No complaints! Friendly, knowledgeable staff and big, clean rooms. Bathroom amenities are especially thoughtful (and we love a good bidet!). Location is central—it’s easy to walk to the Sky Train, Metro, and local attractions. Breakfast spread is expansive and delicious, featuring a broad range of international (primarily Asian) cuisines. Pool area is well shaded for those who want it, water is a great temperature, and attendants are excellent. A great home base for anyone looking to explore Bangkok!

Amazing check-in. Taro was great in accommodating and early check in which was fantastic as we had been travelling for 18 hours when we arrived! Service was good as expected at a Conrad. The only downside is the locations isn’t the best, but you can get a taxi easily to anywhere you want to go so not a massive issue. Overall great experience!

Attending at the ballroom, the location is good, the atmosphere is good except…. TOO MANY STAIRS! Thank god it’s not a big problem for me, but when attending weddings, I and most of the woman here wore heels, high heels, and I don’t think it’s too comfortable to walk around too much. Since parking at B2 -> need to climb 1 floor up to the elevator -> from the elevator to the ground floor room is another set of stairs down. And so on…. (+) The ballroom has this huge screen which make the wedding more majestic

Although some consider this a business-travel property, I felt like it was also very well suited to vacationing! The pool, spa, restaurants, all very nice. Located in All Seasons Place with regular shuttles to the train as well. It was right in the middle of things but as soon as you stepped on property it was peaceful. The staff are all very attentive and helpful but a special shout out to the concierge, the doormen and the executive lounge attendants. They did an outstanding job and really made my stay great! Also the views are amazing and bonus it’s a short 10-12 minute walk to the beautiful Lumphini park!

Amazing 5-day stay at the Conrad Bangkok. The true essence of Thai hospitality and Conrad service. Every SINGLE ONE of the staff members I met during that 5 days, from housekeeping, pool side staff, paramedics, reception, Diplomat bar, to Concierge, and duty managers, the service has been consistently excellent, and all staff are extremely professional and friendly. Hats off to all of them to be able to maintain a smile and keep a good sprit while handling the heat and work pressure. Diplomat Bar, Nok made the most fabulous margaritas! (I spent 3 nights in the bar) It’s perfectly balanced, not too sour, not too salty, a perfect drink for a city with heat like Bangkok. She’s also got a very cute smile and very friendly. Bambi was so smiley and attentive. Very classy lady and very demure. She is also very patient with my endless high-maintenance requests. I rebooked to Conrad, partially I really wanted to try from last year, partially after the poor management at Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok not notifying me the hotel was closed due to earthquake inspection. Oh boy, Conrad did not disappoint!
