Amazing time we spent a week here & the all the front desk staff & staff for the restaurant were beyond what we expected. So incredibly nice! The food is delicious as well, the room was great too! If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars I would! We definitely will stay here again! Thank you everyone who works here for the wonderful experience & time!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at a hotel in Miami, and I must say, it was far from satisfactory. The first issue I encountered was the untidy state of my room during my stay time. It was evident that the housekeeping staff had not done their job at all. There were dirty towels strewn about, trash left unattended, and the overall cleanliness was subpar. It was a disappointing sight and made me question the hotel's commitment to hygiene.
To add to my frustration, the key provided to me was non-functioning. I had to make multiple trips to the front desk just to get access to my room. This not only wasted my time but also left me feeling insecure about the hotel's security measures. It was an inconvenience that should not have occurred in the first place.
I expected a higher level of service and cleanliness from a hotel in Miami. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of my expectations. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works towards improving the overall guest experience.

The hotel is old. The elevator isn’t working. You have to take the stairs. The stairs creek when you walk on them. Then the rooms are not big enough and there are stains in the toilet. The shower is narrow and there isn’t enough room.The only thing good is that you are near south beach.

Very historical hotel. Old, quaint, and gives a feel of old Miami. You must take a night walk; however, by advice of the locals, don't go past 16th Avenue.
Our stay was quite comfortable. Our breakfast staff on the patio offered excellent service. I would return, if wanting to stay right across from Miami Beach.

Great location, service from the front desk was good but the place is dirty. The bathroom appeared to have mold running up the wall. Desperately in need of renovating the bathroom. The room itself was more than adequate but it could have used a chair or 2
