The positives: ⁃ Resort staff were fantastic. and the rooms in the Harmony section (3rd floor) were very clean and well maintained. - Food at most sit down restaurants was excellent and top-shelf drinks were available at most bars. - The resort never felt crowded compared with many other all-inclusives and there were always plenty of towels and chairs at the pool and for excursions. ⁃ Bartenders were great. Special shout-out to Godfrey in the lounge for taking such good care of our group. - Live entertainment was a highlight, especially the music at the foam party, and the themed buffets offered a nice variety of options. Suggestions for improvement: ⁃ There were not enough servers at the adult pool, in the main lobby seating areas, or in the second-floor lounge. - Seafood choices were limited and there was not enough authentic creole cuisine at either the buffets or the sit down restaurants ⁃ The adult pools would really benefit from a swim-up bar or additional poolside service. - Ceiling fans in the main lobby would help keep air circulating and make the space more comfortable. All in all a strong 5/5. We will definitely return in the near future. PSA - Apply deet based bugs spray to reduce sand fly bites during dawn & dusk hours. Carry hydrocortisone cream and antihistamine cream just in case!

We took our family 2 adults/2 kids to coconut bay (splash side) of the resort and had the best vacation ever. The food was amazing, entertainment, kids activities, pool/water park. The staff are great and truly strive to make your experience great. The beach is great as well, sure it calmer on the other side of the island but it's still a fantastic beach. Rooms are well appointed and clean. Thanks for the great vacation and look forward to returning.

We just returned from our family vacation [my husband, our daughters (5 & 3), and myself] at Coconut Bay and I can say, without reservation, that the resort exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Coconut Bay to any family with children. It is less than a 5 minute drive from the airport, which was part of why we picked it so that we wouldn’t be enduring a long shuttle ride after a multi-hour plane trip with kids. You barely notice the proximity to the airport while there - you might see 2 or 3 planes and the odd helicopter take off in late afternoon, which wasn’t intrusive at all, and actually kind of exciting. Hands down, the best part of Coconut Bay were the staff - the service was exceptional and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were having a great holiday. There was always activities to do around the pools during the day (musical chairs, volleyball, trivia, etc) and if you wanted to just lounge, the servers were so attentive at getting drinks and clearing away glasses. Special shout out to Diego (housekeeping), who had to climb through our bathroom window when our toddler locked the door from the inside 😆. Emanie (front desk) went out of his way on his commute into work to pick up a particular St. Lucia flag that I couldn’t find at the resort, which was really special to me. Queency, our usual housekeeper, always left personal notes, which was so lovely. And Shenika (in Coconut Walk) was so personable and charming with our daughters. We were so floored by how kind and professional all of the staff were. The facilities are perfect. We always felt our kids were safe, which was very important to us. There are multiple pools on the Splash side that are great for kids and lounging, lots of room on the pool deck (it never felt crowded), a beautiful lazy river and water slides that we all loved. The resort has an expansive beach, which is beautiful. It’s on the Atlantic side, so was windy while we were there, but the kids enjoyed playing in the waves with their life jackets on. The staff do a super job cleaning up the seaweed that can wash in. I’ve seen other reviews complain about the seaweed - I didn’t think it was an issue at all. There is a kids centre where you could drop off kids if you wanted, or you can just go and play there if you need a break from the sun. They also hosted a family tie-dye shirt making event, which was a fun activity and gave our girls a one-of-a-kind souvenir. There is also an animal rescue on site that our girls loved - lots of goats, donkeys, dogs, turtles, and a horse. And the eating options are plentiful - we never tired of the options at Coconut Walk (the main venue) for Flip Flops (the pool-side restaurant) plus there is a handful of restaurants that are included in your stay - we tried Silk and Trattoria and were impressed by both. There were different bands or entertainment every night - all excellent. There are times on vacation where you feel like you‘ve had enough and are ready to go home. That wasn’t the case with Coconut Bay. We didn’t want it to end. Thank you to Coconut Bay Beach Resort for giving our family a dream holiday.

Coconut Beach All Inclusive Resort in St. Lucia was purely magical! The amazing resort is located only a short distance from the airport which allows you to start enjoying paradise all the sooner! We were greeted with big smiles and rum punch! First, the staff at Coconut Beach were wonderful and truly make the place stand out! I can't say how much we enjoyed all of them! They were jovial, kind and so helpful! The resort is spread along the most amazing stretch of beach with multiple pools, hammocks, and places to relax and meander! We loved all the casual food options and grand buffet, but were blown away by our reservation meals that were excellent and included in our stay! Our servers went out of the way to please us even finding the perfect drinks or wine for our liking! It was clean and beautiful! The ocean is a little windy but there are always places to relax away from the wind too! They also had amazing performers, singers and entertainment every single day that you could pick and choose! I could go on and on about this truly wonderful place and people! We love Coconut Bay and St. Lucia!

I recently stayed at Coconut Bay for my honeymoon. We had an amazing experience and time while staying here. The transport from the airport to the resort was super helpful. The Check-In and Out was super fast and easy as well. We enjoyed the restaurants, especially the Silk restaurant. We loved the specialty drinks the resort had to offer at the bars. It was also super easy to book excursions at the resort which ended up being a lot of fun. We appreciated the little things the resort did for our honeymoon including the pieces of cake delivered to our room. The daily and night time turn down house keeping services were also greatly appreciated. The employees were extremely friendly and we felt very welcomed at this resort. The pools, beach and waterslides were all great. We loved relaxing in the adult only section during the day by the beach. The Wi-fi wasn’t working during the first half of our trip in our room but ended up working the second half. Our room was renovated and lovely but we wished it was a bit bigger for our honeymoon. We highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a great location, time to relax and to have fun.
