A 5 star hotel with > 5 stars service ! Very personalized service , making us feel like home . All staff are well mannered , very polite and friendly. Strategic location as it’s walking distance to world trade centre metro station. 6:30 am to 11pm access to executive lounge, the longest hours I come across so far under Hilton Group of hotels. The most grateful experience for me in this hotel is the freshly make hot ginger + honey + lemon drink from Francis at Executive Lounge . He is so caring and offer the drink upon knowing that I am suffering from bad cough and looking for such hot drink . Francis speaks softly, with the nice tone in fluent English. It’s such a pleasant experience to talk to him and have his personalized care. I am deeply touched 💞.

A very gorgeous and conveniently located hotel. Definitely worth a visit not only for a stay, but also to dine. Badawy was the first face that greeted me when I entered the hotel. His welcoming attitude and friendly conversation set great expectations for rest of my experience. He also served me some traditional Arabic which was an excellent pick me up for the rest of my day.

From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Everyone went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. Smiles and high fives to the kids, helping us with drinks and snacks for tired kids, remembering our names everywhere we went... They were brilliant! The water machines outside were a great new addition - meaning we didn't need to constantly buy bottles water, just refilled our own bottles. The rooms were large, comfy, lovely beds,great bathrooms, quiet at night. The location was great - directly outside the metro stop so it was really easy to get around, only 10 minutes to get to Museum of the Future! Close to Dubai Mall and loads of restaurants. Will definitely be returning!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Conrad Hotel. it was a great decision. we spent an unforgettable weekend. The room is large, luxurious, with a magnificent view. Also, everything is on an automatic system, which is modern and very convenient. special thanks to the hotel manager for the surprise for my husband's birthday. all these moments made our holiday unforgettable and the memories very special our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations

We stayed at The Conrad hotel for 4 nights and it was a very pleasurable experience. We stayed in a very spacious Luxurious room with sea view, they had thought of everything to even the electronic blind in the bathroom. We had a very comfortable stay, the bed was extremely comfortable which is a must for me. Fridge, plenty of bottled water, a rain shower and a hot tub. The air con you can set at your own temperature, the room very cool to sleep was fab. The room was cleaned exceptionally well everyday. The swimming pool is a paradise, a waterfall wall and tropical plants/trees with an array of beautiful birds. The music played is relaxing and not too loud. The snack bar has appetizing food and it can be brought to your sunbed. Everyone working here cannot do enough for you, staff are polite and very friendly. Mark messaged us across WhatsApp to check if everything was okay with our stay and asked if there was anything we needed. I liked this service and his polite manner. Thanks Mark. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for taking care of us so well.
