I recently had the pleasure of visiting your property near the World Trade Center on 8 October, following my engagement at the exhibition center. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of your staff. I was warmly welcomed by Ali, whose courteous demeanor and attentiveness stood out. I noticed he wasn’t wearing a traditional name badge, but rather a distinctive symbol resembling the letter “A,” which suited him remarkably well. It added a unique touch to his appearance, though it did leave me curious. Later, on the 6th floor, I had the opportunity to meet Keingam and Lanu, both of whom were equally friendly and helpful. As I concluded my visit, I also interacted with Ijaz, who maintained the same high standard of hospitality. Having visited many top-tier hotels, I must commend your team — they are among the best-trained professionals I’ve encountered. The experience was truly memorable. That said, I’m left with one question. As someone who prefers addressing staff by name when seeking assistance, I wondered how other guests manage this when name badges aren’t visible. It’s a small detail, but one that could enhance the guest experience even further. Thank you once again for the outstanding service. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

He went above and beyond to assist us with all our requests, always with a warm smile and professional attitude. He truly made our experience more comfortable and memorable. However, what truly set our experience apart was the unparalleled service, particularly from the Room Service team. I would like to extend a special and heartfelt thank you to two individuals who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable: Mr. Hassan Ahmed and Mr. Hadiul Islam. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine warmth were remarkable. They were not only incredibly efficient and timely with every order but also anticipated our needs with a level of care that is rare to find. The food delivered by the room service was consistently delicious, beautifully presented, and always arrived hot. It felt like dining in a fine restaurant within the comfort of our room. I would like to express my sincere thanks to the bell desk team, especially Muzamil and the other tall gentleman. They were both very kind and helpful, and made my departure to the airport smooth and comfortable.The spa and sauna were excellent, and the swimming pool looks beautiful. However, I felt somewhat uncomfortable with the water condition, as it did not appear very clean. If pool water maintenance could be improved, I believe guests would enjoy an even better and more pleasant experience.
