TERRIBLE, I’m so mad, I checked in the first room, it smelled like straight cigarettes with a bug in the toilet. Then they switch my room. I come in this one and it smells like straight mold and I’m ready to get out of here. But I’m forced to stay because I have no where else to go I’m so disappointed.. I wish there was a way to let you guys smell the room. I don’t even want to take off my clothes.. then wifi doesn’t work as well… such a nightmare.

First off I don’t understand the negative reviews. This is a typical 3 star hotel for blue collar workers with 5 star employees. Everyone was pleasant and courteous and constantly working. Seriously there was always someone vacuuming or mopping. Ok the good universal is quite literally a 6 minute drive. If you’re not driving they offer a free shuttle with a pretty consistent schedule. Free breakfast eggs sausage waffles yogurt etc and designated smoking areas outside. This was a plus for us because my wife is a smoker. There are complimentary towels at the pool and safety deposit boxes at the front desk if you feel the need. The only thing we had a problem with was the ice machine was on the third floor. As far as the complaints I’ve read I can only assume these people are probably always unhappy about pretty much anything. This is a great place to stay with your family and can’t beat the location or price.

For the price of the hotel, I was very pleased with how clean the entire hotel was. From walking in, I was greeted politely by the front desk. We had arrived around noon hoping we could check in early. Luckily, we were able to. The rooms walking in were really nice and clean, I was impressed. They offer hot free breakfasts, which have such a great selection of choices. Overall, I am extremely satisfied. Will come back for sure! Thanks so much for providing such an excellent service to your guest ☺️

The room was comfortable, with clean bathrooms and a decent size. The beds were very cozy, making for a good night's sleep. However, the air conditioning was quite noisy and didn't cool the room to the desired temperature. Additionally, the elevator was very slow, which was a bit inconvenient. The Location is great, then I recommend for everyone!

What a deal! This place was clean and staff was wonderful. Victor was awesome and super friendly. We did not have a reservation, however, he got us a suite at a great price. The room was extremely clean and the bed were surprisingly really comfortable. Breakfast was hot and the selection was good for the price of the stay. We will be returning to this hotel for our next trip to Orlando. Thanks Victor for the great customer service and hospitality.
