My family and I are very honored and proud to be the first customers from Vietnam to come to Coco Bodu Hithi Resort for vacation from 14-18/10/24. A truly impressive healing vacation, as the name suggests, this is a paradise of the sea. Especially the hotel staff are very friendly, enthusiastic and thoughtful. You should stay here when coming to Maldives. I will come back here as soon as possible.

If you are disappointed that you have arrived on the island and some green micro plants are covering the water and pinching you when swimming, then consider yourself a lucky lottery winner and prepare yourself for a night show like you have most probably never seen in your life before. These are non edited photos taken with our phone on a stand using long exposure. The source of light was a second phone. The bioluminescent phytoplankton is "visiting" the island once every few years. Good luck 🤞 !!!

I have been to the Maldives many times, and this has been the best. In this order 1) The staff, and in particular Hammu, a man who every day solved anything to make my stay as pleasant as possible. 2) The food was excellent, the best I have had in the Maldives. High quality products 3) The environment, the vegetation, the comfort of the different bars and restaurants, a magnificent pool. ALL A SUCCESS.

I highly recommend the resort, especially the overwater villas. I was impressed by the smooth reception and the seamless transfer from the airport to the resort. Our host was Ms. Fatima, who was very hospitable and available to assist us around the clock.

We stayed at this five-star hotel and were deeply disappointed with our experience. Before our departure, we had paid a deposit representing one-third of the total amount. Upon our arrival, exhausted after a long journey, the staff asked us to immediately pay the second deposit, representing the remaining two-thirds, before even giving us the key to our bungalow.
Unfortunately, this deposit was incorrect, and we ended up overpaying by more than $3000. Two days after our arrival, we went to the reception to resolve this error. The hotel acknowledged their mistake and assured us they would refund us at the end of our stay, deducting what we would spend on site. At the end of our stay, the hotel still owed us $360.
After sending a first reminder email one month later with no response, I followed up with the hotel. They then promised a refund. However, to date, two weeks later, I still have not been refunded and they are no longer responding to my emails.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service of this establishment, which falls far short of the expectations for a five-star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel and advise you to find a more reliable place for your stay.
