Absolutely amazing property. As a content creator and social media influencer I highly recommend this hotel friendly staff, great location near I Drive, clean and comfy room. What else do you need? Oh yea inspite of Classic Weekend for Famu and Bethune Cookman prices were better than expected. Breakfast was on point too. Good location, close to the Outlet malls, 10 mins from Orlando Studios/12 mins from Epic. The hotel is a bus stop/pick up for the parks. (Line up early, people bum rush it. Convient at times.) Do not buy out of the market inside of the hotel, its very expensive. You're better off going to a gas station/brining your own drinks (unless you want to spend a lot of money.) Positives for the market--it takes cards. The breakfast area was under construction when I was there, same breakfast every day, but the eggs were good. The coffee was...not burnt. Parking was nice, you put a piece of paper on your car so they dont tow it. Never had an issue with the parking. The rooms were good, no harsh smells or ragedy/messed furniture that I saw. Had no issues with the staff, they were friendly and helpful with any questions/concerns we had.

The rooms pictures do not accurately show the flaws. I had no working refrigerator. Had to ask for another refrigerator even when they said they fixed it but still had old frosted over one in the room. The walls had hole patches done and sink drain was not draining and made gurgling sounds way after the water was turned off. The construction was a big detriment at breakfast. And had too wait awhile for the waffle makers to be available which was the highlight of the breakfast when you could get one . The staff was not as friendly as I had hoped. They had errored out my room keys so after a long day at the parks it was a rough time having to go back again to the desk to ask to fix this and no explanation was given just renewed and handed back. This inn was highly recommended by frequent guests here but my experience was a dismal one.

My family and I recently stayed at a hotel near Universal Studios. Despite a late check-in between 9 and 10 PM, our initial impression was quite positive: the hotel's location is excellent, the common areas were appealing, and the staff were very pleasant. Unfortunately, our satisfaction quickly faded upon entering the rooms, where we found the cleanliness to be unacceptable. In both our room and that of our daughter and her husband, there were hygiene issues, including pubic hairs in the beds and other hair in the showers. The floors felt unkempt with noticeable spots that could have easily been mopped, and lifting the toilet seat revealed residual urine. Furthermore, the sofas had numerous suspicious-looking stains, making us hesitant to sit on them. Overall, we simply could not get comfortable due to the poor condition of the accommodations. The following morning, the breakfast experience was equally disappointing. Simple items like a toaster or butter were unavailable for the bread, and the quality of other offerings, such as a meat product that may have been sausage, was highly questionable. The overall lack of basic amenities and cleanliness significantly detracted from our stay.

Excellent value for money. With relatively inexpensive rooms that can accommodate up to four people, and a location close to everything (especially Universal parks and International Drive), this hotel is a great option. The staff was very attentive on both shifts (day and night). Check-in was friendly and check-out was very quick. They have a store, laundry facilities, and a basic but free breakfast. I recommend it for short trips thanks to its excellent location.
