Save yourself.. DON'T DO IT! The corporate-owned location is less than 10 minutes away, and I wish I’d gone there instead. Don’t be fooled by the recent 5-star reviews. I stayed here for three nights in early August 2025 before finally saying enough is enough. I don’t even know where to start… Maybe with the pushy salesman camped out in the lobby, glaring at you if you decline his pitch or refuse to hand over your driver’s license. This is after spending the entire day outside in the heat, coming back exhausted, and just wanting to get to your room in peace. Or maybe we start with the rooms—foul-smelling from mildew, cigarette smoke, and dampness. The carpets were so disgusting I had to lay towels down just to walk on them. Then there’s the construction. Work started around 8 a.m., right as we were leaving for the day, but one night we didn’t get back until 7:30 p.m. and they were still going past 9 p.m. The noise was so bad I had to keep turning up the TV because it just kept getting louder. The air was thick with fumes from paint and whatever else they were using, making the whole area smell nauseating. And the workers? Constant yelling and loud conversations echoing through the halls. Overall, it was an unpleasant and uncomfortable stay—between the pushy lobby salesman, the late-night construction noise, and the overpowering chemical smells, I couldn’t wait to leave. P.S. Not that this is the most important thing, but brand loyalty usually means something. I’m a soon-to-be Platinum member, and the corporate-owned property nearby acknowledged it right away. They offered bottled water, cookies, and even tried to upgrade our room (though we declined because we needed the layout we booked). Here? Nothing. Zero recognition, zero welcome, zero effort.

New rooms, well renovated and great staff. The overall experience was good. The only thing that I would have changed is when schools stay overnight and get breakfast the next morning to allow a schedule for students and schools to have a time frame. The breakfast time was overwhelming and overcrowded by school students which made the choice and selection harder. Families had to sit outside to eat . Other than that it was worth the price and time. Thanks for such a great experience in our stay

Nice and Convenient Location – Hotel with Breakfast Included! I chose this hotel because it’s close to both Universal Studios and Disney World, and it includes breakfast every day. There are many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops nearby, which made everything so convenient for us. The only issues we had were with the room key cards, which often didn’t work properly—they were hard to scan and gave us trouble almost every time we tried to open the door. Also, one of the washing machines and one of the dryers were broken, which made doing laundry a bit difficult for guests. If those things get fixed, this hotel would be perfect. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I really love this hotel!

Our room was clean, staff were extremely kind and accommodating (fresh towels and sheets right away when we asked), breakfast was decent for this type of hotel (some hot foods, coffee, toast, yogurt, waffles) and we had no complaints. We also loved the water in the gym to refill bottles. We would stay here again.

Hotel is under renovation currently so be warned. Rooms are updated but the bathrooms are really small. Im 6.0 and my head could almost touch the ceiling in the shower. Close to the theme parks, yes they charge a resort fee without notice until check in and will try to get you to sign up for a credit card and rewards program for Choice hotels. Free parking on site.
