Definitely not a 5* hotel and more like a 4*. A good location on the sea front with a beautiful sunset every evening. The food selection each evening was very good and freshly cooked. I especially enjoyed the vast selection of different breads they bake daily. The family room was clean and spacious. Plenty of activities and evening shows to keep the whole family entertained. The reason for the 3* is due to an extremely poor and rude check-in experience which was not a good start to our holiday. Thankfully the rest of the staff and entertainment crew were very good. Also it was almost impossible to get a sunbed by the pool until late in the afternoon due to people reserving therm with their towels really early. The WiFi was free but barely usable at times.

Predominantly russian hotel. Do not come here if you are black I picked this hotel to stay in due to the amazing reviews. I took my mother (who had just recovered from breast cancer) and my 3 year old daughter for a week away of gratitude and recuperation. Pros: the hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful. The gardens are well looked after, the room was clean and modern, staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the pier by the beach, so peaceful and wonderful views. They have an amazing kids club which I took my daughter to a few times throughout our stay. The nightly entertainment was of a very high standard, with acrobats and full on singers & dancers - it was like a paid concert! I was very excited to stay here and enjoy 7 days of pure bliss after what had been a hellish year.... Cons: the hotel was about 70% Russian tourists. With this came incessant stares, people openly pointing and laughing at us, russians trying to take pictures of my little daughter on more than one occasion. I felt like I was unable to relax and had to be on guard for my family. The food was catered to the Russian guests, and entertainment was also mainly russian. I can't score more than 3 stars because by day 4 I was ready to go home. Had I know this hotel was mainly Russian I would have picked to stay somewhere else, it was impossible to ignore the daily racism we experienced. Turkey is a beautiful place, and the locals were absolutely lovely; I would definitely stay again. Bjt I suggest staying at a more british-oriented hotel or an airbnb.

We celebrated a friend's birthday at this resort with 30+ people. Plenty of activities to keep all ages entertained. Food wise the buffet restaurant was the most varied and seemed to have something for everyone. We tried 2 of the dinner restaurants - but the service was very slow and the food wasn't really suitable for the kids. The entertainment in the evening was fun. There was nothing in the surrounding areas of the hotel but if you're just looking to stay resort based then this is perfect. There are mosquitoes everywhere and the water in the swimming pools are cold in October but we all still managed to enjoy ourselves. Shout out to the yoga instructor who continued with a hathya yoga session despite the stormy weather and even managed to teach us a few aerial yoga moves.

I had a lovely holiday here. Overall the experience was really good. The food is fantastic with options for everyone. Pools are nice and the bars have all the branded drinks. Entertainment for the kids everyday. I stayed in the Lagoon section which I would highly recommend paying a bit extra for. The rooms are ok. The tv only had 1 or 2 English channels and its very small. It rained a few times and we had water coming through the ceiling. Mattress was worn out, which I spoke to reception about but they didnt change it. I would definitely stay there again its a great hotel. You dont spend hardly any time in the rooms anyway.

Had a lovely time with the family. The result was kept lovingly clean. We upgraded our room from a standard before we arrived, It was a nice room. The main pool is a good size never seemed over crowded. The only down side was keep getting asked if we would like to book a massage every day round the pool. The pier was good as we booked a cabana which come with fruit and champagne around 2pm, we all had a great day jumping into the sea.
