What a deal! This place was clean and staff was wonderful. Victor was awesome and super friendly. We did not have a reservation, however, he got us a suite at a great price. The room was extremely clean and the bed were surprisingly really comfortable. Breakfast was hot and the selection was good for the price of the stay. We will be returning to this hotel for our next trip to Orlando. Thanks Victor for the great customer service and hospitality.

Just came back from a 4 night stay at the hotel. The location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and shops if you want to walk. The shuttle service takes you to universal parks free which saves on parking there. The drop off and pick up times were good. Only was able to catch breakfast 1 day and the waffles were good. They had eggs and sausage, toast, mini muffins, yogurt and cereal. Nothing too fancy but free! The kids enjoyed the pool after the days at the parks. The hot tub was not working. Parked in back so we could see the car from window. Then hotel area seemed safe. Check in and check out smooth. Staff friendly. The room was clean and the housekeeper came daily which was nice because we had fresh towels everyday. Slept great and it was nice and quiet where our room was. I read the reviews and was worried about roaches or bugs. Didn’t see one and while the hotel needs an upgrade- for the price and location it’s worth staying.

Stayed two nights in an accessible room, front desk was helpful and very friendly. Room was clean and neat, beds were comfortable and TV had many channels. Breakfast was great, it was crowded but staff kept it very clean. Location is good, not far to Universal and the outlet malls. Would stay again.

I would give it a 5 but the other guests were definitely a 1. Room was spacious as well as bathroom. They offer free breakfast. Service was okay until I asked for 2 clean towels. Over 1:30 hours passed and I did not get them (even after calling the lobby several times). I came down almost 2 hours after the request to get them myself. They had them at the front desk, so I did not understand why they couldn’t just give them to me in the first place. Anyway, other guests staying were super disrespectful and dirty, they were also loud. I guess the price point attracts all kind of people but especially disrespectful ones. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to Universal Studios parks. Overall, 3.5-4 stars would be a good rating for this hotel!

Overall, the hotel is fairly comfortable. But the room needed help. Many drawers would not close and remained open. The hot water was not nearly hot enough. Some outlets did not work. And, I found a cockroach on my nightstand, and in the bathroom. Not good.
