Although the Conrad Bangkok is a 5-star hotel, it manages to combine luxury with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are genuinely friendly and interested in open, lighthearted conversations – not as formal as in some other luxury hotels, such as the Waldorf Astoria. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thanks to an upgrade, offered a beautiful city view. The bathroom was a dream, and we especially appreciated the attentive housekeeping team, who checked in several times a day to ensure we had enough water, coffee, and all the essentials. This level of care made us feel truly looked after. While the hotel is immaculately maintained, you can notice its age in certain areas – particularly in the corridors, where the décor feels a little dated. Still, this doesn’t detract from the overall experience. The pool area is lovely, there’s even a small playground for children, and the breakfast buffet is excellent – with the salted egg buns being an absolute must-try. A regular shuttle bus takes guests conveniently to the nearest BTS station, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, this remains one of our favorite hotels in Bangkok – a perfect mix of comfort, service, and genuine hospitality.

Absolutely loved our stay. We are a family of 6 so had a large 2 bedroom suite. Service was amazing, staff were extremely accommodating. Poolside service was second to none and the staff were delightful and extremely attentive. Kids made good use of the pickle ball court and tennis court as well as the gym for the older children. Executive lounge was fabulous and we enjoyed our breakfast up there as opposed to going down to the main breakfast buffet. The manager made alternative arrangements so our 10 year old could join us for evening drinks (no children under 12 allowed in after 5.30pm) which was very much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Tucked away in the heart of bustling Bangkok, it feels like a tranquil retreat. The lush surroundings and relaxing atmosphere make it one of the most beautiful pools in the city, enhanced further by the consistently attentive service of the staff. Conrad Bangkok manages to combine world-class facilities with heartfelt, seamless service. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already planning our return

We love Conrad Bangkok. Being located right in the heart of Bangkok, the hotel provides best serenity and services. Hotel Restaurants are amazing. Staff are attentive and there are promotions with local apps, prices + services are superb. Hotel facilities are great. We love the lagoon pool and the heated pool as well as the tennis court. Room is fantastic. We specifically adore Conrad’s deluxe corner room, giving more space + luxury living. We checked in and have never wanted to leave the hotel. We have always considered Conrad hotel Bangkok a home away from home. Thank you Conrad hotel Bangkok team for the hospitality always.

Check-in was quick, though without a welcome. The room was one of the best I have ever stayed in at Hilton. It was immaculate, upscale, with high-quality beds and bathrooms. Breakfast was good, though Halal signs on chicken would be helpful. The gym and pool were excellent. Traffic in Bangkok is chaotic; using Bolt between 10 am and 3 pm is best. Arab Town is a 15-minute walk, with plenty of excellent halal restaurants.
