snatch it. Don’t hesitate.
