The service and staff have been exceptional. We are lucky enough to be able to access the Executive Lounge. The staff Lisa, Jenika and Francis are the most attentive and friendly members of the team, nothing is too much trouble. The food on the evening buffet is lovely. The pool staff are friendly and the food is great. Always able to get a sun bed. Breakfast is plentiful even though it has been exceptionally busy.

I just completed my second day at Conrad Hotel Dubai, and it has been an amazing experience so far. Upon my early arrival at 11 AM, I was greeted by the exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff at the reception. They kindly allowed me to check in a few hours before the usual check-in time, which was fantastic. During check-in, they asked about my bed preference, and I opted for two separate beds, which they arranged without any issues. I also made use of the gym facilities. While the gym isn’t very large, it has all the essential equipment needed for a comfortable stay. This morning, I enjoyed a delightful breakfast with the option to dine either indoors or outdoors. The breakfast menu was self-service and offered a wide variety of options. One thing that caught my attention was the presence of a Pork station. This came as a surprise, considering that a few years ago, pork consumption wasn’t common in this country. It’s a significant change and reflects evolving preferences. The only downside was the wait time for my coffee, which took about 17 minutes and arrived cold. I understand that mornings can be busy, so I hope this doesn’t happen again tomorrow. Additionally, the hotel’s location directly in front of the Dubai World Trade Center metro is fantastic. It provides easy access for guests to reach anywhere in this beautiful city. Overall, I want to extend my gratitude to the hotel staff for their hospitality and the enjoyable experience. ✋🏻

I visited the spa which was lovely, staff were very friendly and attentive. The facilities were clean and modern. As soon as you enter the spa you have a feeling of ‘zen’ with the low lighting, beautiful smells and pool. I had a massage with Iriana and it was definitely the BEST massage I have had in Dubai. Iriana listened to me when I explained the areas I wanted her to focus on and the she went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable at all times - definitely book with her if you go!

Conrad is in the best location and that alone is a big plus for me. Our stay was exceptionally great and we enjoyed the food in the restaurant and the service by the staff. Felix was very friendly and never fail to anticipate with transportation as we go in and out of the hotel daily.

Conrad Dubai was a wonderful experience! We stayed in room 3711, being a team member, I wasn't treated any different than a normal guest, which made me feel valued. I would say the view was gorgeous and room were comfortable. Honestly service and staff attitude were impeccable. I did have some bug issue, which has already been cascaded to the front desk agent and breakfast expectation were not meet. But these all were shadowed by the great experience we had. A special shout-out to the guest relation team, for making my mum's first journey abroad memorable with fruits and cookies and specifically the handwritten card. Furthermore, the front desk team was very accommodating, and they provided us with ample amount to check-out. Which really helped us get proper rest and time to pack. We're definitely coming back!!
