The service is exceptionally attentive, the rooms are modern, impeccably maintained, and furnished with incredibly comfortable beds. You can feel the high standards and genuine hospitality in every detail. A very special thank you goes to Membere, Francis and Roshni. My experience at the Conrad Hotel Dubai was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and impeccable professionalism. The hotel’s modern elegance, combined with thoughtful touches in every corner, created an atmosphere of pure comfort and luxury. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views of the city skyline. Every detail—from the plush bedding to the perfectly curated amenities—reflected a level of care and refinement that truly sets the hotel apart. The service was exceptional throughout my stay. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I felt valued and well taken care of. Their attention to detail, friendly attitude, and commitment to excellence made a remarkable difference. The food was a highlight as well: exquisite breakfast options, beautifully presented dishes, and a variety of flavors that satisfied even the most refined palate. The pool and spa facilities were equally impressive, offering a serene escape from the city’s vibrant energy. Conrad Hotel Dubai exceeded all my expectations. It is a place where luxury meets comfort, and where hospitality is taken to the highest level. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Dubai.

Very convenient. Train station to Dubai Mall is right in front of the hotel. Service is great. Couple of things needed fixing in the room and they sent people right away. Bathroom salt provided for the big bathtub in room; just call and ask. Breakfast is amazing. Kudos to restaurant team. Note: (1) For sea view room, it is more like a city view with the sea very far in the background so not much difference if you're on the other side of the hotel. (2) For airport transfer, you would be better off taking a taxi or Uber. We had to walk about 5min with our luggage to get to the hotel car which was quite hot. Not quite the standard for hotel airport pickup which is usually a car coming to kerbside. First impression counts and Conrad Dubai could have done better by having a separate airport arrival staff and driver. Not two combined into one (our driver was the pick up staff at arrival hall).

I recently stayed at Conrad Dubai, and my experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, the hotel delivered top-tier comfort, elegance, and service. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered the perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. I want to give special appreciation to the housekeeping team, especially Anis and Jasdeep. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Every day, the room was cleaned with great attention to detail — spotless, perfectly arranged, and always stocked with whatever I needed. Both Anis and Jasdeep were polite, professional, and incredibly dedicated to their work. Their warm attitude and consistent effort added a personal touch that made my stay even more enjoyable. Conrad Dubai is already an amazing hotel, but staff like Anis and Jasdeep elevate the experience to another level. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 5 nights in Conrad Dubai because of the Big5 Global exhibition. I'd like to thank all Conrad Dubai staff for making this stay comfortable. Still there are some points to criticize. Hope the management is really reading this comment section - 5 elevators are really not enough for 46 floors. I waited 3 minutes to get in an elevator which is a very long waiting time. Not sure an addtional lift might be added but the management should find a solution to this (maybe by changing the algorithm of the lifts) - Swimming pool is only availabe until 19:00 which is too early. The previous year i swam at 22:30 in another hotel's swimming pool. - the breakfast area is really small when you consider there are 46 floors and nearly 1000 rooms. - the food variety of the breakfast might be more. - the restaurants open at 19:00 which is too late. - A lamp might be put on the working desk. So many businessman and businesswomen are visiting this hotel. - We waited so long during check-out. There might be more staff.
