For the price of the hotel, I was very pleased with how clean the entire hotel was. From walking in, I was greeted politely by the front desk. We had arrived around noon hoping we could check in early. Luckily, we were able to. The rooms walking in were really nice and clean, I was impressed. They offer hot free breakfasts, which have such a great selection of choices. Overall, I am extremely satisfied. Will come back for sure! Thanks so much for providing such an excellent service to your guest ☺️

My overall point for this hotel is a 2. The location was awesome, almost close to everything and rooms were large enough to fit a 4-person family. However, the breakfast and service were horrible. Breakfast doesn't have many options. The pool was okay, but it had some sand and dust in it. Nobody cleans around the whirlpool nor the pool. There was a little garden and outside tables and it was good for a little break to enjoy the fresh air. I would recommend staying, but the breakfast wasn't that good. There are A LOT and A LOT Spanish, Hispanic, or Latins in that area. Lastly, the rooms were cleaned everyday which was okay.

The rooms was spacious, beds were comfortable. Right off International Drive and close to everything. I loved the pool and hot tub. I wish they had more options for breakfast. Overall great stay.

What a deal! This place was clean and staff was wonderful. Victor was awesome and super friendly. We did not have a reservation, however, he got us a suite at a great price. The room was extremely clean and the bed were surprisingly really comfortable. Breakfast was hot and the selection was good for the price of the stay. We will be returning to this hotel for our next trip to Orlando. Thanks Victor for the great customer service and hospitality.

Smelled horrible!!! This was our second stay at this location and the first time was great. The first time we stayed on the second floor and this time we stayed on the 4th floor. The whole fourth floor smelled horrible like moldy water. They tried to cover up the smell with Lysol in our room and it did not work. Sheets were stained and the toilet bubbled for hours in the morning!! The carpet was bumpy and dangerous and not connected on the edge. The breakfast area was not capable of serving all the people in the hotel. 45 minute wait to get a waffle due to only having 3 stations.
