Definitely not a 5* hotel and more like a 4*. A good location on the sea front with a beautiful sunset every evening. The food selection each evening was very good and freshly cooked. I especially enjoyed the vast selection of different breads they bake daily. The family room was clean and spacious. Plenty of activities and evening shows to keep the whole family entertained. The reason for the 3* is due to an extremely poor and rude check-in experience which was not a good start to our holiday. Thankfully the rest of the staff and entertainment crew were very good. Also it was almost impossible to get a sunbed by the pool until late in the afternoon due to people reserving therm with their towels really early. The WiFi was free but barely usable at times.

We celebrated a friend's birthday at this resort with 30+ people. Plenty of activities to keep all ages entertained. Food wise the buffet restaurant was the most varied and seemed to have something for everyone. We tried 2 of the dinner restaurants - but the service was very slow and the food wasn't really suitable for the kids. The entertainment in the evening was fun. There was nothing in the surrounding areas of the hotel but if you're just looking to stay resort based then this is perfect. There are mosquitoes everywhere and the water in the swimming pools are cold in October but we all still managed to enjoy ourselves. Shout out to the yoga instructor who continued with a hathya yoga session despite the stormy weather and even managed to teach us a few aerial yoga moves.

I had a lovely holiday here. Overall the experience was really good. The food is fantastic with options for everyone. Pools are nice and the bars have all the branded drinks. Entertainment for the kids everyday. I stayed in the Lagoon section which I would highly recommend paying a bit extra for. The rooms are ok. The tv only had 1 or 2 English channels and its very small. It rained a few times and we had water coming through the ceiling. Mattress was worn out, which I spoke to reception about but they didnt change it. I would definitely stay there again its a great hotel. You dont spend hardly any time in the rooms anyway.

My all inclusive family vacation at Club Tuana was perfect and beyond my expectations! I went with my wife and my five months old baby, our room was in the lagoon section with a direct swim up pool access. The room was modern, clean, and has a nice terrace. All the hotel staff were nice, gentle , helpful, and professional. The food was super super good with large varieties including the fruits and desserts. (We didnt try the a la carte restaurants) The gardens are well maintained and very beautiful. We enjoyed also the lagoon lounge. Nice all-inclusive resort, quite good value for money. Some positives: our kids (6-yr, 1-yr) really enjoyed the kid club and the children pool. Staff have done a great job! Foods are actually OK! And the sea view was one of the highlights! Some negatives: the room was really outdated! I don’t think this is a 5-star hotel standard. And the family room was also a bit small as well. Housekeeping should have done a better job, when we first checked in, we found some spots on the floor with long hairs. And they forgot to change our towel one day, phoned the reception three times before we got the new towel. Improvement is really needed for better customer experience. All in all, if you are travelling with kids and don’t care much about the room etc, this could be the hotel to go to.
