This is hands down one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Yes it’s not as modern and there are no TVs in the rooms, but this boutiquey feel is unmatched. Every member of the staff is kind and goes out of their way to get to know you and meet your needs. They’re friendly and very accommodating. Where else is there coffee delivery every morning to your room!! Every meal we ate at Rafters, breakfast/lunch/dinner was delicious, better than the next. The food is absolutely incredible. Personally, I would not make a reservation at Sheer rocks, the restaurant in the hotel, because all of the food in the all inclusive is that good, it doesn’t make sense to spend extra money at the restaurant. I typically don’t love all inclusives because the quality isn’t always the best, but here everything is so well worth it. The food & drinks are delicious. The views and the pool in your room make this place a must stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

We spent a full week at Cocobay Resort and had an absolutely amazing experience. After reading some reviews beforehand that mentioned unfriendly staff or limited food, I feel compelled to share that this was not our experience at all. The staff was consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely kind from start to finish. We were greeted with smiles, remembered by name, and always felt well cared for. As for the food, we were more than satisfied—every meal was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and filling, with plenty of variety throughout the week. The views are truly breathtaking, the beach is beautiful and peaceful, and the activities offered were a great mix of fun and relaxation. Cocobay struck the perfect balance between laid-back luxury and authentic island charm. We left feeling relaxed, spoiled, and already talking about coming back. Highly recommend!

We’ve made a conscious effort to return here every year, and Cocobay continues to exceed expectations. It is truly an outstanding and exceptional resort. The New Year celebration is absolutely out of this world. The staff are incredible, the food is consistently superb, and there’s certainly no shortage of liquid fuel! I genuinely can’t give enough praise to both the resort and the amazing team behind it. Year after year, this place just keeps getting better and better. A huge shout-out to Kemlin and her team of staff at Cocobay for being not only highly professional, but also genuinely friendly — they truly make you feel like family. We will absolutely be returning in 2026. Onwards!!

My husband and I had the absolute time of our lives honeymooning here!! 10/10 recommend for honeymoon or another romantic trip ❤️. We highly recommend doing the floating breakfast, it was one of our favorite parts! The food was great, some repeats throughout the week but so tasty & you always have options. Staff is kind and helpful throughout your stay and they even upgraded our room for us when they saw we were honeymooners. You can order coffee to your room or do one of the floating pool breakfasts in the pool. It was romantic and relaxing all week. We want to go back for sure for an anniversary trip. Big shoutout to a few of the kind, fun and helpful staff: Kemlin, Shanaya, Javan, Kerry and Martin who all helped make our stay special.

This was our first time at an all-inclusive and this resort really set the bar. We booked this location for the honeymoon based on cost/duration of our honeymoon, nonstop flights and reviews of the place itself (food, service). We ended up booking an 8 night stay in November overlapping with the Thanksgiving Holiday to maximize our time off. Upon arrival, the staff was so welcoming with rum punch while our room was getting prepared for us. A staff member helped bring our bags to our room and showed us how to open all the doorways in our room. The bathroom/shower had a door that opened onto the balcony as well as the bedroom with latches to hold them open outside. Our room also had a hammock on the balcony that the staff member showed us how to set up. We compared this resort with a few others on the island and one thing that really stood out in reviews was the food at Rafter's. And ...the food was SO good. I was worried about my husband since he has allergies to nuts/shellfish but the staff was very accommodating and acknowledged his allergy at every meal. He was always able to find something to eat and it didn't always have to be a burger which is what I was afraid of. The menus varied every day we were there. Some of our favorite dishes were the fish cakes, goat curry, antiguan soups (like all of them), and the antiguan jerk chicken. All meals had a 2 hour time block at rafters. Breakfast from 730-930, lunch from 1230-230 and Dinner from 630-830. We were told everyday at breakfast to book a reservation time for lunch and dinner. However, you could arrive earlier or later than your reservation and they wouldnt turn you away. The bar opened everyday at 10am. There was also a coffee shop that had a mini gift shop in it. Coffee, pastries and smoothies were included in your stay (all coffee types). The coffee shop opened earlier than breakfast but smoothies started at 1030. We spent most of our time at the beach. How could you not? The water is so beautiful and clear and warm. But we saw a majority of people at the pools which were also nice but we learned that we are moreso beach people. We were able to get chairs most of the time on the beach except the weekend it definitely became a little more difficult in prime beach time. But we did always find some chairs. The resort offers kayaks, paddleboarding and snorkeling equipment included for free with your stay. We did snorkeling one day and kayaking another day. They are limited to 45 min times to allow other guests to use the equipment. The resort has you do a welcome session with a staff member who talks with you about everything the resort offers including all their extras. We did not end up using any of their extras, honestly we thought the extras were a little pricey for what they were compared to doing excursions/massages with a 3rd party. However, we did love the resort itself. Every single staff member was so nice to us and everyone. We have already started talking about when we are going to go back. And we can't wait. It was definitely a trip we'll always remember.
