We had a wonderful Eid staycation at Conrad Dubai with our three boys. The highlight of the stay was definitely the pool area—it feels like a tropical oasis and it’s hard to believe you’re right on Sheikh Zayed Road. Both the kids and I absolutely loved it. The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and attentive, and the buffet was excellent with a great selection and quality of food. This was actually our second stay at the hotel, which says a lot, and it’s definitely a place we would return to again. Once things became a little quieter, we were reminded why we enjoyed it so much the first time. The only downside was that we arrived during the Eid holiday period, and on the first day the hotel and pool were extremely crowded, which made the experience feel a little overwhelming. However, as guests started checking out and the crowds eased, we were able to fully appreciate the beauty of the property and enjoy everything it has to offer. To be fair, this was more a result of the holiday season than the hotel itself, and the team did their best to manage a very busy period. Overall, I would definitely recommend Conrad Dubai, especially for families looking for a relaxing staycation in the city. We will certainly be back—just perhaps outside the peak holiday rush.

Highly recommend this hotel! The staff, especially Fareed Muhammad, was amazing. I was extremely stressed and confused due to some issues with my flight cancellations, and he was incredibly supportive and kind in assisting me with my changes. His support turned a difficult situation into a smooth one, allowing me to truly enjoy the rest of my stay. I’m so grateful for the wonderful hospitality🥰
