We enjoyed a seven day break at this hotel and were delighted by all aspects that contributed to a relaxing experience. The reception staff were particularly helpful during check in explaining many features which were available. Our large room with equally large bathroom was immaculately maintained during our stay. The restaurant provided an excellent choice of dishes to satisfy all needs, all beautifully prepared and presented. The staff were very helpful and attentive making sure our table was cleared when dishes were had been finished. While it may sound unfair to mention a particular member of staff, Miguel always had a smile and welcoming gesture and importantly a good sense of humour.

Nice quiet hotel. Delicious breakfasts and dinners. Happy and welcoming staff - got an exclusive dinner on a late arrival! New events on daily basis. The biggest drawback is that we got 2 single beds instead of the booked double-sized bed... The heating in the room was also not working. Dinners at the end got harsh by the staff, preparing for the next breakfast... Overall good hotel but not far from other 4-star hotels.

Wow! The best hotel we've ever stayed in by far. Spotlessly clean, cool and fresh with a beautiful aroma in the reception. The building is gorgeous and the spa is wonderful, we used the pool in there and it was refreshing and relaxing. Warm welcome when we arrived, nothing too much trouble. The food was a 5 star banquet at every meal, so much to choose and beautifully cooked and presented. Breakfast one day was accompanied by a pianist which added a touch of class. Staff were immaculately dressed, friendly and helpful, made us feel very special. Rooms are beautiful and well equipped, they even provide a bag for you to take your essentials to the pool. As for the pool, this was gorgeous, Spotlessly clean, no issues with sunbeds, the bar was lovely and they played excellent music all day at a volume that aided relaxation. The garden areas are beautiful with topiary olive trees, fragrant lavender and soft soft grass. Our week's holiday went far too quickly in the gorgeous sanctuary where you were made to feel you mattered. Just stunning, thank you Mallorca Palace ❤️

This hotel is great on so many levels. It’s the best service I’ve ever experienced in a 5-star hotel. The staff are genuinely good people and want to help. I’m a Ceoliac and on my arrival (10pm) receptionist (Jenny) let me know they had saved some dinner for me and made sure it was gluten free. The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are very decent, pool is lovely and always a bed available. The staff at this hotel deserve a raise, they make it their goal that everyone enjoys themselves. They even let me know they had gotten gluten free beers for me. If you want an amazing service on your holiday then book this hotel! I never really leave reviews but it was that good I decided to. You won’t be disappointed!

This hotel is amazing, the service, food and staff are so lovely I didn’t want to leave. There are a few things that could definitely be approved upon, such as updating the rooms to be a bit more modern to include an up-to-date hairdryer, TV, and maintain things such as doorhandles, but this is minor compared to the overall experience you get staying at this hotel. So much care goes into the breakfast and dinner, the food is such high quality and the chefs are fantastic. The pastries and cakes are all made fresh by the patisserie chefs each day and they are delicious, plus the meat and fish at dinner which are cooked in front of you. The pool and sun beds are also lovely and are surrounded by beautiful plants that are very well maintained by the gardeners. I’m glad the pool was so lovely as although the beach is stunning with crystal clear sea water, it’s packed with children and families so not ideal if you’re looking for a relaxing break. Mattress is also really comfy, plus towels are soft and fresh daily.
