100/10!!!! I was worried about the reviews, but oh my goodness. The apartment was homely, I cooked almost every day! The pool was nice; a bar/restaurant literally opposite us. The staff were amazing. We don’t leave until Wednesday; but wanted to write this review right now. Our apartment was cleaning every other two days. The pool is clean, we went on a walk around the village and it’s LOVELYYYYYY. We are definitely going to make this a yearly thing.

This place has a lot of potential and is actually really cute. The setting is lovely and the room was very spacious, which we appreciated. They also offer free activities like mini golf, badminton, and basketball, which is a nice touch — we didn’t get a chance to use them, but would have if we had more time. Unfortunately, there were several significant issues. The biggest let-down was the pool. It’s advertised as heated, which was the main reason we chose this hotel, so we expected it to be swimmable. However, it was extremely cold. It’s also located on a hill where the wind is very strong, making it uncomfortable to use. While the weather can’t be controlled, more consideration should be given to which pool is heated to make it usable for guests. Cleanliness was also unacceptable — we found broken glass in the pool, along with dead insects and plants, which is a serious safety concern. The room, although spacious, felt outdated and was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. The most concerning issue was the lack of safety and disturbance at night. For two nights, there was persistent loud banging from the room upstairs. On one occasion, my sister was alone in the room while we were out when someone knocked on the door, leaving her feeling unsafe and forcing us to return early. The following night, close to midnight, someone knocked very loudly on our door again. As three women not expecting anyone, we did not feel safe opening the door. We contacted reception, who said security would check, but this situation should not have happened in the first place. It was extremely unsettling and unacceptable. Service was inconsistent. While some staff were helpful, others were rude and defensive, particularly over the phone. Overall, this hotel has potential, but the safety concerns, cleanliness issues, and misleading pool facilities need to be addressed as a priority.

Need to be Lucky where your apartment is. Ours was close to a small pool. Pool area very dirty. Toilette discusting. And there was a loud and drung group of 10 man.

Great location with 4 pools and villas with well stocked kitchens. The restaurants on site are a great plus although I wish there were vegan options. Casa Azul was a great restaurant for an evening where no one would deliver and the pizza was great. Would definitely stay again with our larger family.
