Great facilities and services. Warm greetings and smooth check in. The room has nice tough and nice views equipped with everything. The staff are really great everywhere. The gym is spacious and has so many machines. The sauna and steam room are great. The swimming pools are nice. The breakfast has wide variety and good service overall. ( halal food ) The executive lounge has nice selections throughout the day. It was a nice touch they actually brought the food to our room during the cocktail hour since it’s not permitted to have the kids The location is great and connected to small mall having all the essentials.

What a gem! I visited Conrad for a few days with my wife and we reserved a Premium King High Floor room. We didn’t opt for breakfast, so I’m leaving that part out of our review. The first impression is about the staff - they were outstanding, absolutely amazing throughout our entire stay. I've never met such friendly staff in any hotel before. They were always there for us, opening doors, carrying bags, and helping in every possible way. Polite, friendly, smiling — simply great! The room itself was excellent. We had a beautiful panoramic city view (see attached photos). The bathroom was spacious, with both a shower and a bathtub. The toilet was equipped with a washlet. In the room itself there were even automatic curtains with a full blackout function, which helped us get proper rest after a long flight and fight off jet lag. They even haven herman miller aeron in the room :D As for the location, it’s just a few minutes walk from the BTS station, but if you don't feel like walking or it's raining, there's a free shuttle bus that will take you right next to the steps of the BTS and back. The neighborhood is quite nice (with embassies nearby) and full of greenery. There’s a 7-Eleven literally around the corner. The hotel is also adjacent to a large office building that includes a retail area with several restaurants, shops, banks, and ATMs. All in all, I loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering booking a great place in Bangkok.

From check in to check out this place was amazing. They offer a welcome drink. It was much more pleasant than we expected. Even if you're not a fancy pants, this place will make you feel fancy. The view from our room was superb. They have a mini bar in the room but there's a Tops right upstairs with the same stuff at a better price. But if you don't want to leave your room it's there. The breakfast is massive! There are so many choices and you can order an omelet to your liking. The young lady that made my omelet was super sweet. They have a healthy drink options. We weren't impressed with the room service food. The service itself was great. Although we didn't use it, they offer a shuttle to the train station I believe. We enjoyed the turn down service. It was very nice. The bathrobes fit our more fluffy bodies, so that was nice. The towels are also nice sized. The food at the pool was meh. I wasn't a fan of the ice cream Sunday either. However it didn't take away from our experience.

My favourite hotel in Bangkok. The building is getting a bit older (about 20yrs as of 2026) but it’s extremely well managed. Clean rooms, great swimming pool, technogym for workout and 3 restaurants which I’ve tried all and pretty good. The highlight of Conrad Bangkok has to be the staff. Extremely professional staff who always great you with great energy and a big smile, special shoutout to Prikwan at the front desk, and many names at the breakfast team: Vivian, Amy, Tin, Nid, Game, Zos, Film and many others I didn’t get a chance to get to know better + Ying at Diplomet bar, tennis partner Sari + ladies at the 7th floor desk… really too many to list. The staff are incredible here and the difference is noticeable. Thank you so much for taking care of me. I’ve personally asked to switch to many different rooms due to sensitivity to noise and they accommodate every request without fail or complaint.

🇫🇷🇪🇪 4-night stay in a Superior Room on one of the highest floors of the hotel. We were really excited to stay at this hotel and arrived with high expectations. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was disappointing. The front desk man was not welcoming at all and practically ignored us when we tried to check in. He was rude and unpleasant, so we eventually approached another colleague who was much kinder. We were offered welcome drinks but they felt like they had been sitting there for hours which gave a strange first impression. Once in the room, things improved significantly. The room is spacious, very comfortable and truly feels like home. The view is beautiful and the bed is great, although we only had two large pillows and didn’t notice the different pillow options the hotel claims to offer. Lighting controls were not very intuitive and we experienced a power cut followed by the AC breaking down. A technician came quickly and fixed the issue but still not what you expect from a 5-star hotel. We ordered room service for dinner one evening and the food was actually good. It was nice to enjoy a quiet and relaxing evening in the room. However, we found it quite strange that used food trays were left outside guests’ rooms throughout the entire night. You can cast from your phone to the Tv and play music too and they have super cool speakers in the bathroom ! Loved it ! The hotel itself is very large and has direct access to the adjacent mall, which is extremely convenient for late-night grocery runs at 7-Eleven. The pool area is lovely and the staff there was helpful and friendly. However, the pool bar felt quite sad and uninviting. We also saw cockroaches running around the pool area at sunset, which was quite unsettling. On a more positive note, the hot jacuzzi is excellent and very relaxing after a long day. The gym is brand new and fantastic and we really enjoyed it. There is also a small sauna which was nice but the hammam had an unpleasant smell. We didn’t use the tennis or pickleball courts, as traveling with equipment is uncommon and renting gear for 600 baht per person felt unnecessary. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was generally good. We unfortunately saw cockroaches around the open food and immediately informed the staff who didn’t seem surprised. On our last day the breakfast room was full, so we were redirected to the Japanese restaurant. It was much quieter which was very pleasant but with fewer food options. Drinks were ordered from staff which took a long time and often didn’t match what we had requested, making the experience less enjoyable. Overall, the stay was pleasant but it didn’t meet our expectations for a 5-star hotel. With so many better options available in Bangkok, we wouldn’t choose to come back.
